“Horrible Returns customer service”

I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.

I've purchased a few things from Vivid and loved it. Easy website, great customer service, good prices, and very fast shipping. My parts were at my doorstep within a few days compared to other websites very slow shipping. I will continue to buy parts from here. No complaints.

They take your money and don't ship out your products. If you attempt to contact them for info you will not got a response. Highly recommend not buying from them as I doubt they are even a real company. Best bet is to file a chargeback if you accidentally bought from these scammers.

I ordered a part almost 3 1/2 months ago and every time I called them I'm on hold for 45 minutes or better three months into this I called these guys today of course I'm on hold for 45 minutes or better. Talked to three different people on hold for 35 minutes or so no respect no empathy about my part not being to me on time, I would recommend these guys to anybody you'll be waiting a lifetime for a part that they're buying from somebody else and marking it up and now I have to wait five business days to get my money back from these guys after three months of chaos for a simple part. I am warning you not to purchase anything from these guys you will get nothing but a run around and they don't care if you've got the part or not they were no help at all.

Tip for consumers:
I would recommend that you didn’t purchase anything through vivid racing. They are a second party vendor. They mark up the price and buy it from somebody else when I ordered my part and I called to check on it. They had to look up on another website to see where the part was at and of course I never received the part. I ended up canceling the order. Will see if I get my money back in again they just didn’t give a $#*!.

Products used:
I did not end up with any product at all after 3 1/2 months. I am so done now I’m waiting for my refund for five business days. We’ll see what happens.

Order a turbo kit that is dropped shipped from them. After two weeks I messaged them and they said they were trying to contact me but I've checked and nothing. It's approaching one month and still no turbo kit.

Made an order in the beginning of February with them. I got a conformation email and they definitely took my money with no hesitation. Maybe got 1-2 emails from them. I've also sent them emails with no returns. Got no calls until April asking if I still wanted my order. Since then I've called multiple times with no answer, left voicemails with no returned calls and also sent more emails with nothing in return. Here we are, the middle of May and still haven't heard back and I still haven't received my order. Customer service needs ton of work.

Status available, after receipt of payment you get a confirmation by e-mail that the part must first be manufactured.
Delivery: Approx. 2 months (Not complete!)
Service: in case of conflicts you get no more answers, or it is dragged into the length
Return: Must be organized yourself and you do NOT get the cost back ( You have to pay the cost yourself and from Germany it is not so little)

Conclusion: Not recommended, as it already gets in the direction of fraud from the seller point of view. I do not recommend it to order there, but that must know everyone himself. I know in any case how high the damage is with me and it is not worth it as a buyer (Germany) to buy there. I have the suspicion that you often such items ( eg my order: B&M Shift Plus 2 Trans Controller) do not ship completely, but that is my suspicion. Criminal complaint was created because it is a suspected fraud.

We purchased a muffler & received a completely different part than we ordered. The rep told us that sometimes the pictures don't match up! See picture - there is no other detail to go by! After several calls they refused to pay return shipping, saying it was buyers remorse. It was not because we no longer wanted the part - it's because it was the WRONG part. It would cost us $207 to ship it back (after paying $40 shipping to get the muffler in the first place). Guess we have a spare part that will sit around forever and a big waste of money (either by paying massive shipping charges for something that was not out fault, or being at a loss of over $400 because we are not sending it back at that shipping price). Guess we are fools for purchasing from this company in the first place.

The first order I placed was for an exhaust and a clutch. After I got a shipping updated email I received a credit to my account from them and didn't know why. After two email attempts they finally let me know that the exhaust I ordered was no longer available and that was why I got the credit. So then I chose another one. All this time never receiving an actual receipt for my purchase. After I purchase the second exhaust I never received a receipt from that either just the email saying they would update me on shipping. After about a week and a half I emailed again to ask for a receipt(again) and updated shipping info. Before they got back to me the exhaust was delivered. And I still have yet to receive a receipt from my first order.

