I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
What a bad experience. Horrible customer service! I order from this company because they informed me the item was in stock. It was not! My item was finally ready to ship months later and they had the audacity to request an extra $20 for shipping. Keep in mind Vivid already charged me $15 for shipping when I first placed my order. The item is small. I refused to pay extra for an item I already paid in full months ago. If Ive known my order would take months to ship and cost an extra $20, I would've taken my business elsewhere. Vivid basically told me I'm SOL, pay or cancel your order. I would not recommend ordering from this website. The price listed on the website is incorrect and they might charge your CC more then what is listed on the website.
Ordered part. Paid for part. Vivid sells for other distributors. Confirmation email says it will be drop shipped from supplier. No communication. Called vivid unable to get through to anybody. Decided after many attempts to click sales act like I was going to buy something. Somebody answered imagine that. Tried to find out about order. Oriental didn't know anything but did tell me when asked supplier was Meyer Distributing. She said she would call them but then hung up on me. So I Called Meyer they looked up order by order number. Part not in stock. Said they could drop ship it from the maker. I said I was already told it would be drop shipped. She said they sent email to get authorization from vivid to drop ship but vivid never replied. She said she would send email again. I tried to call vivid to tell them now won't even let me select an option. They have my money though. So buyer beware!

Ordered a secondary clutch online. Paid extra for fast shipping. Almost a week later still no clutch. I emailed them and finally got a response saying they do not carry that product anymore and are trying to refund me my money. I had to contact them for that answer. They should of contacted me to let me know this. And why is it STILL on the website available to order?

I purchased a VR Aero Carbon Fiber Wing Lip Spoiler on November 5,2021. Order *******
I was told it was on back order and would ship within a couple of weeks. On November 28th I started asking for a status. On December 1st I received an email from Vivid letting me know they would check with the vendor and get back with me; they never did. Since then, I sent emails to both customer service and sales on 12/16,12/23,1/10,1/11,1/12,1/13 and 1/14. Also tried calling but no one ever answers the phone; the recording just says how great their support is( which is comical at best). While I understand back order, the fact they have zero customer service makes me realize this is not a good company.

We had the best experience with Vivid Racing. We were looking for a supercharger for our tundra and not only was he able to find it and get it shipped fast, he saved up 100's of dollars. It's an overall excellent experience and would highly recommend!
I ordered something from them in June and had to pay for priority shipping. It was more than the rest of the order. It's September and I have nothing. They say they will ship but nothing. They won't respond to me by email.

I placed an order and got confirmation right away saying I would receive tracking shortly. A month goes by without tracking which I didn't think much of but was surprised my item hadn't shown up yet. Emailed customer service to see why I hadn't received tracking or my package. They answered once then never again and I have yet to be refunded $80 or receive my package.

They kept changing the shipping date on something they had in stock. After 6 days and calling them to try to get an update in shipping date I had to cancel the order because they told me they will try to send it in the next few days, in the meantime I had paid extra for two day delivery when I made the order, six days before. This was for business and I looked terrible and very unprofessional with my customer. Will never buy anything from them again and will not recommend them.
Due to several issues with my car, I was in need of an order of cat delete pipes (quick) in order to get my car on the road.
I had a ton of questions for James, he was so helpful with everything from specifics around this configuration to how to ensure I received the quickest response from him. Bumper to bumper service at its finest.
I would, and will, use Vivid again and again.
Pipes are on order within hours of the initial ask, great pricing, and the process was very streamlined.

This has been the WORST purchasing experience of my entire automotive career. Attempted to order a part that was "in stock". Got an email that it's unavailable - OK no big deal. Paid via credit card online. No charges or pending charges showing at that time so I thought nothing of it. 3 weeks go by, I show charges posted to my credit card. I have been calling, emailing every day now for 3 weeks and I have been getting told every excuse in the book and been hung up on multiple times. This is a FRAUDULENT OPERATION and you do not want to give these people your credit card information. This is the most embarrassing customer service I have ever received and I will spread my message everywhere until they get this issue resolved!

