I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
Excellent customer service. Will do business again. I experienced problems with an online purchase. Eric helped, via chat, with the purchase and made sure the roll bar was the correct fitment for my 1997 BME M3 sedan.

I have been trying to get my money back on a battery I ordered 3 months ago. They just keep passing the buck and trying to keep my money rather than refunding it! They offered me a discounted price when it is back in stock! I guess I'm just supposed to sit out this season waiting on them. I had to go a different direction and just wanted them to return my money.

If you want parts fast, don't buy from them, make them by yourself or buy somewhere else! It's faster to go to school learning to weld... bad communication, just lies, and promises... still waiting after 3 months... they sent me wrong inlets, 600$ and, and after 3 months, still not got the right one. Still excuses after 4 months that they will receive the exhaust (3200$) every day. And ship ASAP... I'm worry after all their bad reviews...
I purchased a full exhaust system and only received half the exhaust. It's been 7 months and they say it was fully delivered. Im out over a 1300 dollars now for my exhaust. Do not shop there. They cut communication off after a certain peroid.

I'm missing half my order
Purchased my item on March 27th. They did not send me any information other than spam me that they want to be youtube Famous. They sent me an email on April 1st for a review, after still not getting tracking information, I wrote an honest review. As 5 days later, I should have received some sort of information on my item. Until I wrote the review did they send me the tracking information which shows it won't get here until April 6th. I understand stuff happens, but their lack of communication, and it being my first order is a bad way to start business. I will never buy from them ever again. After reading other reviews, and the fact that they only have 3 stars off of other review sites should have been more than enough for me not to use them. Lesson learned.

I've been going back and forth with them since before Christmas 2021. They kept extending the delivery date from "their vendor." Now they won't reply to me. I've got multiple "case numbers" from customer service who were supposed to get back with me. I now email weekly with no response. It's an order over $100.

Vivid Racing does not have accurate descriptions for some of their items. I ordered mirror adapters from them because their description said it was for a pair. With shipping it was about $20 cheaper than every other site, so I didn't mind paying the higher shipping costs. When the part arrived it was just one adapter. When I spoke to customer service they said they would need to contact the manufacturer to get the correct information. The manufacturer confirmed it was for one adapter like every other site. I would return the item for credit, but I'd lose the shipping expenses and I would still need to buy the part from another website.
Tip for consumers:
Confirm with customer service if their prices are lower than other websites - their descriptions might not be correct. Their shipping prices are higher than other websites so a slightly higher price might end up costing more. If you do have a return, the shipping costs that are higher than other vendors won't be refunded back.
This company is lacking customer service and training! Vivid sent me the wrong part and then refused to refund my money even after I sent the part back. Even after speaking with Joseph, the sales manger, they refused to help me with my refund until I closed my complaint. I had to pay for return shipping even though it was their mistake. Avoid at all costs, there's other reliable vendors... go elsewhere.

I purchased a tune 3 years ago and never got it installed due to cancer, they kept blowing me off, and not letting me send ecu in. Figured it out and sent my file in, they come back and said it cannot be flashed and needed to be upgraded and a hand held needs purchased also. I still want a tune, but not from these people. Customer service is the worst also. I was hung up on 3 times and you can only chat with someone that knows absolutely nothing. Another bad lesson and money I saved up for and now gone

I would not recommend this company. To each their own though. I ordered a set of wheels, vivid racing took the payment, received a confirmation, and I decided I didn't want to wait 3 months for wheels, so I asked for a refund about 2 weeks later, which vivid racing agreed to. Since I asked for a refund, I figured I would have to wait a bit for the funds to show up, but they didn't. I emailed and someone told me the payment went thru on their end, and to check with my bank. After going over my bank statements, there isn't a charge for anything from vivid racing, charging, or refunding.

Lots of missing parts it was supposed to be full rally kit and all it had was front skid plate and 2 other plate not listed in description or pictures. Showed up damaged. I've emailed multiple time and no response. Not too happy with experience with this company

Ordered part. Didn't hear anything about shipping for 4 days. Called, was told order was on hold, transferred call and dropped. Called back, straight to voicemail 3 times. Price for part had increased by 40% on their website, so they probably just didn't want to take the loss from the drop-shipper.
Took the time to check earliest availability. And was very polite hard to find for sales today. If the order comes in on time that would be a big plus, I hear too much about people trying to cancel due to late arrivals and blame it on sales instead of manufacturing.
I ordered a part from them over a week ago they billed me right away an never shipped the part I paid for. Customer service doesn't even exist I've called left voice mails emails you name it. They did answer one email an gave me a tracking number that doesn't exist. I would not recommend shopping here

Received the wrong part after sending pictures they omitted it was the wrong part. Call the next day to find out the status of course I had to talk to a new person sent more pictures, do you have the right parts have a nice day. (really) as my car sitting on blocks for a week now with no resolve. All this over a clutch cable hose

I ordered a pair of racing shoes to be shipped out within 48 hours of the order being placed. I paid for overnight shipping to get them here as fast as possible. I am needing them for an up coming race. I waited 48 hours and called to get an update on the order and was then informed that the shoes would be back ordered until the end of July or early june when they showed the shoes in stock and ready to ship. They even sent me a email stating that the would ship soon and My card had already been charged. When i confronted Nikki about it she got very rude and very unprofessional i would advise anybody in the racing industry to not do business with them.
Ordered some cats for my g37, on their site they claimed to be in stock and claimed they would be shipped out in the next week, great. Well 2 months go by and they still haven't shipped out yet, open a paypal case just to be told that my order is going to be another 6 weeks out, ended up getting my money back, stay away from these guys

I purchased Tires from Vivid in Nov of 2020. I never received any communication from the company and called multiple times only to site on hold for up to an hour before I gave up. I then tried online chat only to find out my tires were on back order for 3 months. They didn't even bother to tell me. Horrible experience.

I ordered some utv wheels 4 months ago and haven't got them yet. When you call and try to talk with someone you just get a recording to leave a message and they don't return your call. Vivid is the worst place I've ever done business with...

I purchased a set of 1.5 inch stickers picture indicated dodge and Mopar only Mopar was sent spoke to representative had to place a separate order to receive the Dodge stickers paid for shipping twice and they would not honor the 20 off $200 purchase this is the last time I will buy from this company and I will tell all of my friends
I ordered an exhaust from them and it's been a month and a half now and it hasn't even shipped out yet. Every time I call I just get told I will get a call back. I've called 8 times now. I am ready to cancel my order because this is ridiculous.
