Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

Shopping online at Walmart saves me time and money. Often things are discounted online. Buying online help avoid the waiting in line experience, when you just want to buy a few things. Wether pick up or drop off my buying experience exceeds my expectations.

This company needs to make an effort to update their website! I've placed several orders just recently and items were shown in stock and at a certain price only to have either my order cancelled due to not being in stock or I've had items shipped partially and when I inquire about it they said they do not have to offer the price shown as it's a error! I've been charged for items not even shipped and they show it as I've picked them up
Sometimes the deals are good but watch your orders and make sure you look at what you get carefully

After 5 years of buying online twice a month, their once excellet CS fell apart. I called today after receiving the wrong product after waiting 2 weeks. Rep said I'd get a refund AFTER I shipped the incorrect product back. I was leaving town for work the next day, I felt it was their responsiblity to request or pick up the wrong product, not my error and I already waited 2 weeks. The lesson learned here is maybe not by from third party sellers and stick with walmart only. First rep put me on hold for 20 minutes, I finally hung up. At least he called me back. Then he transferred me to a supervisor who put me on hold and never came back. I foolishly waited on hold for another 52 minutes listening to music and I'm wondering if he did this on purpose. Disappointed.

Tip for consumers:
Dont call customer service unless you have an hour or 2 free time.

Ordered Herbal Essence volumizing mousse, received Batiste dry shampoo.

My Walmart.com was hacked and an order placed. Within 8 hrs I caught it and called to cancel the order. It is now 4 days later, 9 phone calls and multiple on line chats and the order is still not cancelled. They told me to deal with the credit card company. They just dumped the problem back on me to resolve. Every cust serv person gave me a different story but ASSURED me it was being cancelled. What a joke they are, I will never deal with them again.

None, fraudulent order, I didn’t order the items.

The one thing that I find most annoying about this site is that stupid popup that constantly asks me to sign up for their Shipping Pass pilot program.

Other than that, the site it well organized and loads fairly quickly.

I've ordered a lot through the site using Paypal and have not had a problem. In fact, when my computer changed me to a store out of state, they promptly cancelled the order and sent another. Simple way to shop.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart. They have a little of everything for the right price. I've never had a problem with returns. What does bother me is so many of their employees are under paid and many of them have to go on public assistance. Many of the items sold are from China and I don't like that China is getting a step ahead in the financial world because they pay their employees a pittance and work horribly long hours.

Suprisingly fast delivery and my huge packages are wrapped well for protection. I have ordered bikes, bookshelves, fans and a desk and everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Great company!

Ordered shorts from Walmart.com... they were no good, poor quality, defects etc. After receiving them and trying to return to store was told "Oh no that is an "Independent store" you bought from... you must go to them". This even though Walmart.com gave not indication during purchase that I could not return this junk. In fact it said "all Walmart.com purchases could be returned to a store"! Beware! You will not know if anything is not covered by return till after purchase!

Apparently Walmart.com can sells things from other companies and they dont have to offer you a return option! Bedding was advertised and pictured as ivory, showed up yellow. This company will not accept a return and neither will Walmart. SUCKS

Their site is easy to use, and has good product info. I only wish that their order tracker were more detailed and specific. Their return policy is pretty nice too, basically the same as the stores; no questions asked! Lol

Being able to earn money back when savings catcher finds cheaper prices elsewhere is so much nicer than just saving on prices on the shelves. Great idea... Feels like i really accomplished something when the dollars add up. Wonderful idea!

They have put thousands of small family owned businesses out-of-business with their cheap importation business model.

Thats capitalism! We will see if consumers will WANT to "Buy American" after the Walmart effect!

I just purchased and an online only special. A refurbished ******* BTU air condition. Not only did is come one day early, this $200 special with free shipping is better than the one I paid double that for in store.

