Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

I have used the pickup service since Walmart introduced it. It took away your cart at the side and now when you want to check your items it's more difficult. You will find yourself clicking on your cart more to keep up with what you've already put in there. Many items are only found in bulk now when searching and I didn't get many things I used to. The site changes are not helpful at all.

Tip for consumers:
Be very specific in search.

Products used:
Grocery items. Milk, canned vegetables, etc.

Two weeks of trying to make their Webpage Help work; two weeks of phone calls; promises of taking care of it...still no help solving two separate problems with my Walmart+ account. Yes there has been some action, now I have two identical accounts, same name, email, phone # and two charges for two subscriptions.

Tip for consumers:
If you don't have a problem its a good value. No customer service.

Never never ever order from Walmart.com Marketplace. They allow any vendor to advertise under their name. Ordered a cell phone. Received wrong item from a third party vendor. Walmart will not assist in any way to secure a return or refund. The vendor Walmart so called 'approved' is not even on their list of vendors! They could not provide the state the vendor was from. Nothing. Pretty much - touch luck. Tried twice to get Walmart.com involved in assisting me - they said No - they are out of it. Call the vendor myself. Terrible, Terrible service from Walmart.com. Pay attention - do not use any 'Market place orders' at all. You do not know who you are dealing with and cannot resolve any issues of a third party vendor. Walmart.com simply 'sells 'their website to these shoddy so called vendors and have little to no information to contact them, nor will ever assist when an order is wrong.

I've been a Walmart. Com customer for many years. I love their online prices and choices. It saves time. I don't have to go into the store for my Christmas gifts. Or Holidays. I'm disabled. So, it's convenient for me. Their online customer service are Always cordial and go our of their way to help. Your purchases come quickly. And, after a certain amount. The shipping is free. And, there's also sight to store. With same great deal..

Living temporally at a location which there are not too many of the Latin stuff I used to buy near my other location... was kind of difficult. Because Walmart carries what the population buys right... So I tried ordering my favorite rice, and spices at walmart.com... super fast shipment, it is really easy to qualify for a free home delivery, and you can pick a specific store location making easier to find the product you are looking for.

Primarily use the grocery section and ordering various products online.
About 90% of my groceries are from Walmart. The house brand is really good. Milk prices are fantastic.
Amazon has been my go-to for so long it's hard to look around, Walmart is good. Lot of times better pricing. Returns are easier; just go to the store.
They make a real effort to keep store clean and bright. Thumbs up.

Ordered site to store. Waited 8 hours just to say that the carpet cleaner was out of stock. I can't believe that they want me to wait for 5 days until it gets to the store from another location. Walmart.com managers are very rude and unprofessional, just don't care. All they say is that you can call the store yourself. $#*!ing bs. Needed to clean my carpet today, now my money is stuck in limbo for 3-5 days, no cleaner, no replacement or anything. Might as well say just should have went to the store. Do not order online from walmart.com.

They have lots of products at great prices.

I like to use them as an alternative to Amazon which has become way too big to my liking. Too big that don't seem to care for what their customers think anymore, so an alternative is imperative now.

I have even found many products that I buy frequently that are cheaper on Walmart than anywhere else online.

Their shipping is a little slow so could use some improvement, but if you're not in a hurry give them a try!

Don't have to highbrow here. Selection and prices are most often really good. The new neighborhood grocery stores are a nice addition to the supermarket grocery scene. If you do not like Wal Mart get your head out of your rear and check it out. There is something for any and everyone at Wally World.

Rude staff if you can find an employee. They don't stand behind their products unless you buy warranty which is highly illegal per federal law all electronics have a 1 year warranty automatically except when you buy from Wal-Mart. Additionally, dont use their grocery shopping service. They'll bring you crap & bad produce. Bye Wal-Mart!

Tried Pick-up In-Store once and I didn't realize that no one had any idea people even used it. Perhaps it was mostly because of my store, but the lack of communication, prep work, and even care that went into their job was terrible! I was treated very rudely. Never again, I'll just order from Amazon.

Purchased Great Value automatic air freshener refills from Store #825 in Stanford KY. They were like acid and ate through my furniture and adjustable bed remote. I contacted corporate and they said to contact the Stanford manager. I have repeatedly attempted to work with the store. I spoke with a manager on November 13 and forwarded her this email. She never got back to me. I made another trip to KY on the 27th and returned the merchandise and spoke to a male manager who was going to get the email from the first girl and file a report. I didn't hear back again so I called and spoke to a female manager on December 7th. She said she'd have the first girl call when she came in later that day as she would need to handle it since she's the one who initially spoke with me. Still no call. Just got off the phone with a different male manager. Same story. The original girl is off for a couple days and she'll need to handle it so he'll have her call me. This has gone on over a month.

