Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

Do not frequent this business out of principal. $#*!ty products, Management Sam Walton is a redneck bigot that discriminates against women, gays, blacks and any nonconforming group. Boycott Walmart and Sam's Club.

I prefer Walmart.com verses the actual store any day. No long wait times, everything is in stock and I can have it delivered to my home or delivered to my store choice. Walmart's prices are rising along with everyone else's, but overall Walmart is still cheaper than most other retail stores. Thank God for their Christmas layaway program as well. A God send!

I purchased a TV from Walmart.com in late November, with the intention of getting it by Christmas. There was an error made in the ordering process, and my shipment, after some prodding from me, was received the day after Christmas.

Much to my surprise (and to the delight of my pocketbook), Walmart.com gave me a 20% discount on the item, along with a very sincere apology by an employee.

I was duly impressed. Walmart.com gets great grades in my book.

Apparently the Gregorian calendar is arbitrarily utilized when figuring shipping dates. 3 seperate occasions of ever extending arrival dates leads me to this conclusion. Lets not forget basic short addition either, as we were shorted two blinds when all 5 were in fact just chomping at the bit, in stock, to get to us. On this, and 2 other occasions, we were lulled into a false sense of security as to the arrival date. The last, which stated Friday as the delivery date but became Saturday upon actually placing the order, then, well, MONDAY IT IS! "We now have your $$, so screw you".
Ah, and the anger and barely discernible English of "customer service" was a pleasant addition as well. Top notch for sure!
We will never, EVER, purchase anything from Wal-Mart OR Wal-Mart.com ever again. I will pay more for less headache.

No one knows where anything is and it's virtually impossible to find assistance. They don't care if checkout lines are getting long or inconveniencing the customer; team members will stand around and do nothing rather than help. Products are low quality. Just the worst place to shop - not worth the discounts on a few items that are priced competitively.

They wasted two hours of my time for something last week, I called to complain and was told someone would contact me. They never did. Their 'customer service' is a joke. This site will take money out of any payment method in your account, even for EBT orders. Also if your order is for delivery it's a coin flip whether you'll get it or not. Once it took me 5 days of ordering then cancelling a grocery order - the site would say ' on the way' then it would never really show up. This was the day after a death in the family when we didn't have time to shop but needed to feed our family. I was with Walmart+ for almost 7 years, the app and delivery system are terrible now, as is customer service. I've had agents leave our chat, yell at me over the phone and even hang up on me. All this multiple times. Door dash is the delivery system so there's fault there too

Tip for consumers:
I was told to remove any other payment method when using EBT after my debit card was charged multiple times for EBT orders. I never got that cash back and the customer service is very bad

Products used:
Groceries and household items. It's not the goods as much as the service and payment issues

A lot of bad comments make it to the forefront, but seldom do people give credit where it is due. McHenry Modesto Walmart employees in 3 different departments who have gone out of their way to help me find something, check to see that an item is re-ordered, check supplies or replenish their stock on the shelves. Cashiers have been helpful and assisted in filling my basket if I was a bit slow.The shelves are looking neat, the selection is good, Walmart brands compete with name brands on ingredients, the prices are just about the best, at least in the packaged goods. Not extremely good in produce but edible, same with meats. These could improve, Overall, well done.

I'm more of an Amazon shopper (been a prime member for ages), but don't discount Walmart. Just like any retailer, some prices are competitive and some aren't. The website can be frustrating at times (searches can't seem to find items unless worded just so; sorting not always accurate; etc.). However, once I purchase, I have had no problems with online purchases. Packages have arrived on time without damage. Items are packed carefully. For items I don't want for whatever reason, returns have been easy and painless.

If it's a new store, it's fairly easy to shop, with filled shelves & wide isles, and sometimes better bargains than other places.
Check out clerks are fast and on top of things.
But it's still a very long walk from Grocery items to Pet Food. Why aren't they together? It only makes sense. Guess they want you to find something NOT on your list.

Love the bargains. Hate shopping there with a passion. Never been to a place that has such a disregard for shoppers. (Let alone from such a huge non struggling enterprise-talk about cheap.) I literally spent the evening in a full store before 9 pm, on a week day no less, repeatedly dodging getting boxed in by stockers. And then walked half a block in the dark to my car b/c they closed the doors on one side of the mall. BTW if you make a stop at Walmart on the holidays, you can't take your cart to your car!
Target remains in business simply because people can't bring themselves to shop here.

I ordered boots, a dress and a bodysuit online. The sizing charts are spot on for clothing and for shoes alike. All items fit perfectly! Shipping was fast! I am a frequent in-store shopper as well. I've never had a problem with Walmart. Their stores are always clean and the employees are always professional. Love it!

Ordered item for Christmas that was to be delivered Dec 21. Too bad actually arrived Dec 27. Not exactly helpful. Then given a hard time at returning item even though it was still unopened in delivery box and I had the required print out of email receipt. " No. I will not accept store credit." What makes you think I'm every coming back here? This is what you get when you buy from a company famous for so underpaying its employees in the US that they hold their own Thanksgiving Food Drive in store for their own employees. Never. Again.

I walked in and could not find any of my listed items in stock. As I walked out I noticed a huge line at one open register, out-of-order signs on the self check-out registers, and three managers deep in conversation about what a hassle retail was. Saved a ton of money on this one trip alone!