The title says it all. I don't understand why they would ship it to a store instead of my home. Website said shipping within 3 days and not 2 weeks. I tried to cancel the order but they charge a restocking fee.
I called and spoke with Chris K about a wheel setup I had in mind and he helped me decide on the right set up for me in minutes. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be doing more business with Vivid racing.
I ordered a bumper and new up front that the lead time was 8 to 10 weeks. I emailed Vivid Racing and was told I would get updates. The updates never happened - after 12 weeks I received an email saying the supplier was backed up and that it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. On top of that, I paid $175 for shipping and now they're telling me I have to drive to meet the trucker to pick up my bumper from him. I do not recommend using vividracing - there are hundreds of websites out there that are much better.

I ask a lot of questions before I decide to buy something for my car. If the customer service representative becomes angry with me, I know, that's not a company I want to do business with. I have always had a great experience with Vivid Racing. Their website is easy to navigate as well.
I have had the worst experience in my life. I bought 2 Headlights for my car and they only sent one. Since last October I have been trying to get the money back for which they did not send and they have had me back and forth, saying that they had sent 2 boxes with the same tracking number by UPS which is absurd. After 19 emails, they tell me that a long time has passed and that they can't do anything! And they no longer answer my messages. Please do not buy anything with them, they will scam you. They ripped me off for $207.00. AVOID THIS SELLER.
I purchased full exhaust system for my motorcycle in early December 2021, was told it was in stock. The exhaust was not in stock, I was informed of this 2 weeks later. They charged for twice for the same order. They will not answer the phone and only want you to communicate with bots. Finally got a ship date of January 21 2022, still cannot track my order nor have I received my order. Chatting with online bot only and now they won't update me about my order. Run far, far away from these people. I will continue to use Motosport or my local dealer.

Ordered a downpipe from them, when it turned up it was horribly manufactured, with over 3mm of deflection in the "flat" mating surfaces.
When I contacted them for a refund, they offered to partially refund me, less a restocking fee and shipping, if I paid over $110 USD for return shipping.
Glad to know that they restock faulty items that get returned to them as well
My mistake I ordered the wrong tires but I tried to cancel roughly 10 minutes after the transaction went through.
During that time I got multiple emails thanking me for my purchase and I kept informing them that they are the wrong tires and not to send them.
Well a couple days later I got an email stating they were inbound. So I waited and they arrived. To no shock of mine the didn't fit. So I took the requested pics and sent them back. Once they received the pics they issued a RMA#. Let me let you in on a secret. RMA# usually means that you are paying for the delivery.
After tying up 1250 in tires I had to spend another 508.00 to ship them back. This company is not the company to do business with. There are plenty of company's out there to do business with that will take care of your needs without having to screw you over.

Ordered CCW wheels on October 29,2019 Numerous correspondence over next several months with same reply 8- 10 weeks. Contacted CCW directly, Vivid never ordered ordered them. Spoke to Adam to cancel order and obtain refund. Took several more calls to finally get a refund.
Items Ordered: 4 Vossen HF-5 Rims with Vossen Lug Nuts.
Ordered 8-18-23 and selected 2 day shipping. Received email confirming "special order' (1-2 weeks). I accepted anyway and requested a refund on the 2 day shipping (received no response). Received rims (3 out of 4) 8-26, received 4th rim 8-28. However Lug nuts were not shipped. Called multiple times, unable to find resolution. Overall - I would probably avoid this company due to poor customer service if something goes wrong, not worth the hassle.

I ordered a set of tires that was currently on back order, I then talked to someone via email on getting another pair that was in stock. Everything went good, I was busy for a couple of days. Just to get back and have them cancel my order, I proceeded to order 3 different kind of tires and my order wasn't going through. So now, they won't reply to an email. It's okay, just thought I would explain my unpleasant experience with Vivid racing.
Order an exhaust from them and did not receive any updates after a week, so I went through the reviews here and started to worry if the shipping is going to take months (shipping to Australia). I sent them an email asking for tracking number and they replied within the same day and my exhaust came in the next 2 days.