If you're shopping at their store, it's unpleasant: stock in the aisles, overworked and tired employees, long check-out lines, etc. However, if you're lucky enough to live in one of their grocery delivery areas, that is an excellent service. Order your food online, and have it delivered right to your home.

As the Walmart Mega-store invaded the borders of our city, everyone panicked. Now after it has been here for a few years, they were only half right - there was damage done, but there were many jobs created. It is not the cleanest store anymore, but good for finding what you need.

I was in Walmart with my family and they made a radio announcement that they support pride month. Why does my family need to know Walmart's opinion on homosexuality? We don't. I also won't need Walmart's opinion in bestiality, rape, incest, child molestation, adultery, or anything else. Walmart can believe however it wants on these issues. But why can't I just shop there without Walmart telling my children they are good with men having sex with men or women having sex with women? This is not relevant to our shopping experience, but it does diminish the experience and makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Started the shop online ship to store as soon as that day program and it is the best thing Walmart has ever done especially with the great deals they had at Xmas. Ordered gifts in the morning and picked up later that day instead of having to run all over searching frantically for gifts I did most of my shopping with them this year.

They have a variety of products, great prices and deals, different paying options and pick up or delivery; the App is friendly, easy to look for what you need, buy and pay. Free and fast shipping depending on your order; and the quality is good. Once had a problem with a vacuum, but they immediately attended my claim and refunded it.

Tip for consumers:
Watch out with the Vacuum Cleaners, I have bought two different ones and they both stop working few months later.

I thought I would try ordering online from Walmart after hearing they had improv d my service. The item I received came broken. After contacting Walmart I got an email from supplier asking for a picture. In addition they were gong to contact their manufacturer to see how to handle it. I sent a picture and have yet to hear from anyone. Regardless of what happens I am back to Amazon. Had this happened with an Amazon order it would of been returned no questions asked. Glad it was only an $18 purchase. Will probably throw it in the trash and forget about it.

I love the fact that I can get a re loadable gift card at Walmart and purchase things online to be delivered. The website is set up for it. Walmart.com is very user friendly, delivery charges are free if you want them and I don't have to put my CC info. Online. 96% of the time, I receive a gift of appreciation. A great alternative to Amazon. Try it. Black Friday shopping is available online also. I am utterly happy with all the orders

Every time I go here the cashier have attitudes, you ask a question, and they start talking with their hands, turning screens and stuff. I don't know what their problem it's ridiculous when the reason they get paid is because the same people they try to catch an attitude are the ones paying for them to be there. What the heck. Its over simple knowledge a customer has a right to know. And if you can handle being nice and helpful, find another job.!

I was and avid online shopper for grocery pick up through Walmart. Loved this service easy simple, but yes there is a but, to this story when I would purchase with card online say for 100.00 dollars, when they swept there money they would leave pending charge on my account even after they got there money. After several attempts to get second charge removed manager try to be smart mouth like I just needed to wait until whenever charge dropped off 7 to 10 days.So now that great shopping online is done.So then we get Walmart card to try to keep double charge from happening, we receive card in mail call to activate. Next day I ordered groceries online and I will be darned the Walmart card they gave us didn't exist in the system.Im done what a joke!

Ridiculous substitutions, cancelled my order and gave my time slot away due to thinking our order was fraud. Did not attempt to call and verify, just cancelled the order. Called and rep and team lead didn't care and unhelpful. Wont be using walmart any more. It may take way longer to shop yourself but save a lot now has by business.

My wife bought our special needs child a pair of shoes and she may have worn them 3 times. The soul stated falling of so I told her to take them back and exchange them. They refused because she didn't have the receipt. What ever happened to there policy satisfaction guarantee, not to mention you could tell they were brand new

Ordered grandson a slide and rock climber. Sent one wall, i sent back, low and behold same wall returns to me... called wanting money back... unfortunately for me. Can't give me my money back because they say they never received it back... what a joke. Two days of my life is gone. Don't sound like a big deal. But when you have cirrhosis stage 4. Every minute counts. I shopped walmart for years, now I'm a target papa. Screw you walmart :)

Employees at the cashier line even tell you how bad it is working there. They have Vision Care that has no accountability to WalMart and is merely a profit center. It is the worst service ever.
China should just buy them out as all they sell is made there anyway. Americans should boycott these stores. Remember the bribes they offered in Mexico to get stores built? Where did that story disappear to?
