I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
I wish I had known before spending my money for an item I never received. I spoke with someone when placing the order, after that I was never able to get anyone on the phone or response to emails and the chat. They should not be in business, they took my money and I never received my order. I have requested a cancel and full refund and nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
This company has terrible customer service, when trying to return any thing it's a hassle. It took 3 months to get a cage for my side by side. Then when I got it was the wrong cage. So I had to return it and go to another company. The credit company Afirm they deal with is a shame and will rip you off... please don't do business with this company...

I purchased a set of brake pads for my 2018 c7 z06 that did not fit even though online the website said they would. I have been trying to return the brake pads for over a month now and I just keep getting the run around, they say they are going to get back to me but never do. When I call they say that it could only be handled through email and all they do is not email me, I have been emailing them for the past week with no response, this is a nightmare and the worst thing is those brake pads cost me $700, Vivid is the worst Auto Parts Co I have ever dealt with

The worst customer service in the US. I ordered a pipe back i march. I canceled the order 6 months later. Three days later I get the pipe out of the blue. I call them on the phone and they said they did not ship anything out to me. I explain that the pipe is from them and I need a return label because I had request a cancellation already. Next day I guess their warehouse checked their record and they send me a shipping notification that has already delivered tracking on it. I email them again saying that I need a return label. They refuse to send me the label claiming that canceled AFTER getting the shipping notification. Long story short I had to involve my credit card dispute department to resolve this issue, which is still pending.
I ordered two parts from Vivid racing om June 28,2022. I called around 8/20/2022 to say I never received my parts. I was told it was the manufacturers fault. About a week later I received one of the parts. I called Vivid again and was told the second part would be delivered about 9/20/2022. The part never arrived even though Vivid charged me for the part. I called back again and was told that the part was delivered to the wrong address and that was Fed Ex's fault. Bailey in customer service told me she would look into it and E-mail me back. She never did. I called again and was transferred to customer service again and I was placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes before they disconnected the call. Now they have $245.00 of my money and I still, after three and a half months, don't have my part. I will never use this company again. I do have proof of this purchase.

I ordered a Green filter for my Bullitt Mustang in MAY! It is now October! Numerous emails and all Vivid will do is send me an email with more bla bla bla and we will update you as soon as possible. They keep blaming the manufacturer! I also ordered a Green filter from "The Green Filter Company" direct and what do you know... I received may filter from them in a months time! I give vivid 1 star because at least they will respond by email. I want my filter or I want my money back so I can order another one from the manufacturer. Original Order #******* then changed to #******* is now order #*******
They keep changing the order number to help their end. ALL I WANTED WAS AN AIR FILTER didn't think it would be this difficult

No response for days, tune is horrible vehicle stinks so bad at idle and response was get highflow cats, this is a downside cant idle with windows down was the response. I have multiple tuned catless vehicles and not one tune is like this. Don't waste your money. Why not fix the problem and adjust properly. It says no refund but will work to fix the issue until resolved and nothing. A JOKE DO NOT BUY.

If you buy the tune just be ready for the tune to take 5-8 days to receive once you send base file and no adjustment after. One file no adjustment for your specific vehicle I'd never buy anything again.

OMG. This place is HORRIBLE. Do not be fooled by all the youtube videos and and fancy web page. AND PLEASE Do not do a mail order for a tune for your car. It does not work and they WILL not help u after they have your $1,300.00 bucks! When you call, they hang up the phone on the second ring - so they do not even want to find out what the problem is. Remember, after they have your money, they care less. DONT BE FOOLED. If u live there in AZ in their face, may be different. If i cud give zero stars, i would.
I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about but I had a great experience with Vivid Racing. I was assisted by a sales rep named Brianna. She helped me find the parts quickly and even helped with an order adjustment after my initial order was placed. She was very helpful and made my shopping experience great.
My box with the body lift kit was not in a shipping box, and was ripped open during shipping, UPS set box off when no one was home, anyway,I have been sick and bed ridden and haven't had the chance to see if everything is in box, and only reference I have is the tiny pic in the description. But the box was hanging open when I found it in driveway.

I paid for a part they took my money and never sent me an update on the shipping order. After a few days i asked where the order was, they said they were doing a "multi step verification process" then they proceeded to tell me it was the manufacturers fault. After a few more days with no word they canceled my order with no explanation and deleted my account. Poor service and misleading don't buy parts here.
I had a few questions and the staff were very helpful, I talked to Luis. They got back to me in a timely Manner after I gave them a follow up call. Price was very fair and they also gave me a discount.
I ordered an exhaust on vivid racing. Later on I changed my mind and wanted to return it. I was emailing them, calling them to talk when I will get my refund. They never answered me. Later on I called Affirm center ( because I bought for paying off) and I told them that vivid racing ignoring me. Affirm center opened a dispute on vivid racing. Later on after the dispute was opened the RMA department texted me and told me that I will get my refund in about 72 hours. The 72 hours time period passed almost one week ago and I still didn't get my refund. No matter how many massages I send them, they never replied. The vivid racing returning process is the most worth thing what I've met.
Sent out several emails about an order I placed 3 months ago but still haven't received a response. I understand COVID-19 is making it hard for shipping but at least reply to your customers email, especially if said customer has already spent over $200 on your site.
I placed an order on wheels 10 months ago and I've been told it was in port at LA then out at sea then in port then out at sea. Ive been given 50 different ETA's over and over again. I'll never do business with this company ever again.

I had so much trouble with them for a refund, as they are the middle man they had to return it and get a refund from the manufacturer before they refund me and they almost force me to buy as they said it was shipped after I cancel this order 2 hours after I placed it online. Then I had to pay the shipping fees to return the order to them. Then as I ordered with affirm credit I had to pay $ 25 interest as it took Vivid almost 1 month to refund Affirm. Don't buy with this company. This cancellation cost me $ 75. Don't buy from this company.

All the sales team was great, I originally inquired for the best lead time. I received an email the day after with the lead time and also with a special discount for the holiday. The order was placed fast and within minutes everything was done!
Ordered a part from them because the site said it was in stock. Since it was "In Stock", I ordered it rush, 2-day for $30 extra. I get an email from them a few days later saying its going to be dropped shipped from the manufacturer! WTF... I tried their chat and it's robo chat. No response. I emailed them, no response. I call them and its a recording that directs you to customer care, sales, etc. I try customer care - it says that service is no available. I try sales, same thing. CROOKS - DON"T BUY. About a month ago I purchased a rim from them with a promise of fast shipping (within a week). After almost a month of waiting for a tracking number, sending them several emals and calling them many times with no answer. I had been searching for someone to handle a performance tune on my RX8. I reached out to Vivid Racing about a product that they offered. They were very responsive and walked me through the process of developing a custom tune for my car. I made the purchase and I am now waiting for delivery.
I placed an order for taillights and when I received them, they were incorrect. I reached out to Vivid Racing and they stated they are indeed the correct item... The taillights I ordered were fully tinted and the ones I received looked nothing like what they advertised. I simply wanted a return and I have been calling, emailing and trying to chat with a rep for two months now. Do not recommend anyone to order through them.
