Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.
Be careful about the pricing. Many items are significantly cheaper in the store. Walmart seems to charge a premium for shopping online. Examples: Propel Grape Water Beverage Mix, 10 Count, 0.08 oz Packets - $1.98 in the store - $3.68 online. I have seen this a couple times.
What I like about Walmart is how many useful goods they sell. But I have to admit that some items which I ordered were with defects.
Of course, you can return them. But when you have an urgent need for something it can be very uncomfortable.
I love Walmart's prices, but hate their rude employees (if you can find one), messy stores/empty shelves, long lines, etc. Buying online, I can have it shipped to my home or pick it up in the store (free shipping site to store).
The best thing about walmart.com is you can return your items to the store if they don't work out and for this reason I order a lot of things that I could otherwise get on another site but I haven't had to return items too often.
I was sold a malfunctioning air-mattress. I paid in cash but they still refused to keep their part of the deal. They would not give back my cash even though I had just used it for about a month. Return policy sucks.
As for walmart I have no complaints. But my main concern in the online ordering and pick up from walmart. How can you order something online and you have to wait almost 8 hours to pick up that item? They don't have any way of letting you know that it's ready and their only answer is "oh the system is down." Really? So FIX IT! I've been through this twice and it's just ridiculous. With all these employees working for walmart they need to have a better system.

Walmart took my money when I ordered masks on April 1. I got 1/3 of my order. I have tried to cancel the order, tried to chat with them 4 times ( they promised an email within 24 hours, a call back within 2 hours x2; a short wait for an agent -none of which happened. I waited on line for 2.25 hours and then after waiting the call hangs up from them. The seller has been called and emailed and states Walmart d/c business with them. No one will even talk to me about getting my money back. This has never happened to me at Amazon. Dont buy from Walmart.com

I bought 2 of the Visa cash gift cards at Walmart.com, $200 each, total $413.76 including the fees. I never receive them.
My shipping address is my working hospital, and we have staffs accepting packages 24/7. However, FedEx said the cards were refused by the recipient, don't know why, and the cards were returned to the sender.
Then I called walmart.com over than 10 times, but no refund can be issued for this simple case. Just nobody is going to responsible to this matter. They always transfer my call to the card company, but the card company said without knowing the card numbers I never receive, they could not help, then pass the ball back to Walmart.com.
Currently I am disputing this $413.76 from my credit card end. But the problem is not solved yet in the past 1 and half months.
I purchased Christmas gifts for my grandson December 11,2019. I had them planned to ship to store by December 19,2019. One item (Activity art Easel) did not arrive. We received no information regarding the delay. I thought they may have had delivery issues because of the holiday, so we waited. Waited and waited with no replay or communication from Walmart. On December 27,2019, I called customer service. Customer service stated they did not know what happened it appears to be "lost". I asked why we were not notified, customer service said, " it looks like a computer glitch." Then they asked if I would like to re-order. Re-Order? Walmart cannot explain where this item was or is and they expect me to re-order! I am done with Walmart. Had I not contacted Walmart, they would have been able to keep the item, and profit from my purchase. Poor customer service and lack of responsibility for their error.
Their loss prevention people constantly follow me around the store because I have a tote for a purse. They do this every time thinking I don't notice them. It is angers me every time I am there to the point where one day I will just boycott Walmart and never shop there again. They are obvious. The store manager at the west Madison store in Madison, WI was not helpful. I requested something and needed it by a certain date and told them days prior so they would have plenty of time to work on the request. They dropped the ball about an hour before an important appointment where I needed this information and they said they didn't have it done.
This vacuum was promoted with next day shipping. Walmart continues to disappoint with ghetto work performances. Not only was it not delivered next day as promised, it wasn't even prepared for shipping. Just unsatisfactory customer service all around but they are quick to process your payment. If you decide to cancel that is also another sloppy process, as they will take 5 business days to issue a refund. Bad service!
Store is always busy, never enough cashiers, Never enough people in the electronics department-so no one can really help you unless you are standing in their line like your going to cash out at the electronics register. Takes someone forever to come after customer service calls someone when you need a toy down from a high shelf. Easier to order on line and have it delivered if your able to.
Purchased an umbrella 9' worked for a bit, then the string broke, I called the manufacturer told them what happened, they asked me to send them a picture of the defect by email, not even an hour later the company refunded me 100%.
I would definitely purchase from them again.