Obviously we all know that walmart has a good selection of products; everything from groceries to furniture. I am almost 100% certain that nobody can beat walmarts prices so that is a plus for them. My big complaint about walmart is how messy their stores can get sometimes. I often shop here at night after work and the stores always look like they are going through renovation at that time. There are literally boxes everywhere, which makes it hard to move between aisles. Also, when walmart is busy, don't expect them to open extra registers so that customers can checkout quickly. You will be standing in line for a while during their busy hours. With all that said, I have a special place for walmart because I grew to appreciate that sometimes if you want to save money, you will have to go through some inconveniences.

I bought a couple dash cams from Walmart.com. Items came on time and were exactly what I wanted. Problem is one worked fine and one did not work at all. I went to the local Walmart and was told it was a third party purchase and they could not refund my money. I was told to call Walmart.com for the return. So guess what? Same song and dance from them. They gave me a phone number of the third party so I called. Problem here is no one will pick up the phone so I left a message and no one called back. I guess I said all that to say this. Be very careful ordering from Walmart Marketplace. If there is a problem with the product you are probably stuck with it like I am.

On 4/13/2021@ 10:30 AM I was in line ready to check out when I noticed the cashier was wearing a Black Lives Matter mask. I believe this is the wrong place to wear such racial dividing apparel in a place that should be family orientated. Just may have to take my business elsewhere. This was at the Clio Michigan store located@ ******* N Linden Rd. *******. My money spends just as good at Meijers. Seen this@ a fast food restaurant once and never went back. Thanks for your time!

Customer service is terrible at the Factoria Walmart. I recently returned an item and waited. Over 20 minutes in line while one clerk struggled to keep up. Various store clerks walked by without assisting and when one finally did she seemed like it was the most unimportant thing in her life to do: help customers. Nobody seemed happy in the store nor did staff feel that they appreciated your business. Even Safeway feels friendly compared to this store.

I ordered 6 Portable video game consoles for grandkids got 3 separate shipments by color of the consoles. The first 4 came in just fine the last 2 black ones came and are used, had wrong charger the screens on both were very scratched up no protective cover on it at all. We complained the day got them didn't hear back for over a week. Then they offered 10 for the cord, I refused. Then they offered 18, again I refused. Now they are offering 20 but I have to pay for shipping NO WAY, my costs was 63.76. Went to walmart they can't do anything as it was shipped/processed from Target Tree Inc. in China. Will not be buying anything from Walmart.com again.

On a beautiful afternoon I took 45 minutes out of my day to sit and overheat in standstill traffic to get to Walmart for 2 specific items. Pilgrimage complete, I stepped into the disgustingly fake florescent lighting and off-putting Walmart smell. I powered through in hopes of finally getting my items. Low and behold they were not stocked whatsoever. I walked to the oral care section to get a simple teeth whitening scrub. It was nowhere to be found amidst the overwhelming mass of products glaring off the shelves at me. What a disappointment. I didn't ask for much, but never put it past Walmart to defy even the lowest of expectations. That was a total waste of time that could have been spent doing literally anything else. Just terrible.

Large Holiday order from Walmart.com was received damaged and defective. Returned in person with store manager. Promo codes were received to make up for AWFUL experience. Final code did NOT work. Upon questioning with on-line chat my account was deactivated. Call center supervisors created new account for me so promo code could be applied. The new account was also closed. Tried a third time with supervisors instruction and assistance. Third account closed. All returns were accepted as an item cannot be returned without being accepted. Walmart has a return policy, yet they penalize a customer for using it. Items ordered from Walmart.com ALWAYS arrive with problems. Boxes, bags burst when thrown from whatever delivery service. Items inside boxes defective and damaged. You can NOT shop Walmart.com with confidence. I suggest Amazon as they appreciate their customers.

Ordered 2 adult tricycles a larger seat to accommodate the wife and 2 sets of headlights with tail lights.
We received everything quickly but never got the headlights. Tracking shows they were delivered to some other state. Walmart isn't putting their best foot fwd and helping us. Hey if they need 40 dollars that bad...

I ordered some tires on Walmart.com and was charged an additional fee called a merchandise fee. I came to find that that is an import tax. Walmart runs to China and everywhere else outside of the US to get things and then wants the customer to pay for this. Just on principle will NOT go back.

I placed a larger grocery order online 3 weeks ago. The next day, a family emergency occurred (a death) and I needed to cancel the order. They took exactly $247.03 from my EBT card and won't refund it! I've spent an hour on the phone with customer service through 3 phone calls... each time being assured the problem would be resolved.
These are State/Government benefits for those in need.
I'm ready to call a local newspaper or tv station and see if THEY can help me get the money I need for groceries back! Actually, I REALLY AM going to do that!

My review is based on the last number of years, not Walmart's performance during or after Covid. They have steadily dropped In their quality of customer service, prices, availability, delivery, employee morale, website functionality, and reputation. What gives, Walmart? It is so sad when a company makes all the cuts in the wrong areas to save a buck and ends up cutting their own throat. A once reputable company, Walmart is just a mess now, as well as being the butt of jokes on YouTube and social media. I am so fed up. So so fed up. I don't know if they're ever going to pick themselves up again, but it's time for me to move on.