I had a lot of faith when I bought the product for my new Panamera 4 e hybrid. The product was sent quickly and packaging was excellent.
I strongly recommend that you make sure that the product you are going to buy has been review by others and actually works.
My Porsche Panamera 4 e hybrid did not responded as described. Engine computer messages were displayed after correctly installed. Support messages were sent and no one answered me.
Adam did not responded not even one email to me. And remember re stocking fees. After asking for a refund, 3 weeks has passed and still waiting. I am disappointed.

If your looking for a good performance alternative to the OEM Brembo rotors for the Civic (FK8) these are definitely it. I have mine pair with some Hawks HP 5.0s for pads aswell.

Been having good normal & spirited drives with these and haven't experienced any issues and are super responsive.

Vivid also shipped these out super quick, with them taking like 2 days to get here, so i was pleasantly surprised and excited when they got here so quick :)

I have already beeb charged for my order back in March and I still have not received anything but BS. I placed my order back in March & have not received anything! All I get is the same message "sorry it is taking longer than expected. We will reach out to the mfg & see what the hold up is". I have gotten the same response every time I ask. They stole from me! Other wise I would not have been charged! Do not order ir buy from this place!

Couldn’t use anything, never received my order. They charged my credit card, but never sent my order. NOT happy at all. Can’t even get ahold of a person to refund my money back! Isn’t that called stealing??

Have not received my order and no one even bother to talk to me at vivid racing. I have paid $32.00 for 4 days shipping and its almost a month and my order is missing. I called vivid to check and after being on hold for an hour I finally talk to the sale rep and he told me that its not us its the manufacturer who ship your order.

Ordered Berk down-pipe. Once received, I open it up for inspection. Parts quality was aweful, welding quality is a $#*! show. Contact VIVID racing for possibly replacement with a better one. After submit a bunched of photos to customer service. They said the will open a ticket and follow up. Yeah, it has been quiet and no one follow up for 2 weeks now.

I spent $2000 here for a steering wheel and Cover Craft car cover. The car cover came apart and I called for the 4 year warranty. They first reported to CoverCraft that I wanted a refund. I corrected them and repeated that I need a replacement. So then they ask me to cut the car cover in half so when I get the new one I wouldn't end up with a free cover. Communication was lacking. I refused to cut anything unless I know that a replacement is on its way. Sent them about 7 emails on the matter and still no cover. The steering wheel I ordered for my Maserati took about 10 weeks to arrive from China. I ordered a center flag colors at the top at mid point. The flag was put on crooked and sits slightly to the left. Lousy job for $1500. I don't recommend this place, customer service is drastically lacking along with quality control.

The Salesman I did deal with was very efficient and helpful. Got my order together very quickly. And had it shipped out with in a few days. Kept in contact at all time to update me on how the order was going. Had everything i ordered here quickly. Will recommend doing business with this company. Very good place to deal with.

I ordered an $850 part. Vivid racing warehouse sent the wrong part only being valued at $200. Contact has been attempted by online chat, emails and phone calls with long wait times and never a response. The phone calls I am always disconnected after waiting from caller number 10 to 1. Now I am stuck with a part I can't use and it cost 3x time the amount to have it.

Tip for consumers:
Customer service will not take your call or return emails or chats.

Bought something from them and tried to return it because it was faulty. Did not want to let me return it. They kept going back And fourth with me until after 30 days and then told me sorry. Its been 30 days and we can't return it.

Zjust want to say I went round and round on different Items for our Autos. I was lucky enough to get Chris on the phone. Let me tell you his help was priceless for sizing and fit. He took 5 minutes to research and tell me what I needed to know and place my orders. Just a fabulous expierience all around. I am now a customer for life. This gentlemen needs a promotion. Someone can't even scan a barcode! They sent me the right wheels with the wrong bolt pattern. Ordered 6x5.5 and they sent 6x120 wheels. Waited 20 minutes for customer service and got a resident with rooster in the background. So, I was impressed by the price and the site and got bit. Too bad, they have a great Porsche selection…I think I'll sta Pelican Parts. To be continued…