Wanted to order a supplement from a website. They were out of stock. Found same item on Walmart.com for less money and free shipping. Only thing that would have made it better is if I could have bought it off of Walmart shelf, but seems it is an online only product. Still happy to get it.
Simple everyday items are very difficult to order for delivery (not shipping). I do not need an entire case of taco sauce yet can only get one bottle through shipping, I can only get shaving items with shipping- not delivery. The site doesn't allow delivery for many of the items I've searched now unless I want cases, only shipping which is several days out. They've tried to make the new format easier to buy everything for delivery and shipping in one place but they've made it more frustrating and less convenient, and little ability to get a single item delivered. If they don't fix these delivery and ordering problems I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

When I shop at Walmart.com I have noticed it's a shot in the dark if your even buying from walmart and if it can be returned or exchanged. I would prefer having the option to click and add all the additional sellers/stores whatever instead of having to click after each search to just be Walmart! So I'm starting to choose other sites when I can just to avoid Walmart.com it's a waste to order not knowing if, when, or even what might show up, I prefer the old way when if bought on Walmart.com I could be certain walmart stood behind it. They don't know, or have any suggestions for help when something is wrong with an order thru walmart.com if it's not specifically sold by Walmart so completely jaded and crooked in my opinion
Don't use their delivery service. I've had only 1 order correct. The guy said I was his first one. The other 4 different orders were missing a great deal of my orders. One of my orders didn't come, and the guy (Robert) marked it as delivered. I think they're running a scam! I wish I could give a negative score! The delivery sucks!
I placed an order through Walmart for a Christmas pillow for my wife. My account was charged but the order never made it on record an I never got the item. Royally pissed off with them right now. Don't ever buy from Walmart, they are crooks.
Don't fall for walmart.com 2 day shipping go to Amazon Walmart does not care how you feel when this product doesn't show in two days they say it takes 24 hours to process your order and then it's two days after that and then if it falls on a weekend it's for a 5 days I have ordered things on Amazon at night and still got it within my two days well I just won't order from them again
I won't bore everyone with all the details because the facts are like a Hollywood movie. Let me just say that I will NEVER order anything from Walmart online again. It was a nightmare. Their customer service reps are idiots and their bosses are rude. Apparently if you cannot read or count you qualify for a job at Walmart's Customer Service.
If you want to order an item online forget these guys and go with the pros at Amazon.
It seems that Walmart has outsourced their Customer Service now and it feels like dealing with a scam company. They are rude and don't care about "their" customers because we are not really "their" customers anymore. I was shipped the incorrect item, which took 5 days to get to me via 2 day shipping. Then, it took another week to get the replacement and they refused to rush the shipping because "we don't do that." To Walmart: You guys are going to sink if you don't get back to how you used to take care of your customers. Amazon runs circles around you in customer service and I will shop there every time over walmart.com if the price is even remotely close.

Great place to order unless the order back below is the story of the initial order however it does not cover the two stores in different cities that had a hard time figuring out how take a return now I have to wait another 7 days for them to fix the original problem is just a mistake no big to and I loved the bike when I rode for minutes before blew up due to a faulty rim.
**Warning**
For some reason, the automated store locator knows nothing about how to get to a location! It wants me to use a store an hour away because in a straight line it's closer. Then, when I change the pick up location, it won't always accept the change.
That's how my order got to the WRONG PLACE; and Walmart.com says "Tough luck!". My only options are: run an hour out of my way, cancel for a refund and forget it, or cancel and reorder hoping they still have it.
Can we say "Not helpful"?
I ordered over $500 worth of groceries and 2 plants last night to be picked up today between 9 and 10 am. Out of all of that, there was only 3 problems. I order 2 BUNCHES of bananas and literally got 2 individual bananas. I ordered a cocktail shrimp ring that was supposed to have sauce included. The sauce is not included. (I ate one of the shrimp before taking a photo.) Also ordered were 2 organic Italian flat parsley live plants. They look like they've seen better days. I contacted supportand was refunded for the bananas.

Check your stuff and if something is off, open the app or browser and scroll down and press help. Select your order and select chat.
Oh and FYI you can buy veggie/fruit plants here with EBT. That includes, trees, shrubs, bushes, vines, and seeds. If it produces edible fruit/veggies for human consumption, you can get it with EBT.
