Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

You advertise to the whole world that you have new consoles in stock at a certain time. Then time hits and your website crashes. Finally get one in my cart and I'm already signed in so I just keep hitting next til I get to the final button to confirm my order and boom out of stock. You have no system to keep programs from buying them all and then resell them for double the value. Your online store shopping system sucks

I moved to Hawaii this year so doing Holidays for my family on the mainland would have been expensive if it were not for Walmart.com. I ordered easily, paid for items and had them picked up at the local Walmart in the area.

I'll do this from now on for Christmas and other holidays.

I've never had a problem with Walmart.com before but I will NEVER order from them again. I placed 2 orders over a month ago both say they would be here weeks ago. Now they say shipped and will arrive in February and one in June. Here is the kicker, I find out the order was through some company that Walmart put my order through and I can't contact them at all, also cannot return to walmart. When I placed this order I had no idea this was not just simply ordering through Walmart. I had to go buy one of the toys to give to my friends little girl at her party. Now I'm going to have an extra one that I can't even take back to the store. I don't know what you did Walmart but you've lost my business.

I bought an item online; it was delivered. There was no paper receipt in the box. My printer was down. I need one for various purposes including a claim, taxes, proof of purchase, etc. What if I had to return it to the store? They sent me detailed instructions on how to PRINT the receipt never noticing that I said my printer could NOT print their email. I spent 25 minutes on the phone until they finally said it was possible for them to mail me a paper receipt. Not nice.

My biggest complaint about Walmart.com and other similar sites is that hardly any of the products you find can be purchased in a store. I am not a big on-line shopper and I prefer to find things available in the store and then check them out in person before I buy. It is getting harder and harder to do that these days, but I am old school and will continue to shop for things the old fashioned way. I would like to see Walmart.com list more items available in a store that are actually in stock on the day you are searching.

I bought over 1000 dollars from Walmart.com first time buying from them so tried and paid for expedited packages. My delivery was changed without my notification and tracking info was off. I called called to no avail reps were rude and no help. They tell you any thing reps are not trained or able to tell truth. It took several weeks to get my yard things making it so inconvenient for me as I had someone to install the things I bought and now had to double pay. I never have gone through this as I buy on line Amazon, Home depot and others always and never this ever. Amazon always courteous delivery is there in 2-5 days packing good cheap and that is where I will shop and suggest everyone does. They have free delivery and points credits and awesome sales and clearance. Food can be delivered as walmart much better and free delivery. Walmart should be ashamed of them self

Nowhere near the standard of Amazon. They package soft and hard items side by side with almost no protection, and then leave empty space in the box for everything to jumble around. I've used 4 times in the last 2+ weeks using the new 2 day shipping. The best they got was 4 days; the worst was 6 days.

I have been trying to get an issue resolved with Walmart customer service, Walmart gift card services, Walmart billing and Walmart customer relations. I called 8 times since March 24th 2022 in regards to a gift card that I purchased from Walmart.com that was supposed to be sent to my sister for her birthday by e-gift. She never received the email and she has had the same email address for 20 years and she checked numerous times including her junk email box. The email gift idea should have taken minutes but never arrived and the customer service has not responded to my request for refund they have not helped me at all in this case. Terrible customer relations experience. I don't recommend ever shopping at Walmart for any reason even emergency supplies.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t even think about using Walmart

Tho I have a general complaint about where they get the majority of their products from (China), other than that and how they treat their employees, I don't have any major complaints against this store. The website runs slow at times but that may be caused by much Internet Traffic to their site.

I don't physically shop in Walmart because of the uninformed staff however when I do know exactly what I want I shop online and have it delivered straight to my home with no problems. Greatest way to buy...!

I've been shopping WalMart quite a bit lately, both for pick up and ship to home. Information regarding availability, cost, etc. is excellent. Quality of goods is great, selection is great and their customer service is VERY good. Will continue to do my shopping here.

Not worth the "saving" while in the big picture, your purchase would help worsening the economic crisis in the US. Walmart is supposedly an American company that cares very little, if any, about Americans.