I used to enjoy shopping on line with Walmart but those days are over. I would order items as needed on line and go to the store when they came in to pick them up. No problem.
I recently place an order and it was under $35 so I was charged a minimum order fee of $6.99 PLUS TAX on it. They only offered delivery, it had to be delivered.
Well I am retired on a fixed income and that's why I can't spend $35 on each of my orders and now the charge me $6.99 PLUS TAX on each order.
I'm done with Walmart and their greedy ways.

If you purchase something from Walmart I'll use my computer as an example they'll charge you the amount of the computer on the day of the purchase which is expected. Then a day or two later they'll put another hold on your account for the same amount so you'll get charged twice. You'll get one of them back but it ties your account up for a couple of days so if the computer is 400 you're going to be charged $800 and then you'll get 400 back. I've never heard of such a messed up system it's so stupid I'll never order anything from online Walmart again. I'm just going to order from people that charge you once

Tip for consumers:
The computer is great this review is talking about Walmart's purchasing policy but I love the computer I just don't want to be charged twice for it even for a couple of days

I I love this store one of my favorites when u walk in ur greeted with a wonderful welcome makes you happy to shop team work is great when you cant locate an item your looking for they are right there to assist you in every dept. when I moved to Hawaii the first place I looked for was Walmart thank goodness they had one many kudos to walmart

You cant return to store which is kind of why I ordered from them, however I dont mind mailing things back. Amazon makes it very easy to do that, but Walmart.com does NOT. Had to contact the company it came from, which took a few days, pay for return (which is not terrible), but worst thing they charge a restocking fee of 20%! Never again, Amazon all the way!

The past 2 years I have been using walmart.com to order grocery to send to my son at college. The shipping is free I think you have to spend about $50 to get it. I forget because I
End up spending between $100 - $200 at a time. One draw back, is that there are some things that they do not ship like bread. Why, I do not know.

I really surprised in all the poor ratings. I did quite a bit of my Christmas Shopping on Walmart. Com, I received everything on time, packed well and loved most of the products.
I've since ordered sheets, and some other things and have had absolutely NO problems.

Yea Walmart has good prices but its not worth it, target price matches. I ordered a doll online for pickup, 3 hours later it still was not ready. I went to the store and found the doll in toy isle myself and took it to the pick up area hoping that since i made their job easier they would just print my receipt. I was told i cant do that and i have to wait for them to text me its ready. Meanwhile im late for a kids party. They told me i could go ahead and buy it again, then come back to the store when they say its ready to pick up and then i could return one. Is this a joke? I have never ever heard of anything like this. Worst experience in my life.

I purchased a freezer from walmart.com. It arrived a week later than the one week asigned delivery date. When it came it was badly dented. We were two weeks into it at this point. I scheduled a pickup and exchange. After waiting almost two more weeks for that to happen, the replacement was even more damaged than the first one. Now we are four weeks into it and they have said only one exchange per item. They now say that a pickup and refund will happen within the next week. That puts at 5 weeks if it actually happens when its supposed to. I would assume it will follow suit and be a week past due which will put us at 6 weeks out and starting all over looking for a new freezer. Thanks for being a colossal waste of my time walmart.com! I will never shop with you again!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Walmart.com! They deliver broken garbage and waste your time.

Waiting on a refund to start the search all over!

It's walmart. Not really much to say here. But it seems a pain to have to order from another site to their site to store.
Whether it be any type of special item---it's prob not in your local store:(
And I don't ever buy many clothes here *anymore* because it can get expensive with poor to average quality items. But for necessities, it's OK.

The website had come a long way. Shipping is included. No hassle returns.

Amendment: I just had issue placing an order over the web site. No one could help me. After talking to four customer service people, who had four different stories and starting over four times, I gave up. I will find the items elsewhere.

Have ordered several items from Walmart and it is hit or miss on bith delivery and satisfaction. Never buy electronics from them. We have always had to take the item back to a store and then you can not usually replace the item. Notorious for electronic equipment not working! Stupid little items seem to be fine.
