I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
After experiencing bad service with this company and have not received my items in 2 months i advise to beware of vivid racing! Specially reviewing bad reviews for this company, it tells you much of how bad this merchant is. Will never do business with this company again! Beware people, do your research before buying!
Never order anything from them paid 115.for a part they sent me wrong part. Been back and forth with them them trying to get the correct part.i sent part back Now they said that that they only going to refund me 78$ back it's been over a month still haven't even gotten that money yet

Don't buy from these people, unless you want to get jerked around for a few weeks claiming shortages. Only to have them try and upcharge after you've paid for the items, and if you don't agree to pay they'll cancel your order and claim to start refund process...

Worst company to ever deal with! Be aware! After placing my order I was inform it would cost an additional $XXX. XX dollars to get the item. After I already place the order! So I ended up paying for it and then got another email 2 hours later saying it would be another $300 on top again! Like wtf! How are they still in business? Had my order cancel when I called them out on it lmao
I had been looking for a certain part that not many stores had. I decided just to ordered from Vivid anyway, knowing I could possibly be waiting 3+ weeks for a part to even come back in stock. It's been about a week? I have this part, ready for install!

Easy experience buying and using the affirm action to pay, really easy. Quick response for the paperwork. Disappointed with the exhaust itself though, looks nice, install easy, but really doesn't sound all too different than my stock exhaust, it's just a little bit lower of a sound, was expecting a little louder.

Impossible to get through by phone or email, will not return phone calls or emails. I ordered tail lights for my truck and they were delivered to me 5 weeks late and broken. I tried to call at least 15 times and had to listen to some stupid phone message for 15minits + then hang up after hang up. I would never buy anything from this company, EVER.

Called them. Part is backordered for 2 months. Have been trying to cancel the order for 2 weeks. I have never dealt with a company that is this messed up.
I ordered some carbon fiber seat backs from Vivid and got them in about a week. A few days after I ordered, they said it was shipping, but did not send me a tracking number, and asked me for review. I emailed them back and said unless they wanted a 1 star review, they needed to send me a tracking number. The same day I got the tracking number and a follow email making sure I got the information. Then a few days later my part arrived very professionally packed so that the part was extremely well protected and looked absolutely perfect.
If you need anything, ask for Rich! I'd been looking everywhere for a certain exhaust with no luck until I received help from Rich. He was able to help me find a similar exhaust and made the exchange process very easy. After the help I received, Vivid racing will be my go to for all my car parts! Thank you Rich!

Ordered a jeep product over a month ago because it was indicated that they had it in stock on web site. No news from them, after 2 emails, they said they didn't have it and that they would contact me when they get it. Two weeks later after two emails, wrote back to me saying that they would get the product one week later. We are 2 weeks later, still no news and no answers from them. Awful service, do not buy from them!
I received my equipment very fast! And the VR Tuned tuning box V2 installation was enough to let your toddler do it (don't do that haha)! I am very pleased with the immense added performance and response of my car! Five stars to the whole experience!

In May of 2021, I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my Lexus ISF. They shipped 3 shocks and informed me that the front left shock was out of stock.and will be available around mid August. I waited until September before emailing them about the status of the shock. I emailed them twice more after that, about a month and a half apart. And every single time, I was given an excuse that the manufacturer hasn't shipped out said shocks. The thing is, other businesses already have them in stock for months. I requested a refund, so that I can order it from another vendor. To this date, I haven't gotten a response. I have accepted the fact that I won't be receiving the shock or my money back any time soon. I recommend any prospective buyer to avoid this business like the plague to save unnecessary headaches.

I ordered a steering wheel. They quickly emailed me to verify the fitment. In the meantime I had changed my mind on the options and asked if they could still change the order. They emailed me quickly, over the weekend, and confirmed they were able to change it. Still need to get the part but so far I have been impressed with their responses.
Sent me the wrong item and I have had a miserable time trying to get it returned over a month now and counting. Won't return calls.

I bought some rotrex fluid from this company and never received it. Sent in multiple tickets to try and get a refund and can't get through on the phone. They are pro at taking your money and not fixing it. If the vivid rep is reading this please contact me and refund me or send my item. Awful.
Vivid racing and specifically Ryan McFarlin have proven on multiple occasions to be a refreshing reminder of a time when customer service was of most importance.
From day one when I showed up at the headquarters not realizing they don't have a showroom, Ryan made sure to take the time to chat and help point me in the right direction.
I would highly recommend vivid racing for any of your aftermarket performance needs.

At first I was skeptical on ordering parts from Vivid Racing only because of the many bad reviews it receives, but I thought id give it a shot anyway since their prices imo are the best compared to other 3rd party sellers. Keep in mind the only reason Im giving it 4 stars and not 2 is because I had to wait 5 months for my part to come in (I know crazzy right?). BUT they did keep me in the loop anytime I had questions (part was also on back order so I cant complain) and they were extremely cordial, attentive, and quick with their responses. I know that it may depend on the part and where it comes from, but in the end I was very satisfied with my purchase!
I payed for 2 day shipping and it has been over a week. I call and it says that I am caller number 2 in line and then bumps me to number 12 or higher. I have called 3 times and every time they say "it's being processed"
