I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.

I ordered a blow off valve that was the wrong part I received it the same day I received it I tried calling them I called for a week straight couldn't get ahold of anybody sitting on hold for 45 minutes I finally got someone through virtual chat it's been over 3 weeks now and they're saying if they're still working on someone to look into the wrong part situation not even a refund this is a $500 part that was sent to me wrong I went out to another company purchase the right part installed it another asking me for pictures of the base with a part is installed they want me to pay someone else to remove the new parts installed to take pictures for them so that they can do their job is impossible this is not just $50 to $500 that there taking advantage of no one seems eager to help 3 or 4 days before someone responds to an email still can't get ahold of anybody over the phone
Bought tires that they said were in stock but were not! Now trying to get a refund but can not seem to get ahold of them via e mail or 20 minutes on hold
I placed an order with Vivid Racing back in November. At the time, Kevin was amazing to deal with. I was initially told that that my order would ship in 10 to 12 weeks. I received several emails during this time with status updates. In late February I contacted the manufacturer and confirmed the shipping status - they were just waiting for the details from Vivid Racing. In early March my order status changed to "on hold". I sent several emails to inquire about the shipping status, and received generic emails about it being worth the wait. I called on March 18, waited for 20 minutes to talk to someone, and was assured that a sales representative would call me back. Instead, I received an email saying that shipping increased from $400 to $700. I requested that someone call me to discuss the situation. I only received a response after I lodged a dispute with PayPal on March 25. Frank said that shipping increased and it was my responsibility to pay it. I requested that my order be canceled and my purchase be refunded. To date, I'm waiting for that to happen. I'm going to have to escalate this with PayPal to get some kind of resolution.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Vivid Racing.

So I get on the phone with Nick, and he's helping me pick some wheels and the offset for my 2021 BMW X1. He picks some, and I said that I sorta liked them, but wasn't sure about the offset because I didn't want them tucked at all. He then said, "if you get them, and put them on and don't like them, send them back and we'll get you a different wheel.
The wheels came, straight out of the box at Discount tire, the guy is mounting on and says, "this wheel is bent". They had put the other 3 on, and I didn't like them and they were tucked. Standing in Discounts garage, I call Nick and tell him that I don't like them and that one is bent. He says, "are they mounted yet?" I said yes that how I know I don't like the offset. He said "the bend could have happened just now while they were trying to install it, and since the tires are mounted, they can't take the wheels back". I said how else was I suppose to know if I didn't like the offset or not, and he said "sorry man". Basically told me to kick rocks. SH! TTY customer service, and I don't recommend giving them your money. They even had the balls to send me an email asking for a review. I replied saying "trust me, you don't want my review", but then I figured what the hell. I've never left a review before, so hopefully this one does the trick.

Well I really didn't want to give a review yet. I really wanted to give the company a chance. I originally ordered this part from Horsepowerfreaks a company I never used before or heard which turned out to be Vivid Racing. Right off the bat I didn't get a confirmation email so I tried to call customer service. The recording kept telling me I was number one on the list and they had 50 employees to serve me but no one ever answered. I emailed them and did get a response after a few days. After a few emails back and forth the part was sent out. I got the part on my door step from UPS but when I saw it, it was a large box and my part was a small part so I new something was wrong. When I opened the box it wasn't the right part. In fact it was a part that is about 3 times more expensive than mine! I contacted them by email and they said give us up to 72 hours for reply. Well I got a reply today and it was this survey. I just want my money back and I will buy from another company. This experience has really been a pain and I hope they will make it right
I ordered a procharger and was initially told it would take 2-3 it's now on the 3rd month and Mike Ham don't even want to answer my emails because he told me it was shipped 14 days ago and I still haven't seen my order I'm telling him I want to cancel my order but still doesn't want to process my refund.