I may have rated this 4 stars, but I'll tell you why. Though Walmart has a good selection of items and it is very affordable, I don't always find what I want. But about 90% of the time I would say I do. And the products I choose are well made.

Much slower than Amazon. They need to step up their game if they want to take down the giant. Their prices seem alright and they claim fast shipping, but then they sit on the product for a while before actually sending it out the door.

I feel that it is very confusing for most people shopping on Walmart.com to find out that they use third party sellers which means you can not return items to their store but you have to work with their third party sellers online. I have dealt with so many dishonest sellers on Walmart.com and Walmart rarely steps in! Its is a horrible place to do shopping.

**Be warned that Walmart.com items may or may not be able to be returned at the Walmart store. Its hard to find return policies for third party sellers. Reaching someone takes forever. I have dealt with lots of sellers who ship wrong or fake items. The return process is really horrible and time consuming.

Well I got double billed the other day at Walmart in Salem, NH (not their fault as it was a self checkout glitch and not caught at the time. So went to Walmart in Methuen, MA to get the whole less than $1.50 back, waited about 30 mins while some customers argued with the service desk, etc. So when it was my turn, I found out that since this Walmart doesn't carry the item (produce), I must go back to the other one (or perhaps find a Walmart that has produce) and get the refund there. What a pain! I will be out of the country shortly for a bit of time, and will have to do this upon my return. Almost easier to just have my credit card company do the refund as a dispute.

--> You would think that since this was a Walmart, that any Walmart could do the refund, but no!... And why not? This is definitely an issue unfortunately - any Walmart should be able to honor anything another Walmart can do...
I sometimes wonder why I go to Walmart.:-(

Ordered a Zero Carb product, received a diff item with diff flavor and with carbs added. Not the first time something like this happens just doubt that it was me putting the wrong order. Contacted cust serv and was advised that I could return product at my expenses. Why? It was not my fault. I know that prices
Are good but try to avoid it at all cost

My husband wears a pistol and clip on his belt.In Walmart around 6:00 PM someone stole his bullet clip off his belt.The gun locks in so that would be detected but that clip full of bullets sits in a pouch from behind.We reported it to Walmart and there checking the stores video.The bullets can be traced if fired and we intend to prosecute the thief to the fullest.

I love to price compare and Walmart Is a valuable source for this. Many times I can find the Same product here for less. Shipping to their store is always free. Most of the time an inexpensive repair protection plan can be purchased via Walmart. I give their online 5 stars!

God love these people, I'm not sure that they are aware that there are other stores offering better product, same pricing and far superior service. They did so much better when Sam Walton was alive and in charge. They knew their market well and dominated.

I will never shop on walmart.com again! They charged me for an old order months after i had already paid for and received it. They see the proof that it was their error and i still have not received my refund. It has been a whole freaking month.

I love this feature! I am notified when it arrives. I ordered 2 large storage shelves to hang in my garage. A very good price and I didn't have to worry about a large item being shipped to my home with no one there, so it might be sitting out in plain sight in my drive way or on the porch. The hanging shelves provide out of the way storage in previously unused space!

Just like the store but even better because you you don't have to leave your home! From groceries to kayaks I have purchased them all on line! There is not a Walmart store very close to me so this makes it so much easier for me to shop!

Everything I have ordered and picked up at the store was a good experience. I have had things delivered to my home and they would not deliver unless someone was home which was fine but I live in an upstairs apartment and they didn't ring the bell they knocked on the outside door so we never heard them. They delivered my package in the third day and we found our package on the bottom step of our apartment house right off the sidewalk. What happened to someone must be home. Anyone could have walked by and walked away with my package! I guess the problem is not so much Walmart but the fact that they use Fed ex for deliveries. I will never have something delivered to my home from them again!

Wanted to give delivery a try, $100 worth of groceries that were all due to expire within 48 hrs. Terrible. They don't bother to check expiration and are probably told to pick up the stuff that's about to expire to get rid of it. Will not try again.