I'll never return to Vivid racing. They don't inform you when a product is out of stock, but they let you purchase it. When I followed up several weeks after my purchase about the lack of shipping information - they said they would reach out to the manufacturer and get back to me. They never got back to me. So I reached back out to them, and at that time - they said the shipping date would be XX/XX... XX/XX came and went (and 2 weeks after that - still no shipping information so I reached back out). They said they'll reach back out to the manufacturer and get back to me. They never got back to me. 2 more weeks went by and I cancelled my order. Their customer service rep said my cancelation was approved and I'll see a refund. I thought my nightmare would be over - however a couple of hours after their rep said the refund would be on my account within 7 days; I received an email saying the refund was denied - and my product was shipped. I tried returning - but the customer service was again poor; going back and forth without making any progress. I'm still trying to return the product. This company easily has the worst customer service/ communication I have ever experienced.

Got a KC Mrack, I was assured Vivid had in stock (when no one else did). After 2 months finally I recieved my package only to realize it was only the lights for my roof rack. It took me a week of calling and emailing for them to even acknowledge there was an issue and my order was incomplete. After another month of them not giving me anything in info I directly contacted KC Hilites not only had vivid not reached out to KC to enquire on my order. KC had what I needed in stock and KC Hilites over nighted me the rack. Just go direct to the manufacturer of the items you're looking for and AVOID Vivid at all costs

I've read quite a few reviews on Vivid Racing's website claiming the great results from the tune they received from Vivid Racing. Well, maybe they did, maybe they didn't..., I don't know. What I do know is, I purchased a tune for $766.00 after shipping and taxes. The tune did nothing in regards to improving the performance to my Cadillac CTS 2.0T. I emailed them to see if the flash modification provided could be tuned better. I received a reply from them indicating my tune on torque was max out. They add, they could accommodate some other modification for a small fee. I cut my huge loss and seek assistance at another business. With the mod provided by the other company, my car performs as if it should have been tune like that from the factory. The Torque through my car's gear range is amazing. Throttle is very responsive, and 0 - 60 is so quick, I didn't bother timing it. It's that satisfying. I was considering trading my car in because it didn't perform as expected when I purchased it. Now, I love my car. Now, that's what I expected from Vivid Racing. Instead, I was either rip off or sent the wrong file. Or, maybe the company was trying to milk me for more money. At any rate, the file sent was trash. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Go to TRIFECTA. Legit, for real.

Orderd piston for my youngest sons Kx 85 dirtbike it was the only company that had a full topend kit. All your other companies you had to buy seprate parts.
In my opinion, this company is a scam, in trouble, or poor ownership and management:
1. Order placed and paid for through PayPal, confirmation email stated I would get tracking info when item is shipped
2. Three days later, no tracking info received
3. Sent two emails for order status-BOTH EMAILS KICKED BACK
4. Called "so called customer service." STOPPED AFTER 25 MINUTES ON HOLD
5. Called again for "to place a order prompt" figured I might get faster service-WRONG
6. AFTER 40 MINUTE HOLD the guy immediately sent me back to customer service without me being able to ask what the problem was
7. After 6 minute hold was told to hold while they contacted the manufacturer to get status.
8. STATUS WAS---STILL IN "PRODUCTION" WHICH TRANSLATES TO THE ITEM HASN'T EVEN BEEN MADE OR NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL
9. DEMANDED IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF ORDER, IMMEDIATE REFUND, AND EMAIL CONFIRMING IT
10. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION
11. CONTACTED PAYPAL AND PROCESSED REFUND
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE--DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Vivid has ignored my calls and emails for 4 weeks now, and I was only able to get in contact with them via chat. Their phone line has hung up on me several times after moving me from "2nd in line" to 9th. This whole company appears to be a scam.
They told me, despite sending me a part i didn't order, that I couldn't refund it because it had been 30 days. But I reached out the day the item was delivered and heard nothing. They are now refusing to send the part I ordered, because even though the listing says "PPE Engineering Spun Race Car For PPE 2ZZ GE Swap Header 2.5" Outlet 304" and the picture is of a header on an engine, this part is actually a catalytic converter (what they sent me).
I was told on June 8th that I would hear back on "what [they] can do for me" within 48 hours. It has now been a week.
I'm sure these guys are fine when they dont screw up. But when they do, they will go out of their way to make it seem like it's the customer's fault.
