Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.
Have ordered from Walmart steady now for 5 years. I live up in the boonies and they bring my stuff right to my front door. Always good products that you can count on with a great price to boot, not to mention free s&h with purchase of $50.00 and up! Can't beat it.
This is the worst place I've ever dealt with! Bought four tires and they put them on and the guys were going all over my car witch I didn't like! Then one of them took it out to check how the tires were and when he pulled out of the garage he smoked the tires on my car! There was no call for that! I don't do that myself! I complained about this but nothing was done! Then I ordered a lawnmower on line and when I received it it was all plastic! Guess you know I took it back! Peace of Junk! I would not recommend this place to anyone else!

I often use Walmart.com and then go pick up my items. I have never had any problems yet but I rode with my granddaughter to pick up an item that they told her was in stock. Well, after going about 12 miles to the store, they didn't have the item. Of course there are always things you can get while in the store but it is not fair to say you have an item if you do not!
Could you please stop having your security gaurds follow me around Every time I go into Wal-Mart? Thr last time I stole from a store I was 9 years old. This happens again and I can promise you we're going to have an issue.

Wal-Mart has come a long way in its on line delivery. A year or two ago it was a box for almost each item received over weeks coming from the parent company location. They are now committing to two day delivery. I ordered 10PM July 25 and received one big box today, July 28, from a state next door containing everything I ordered. It was fairly well packed with some filler added. Everything was received in good order! The website lets you pick from things you previously ordered which saves time. I found a few different brands of items which had better reviews than the brand I bought in the past. I did not shop at the Wal-Mart store as much as they don't have the selection that Walmart.com has.
Room air conditioner due BY Thurs. It's now Sat. No air conditioner and I am being told it will be sometime next week they hope. 110 degrees here in TX. Work crew neededhe cool air. Won't order again-EVER.
I bought through the Wally world website. Apparently the order is being filled by a 3rd party. It's taken over 2 weeks and it still hasn't shipped. Very disappointing that they can't ship in less than 2 weeks. Won't be using walmart.com again! Not worth the pennies I saved.
Worst customer service of my life. I ordered a tv and waited 12 days to find out they just couldn't fulfill the order. Called three separate times and was given 3 different delivery days which came and went without my tv arriving. No help from multiple calls to customer support. They gave me a bunch of lies and "sorry nothing we can do". Walmart is a huge company so they care very little about screwing up whatever percentage of orders it is that they do each day.
They mistreat their employees they do busnises with liar's, cheats, creepy company It's so bad that i won't go there to save a dime. And the parking is insane good luck finding a spot anywhere near a door.
A big problem with buying on Walmart.com is that they don't offer Buyer Protection. Once you make your purchase from a 3rd party and something doesn't work out, you're on your own. I personally had to jump through a few hoops trying to contact the seller. The seller won't return my emails and hung up on me each time I tried to call their 800 number. The seller's return policy that I did read before making my purchase, stated that I could return for any reason, however I was running into the brick wall or so it felt. Next time will try to pay by Paypal. A lesson learned.

So our local Walmart in Lisbon CT has decided to start checking our carts contents against our receipt after we have just checked out. I guess the long lines and poor customer service aren't enough of a dig now they have added harassing their customers at the door as they try to leave. What an insult! When I asked the lady when this all started she said two months ago and got angry with me for asking a question. I just reminded her that that's why there is a survey on the receipt. I guess Walmart doesn't value their customers.
Walmart warranties are scams. You buy an electronic device with a two year warranty and your suppose to ship your item to the manufacturer.
The original receipt showing the warranty isn't in their system at the manufacturing location so, they have your device, you have proof but they want the original papers. Once you send them them the original receipt, you are screwed because they won't return it. Go back to walmart? No.
Small claims awarded me the money because I took pictures of the product and receipt. Warranties worth zilch.
Funny how back in May 2020 I was limited to only buying 1 playstation gift card but they allow bots to buy as many as possible right before Christmas. What a bunch of hipacritical scum they are. That or they don't have the slightest idea of what they are doing! Either way Walmart is the most pathetic company ever! CEO should be ashamed of their service. Shame on you!
You can return an item at their local store. Advantage... until you actually have to do it. You will "love" the long lines of Walmart shoppers. Color shown on website was not even close to what was received. (Never ever had a problem with color on any vendor's sites,) Received the item quickly, the fact that it was not as pictured was disappointing.
Walmart has low quality cheap stuff. They don't pay their workers (both overseas factory and local retail) remotely enough. The only thing saving them from a single star is their pharmacy which offers the same meds for drastically lower prices, and some other staple products which are excatly the same as other store carry at a lower price. If you can't afford to shop anywhere else, WalMart will have to do.
Ambushing patrons seems over-the-top for any retail setting, but never forget where you are. Despite "consumer-friendly" TV ads, Walmart treats employees unfairly, with too many needing public assistance to live. Stands to reason customers will not get superior service. "You get what you pay for" never rang truer than shopping at Walmart. Buy at Target. You pay more, but preduces are properly stored, and purchases last longer, with or without warranty.

Got free shipping for site to store and the pickup wasn't that bad, Had to wait a few minutes to get my things. But over all its cool.

I have ordered a shampoo from this online shopping website but I didn’t receive the quality product from them. When I checked the expiry date I really shock it is expired before 4 moths. I returned the item with them and within 3 days they send the exchanged the product. When delivering the items the service people must carefully check all these details.
I have a few suggestions for you, Walmart. 1) You need to clean up your locations. Look at Target. The environment is nice and comfortable. You should change the flooring and the walls, and make the way you layout your items look more appealing and clean. 2) You need to stock more relevant items. You don't have enough Apple, or even just electronics in general. My parents don't like Walmart and try to avoid it because it doesn't stock the grocery items they need. Please at more health foods! 3) You need to set higher standards for your customers. Have you seen the posts on social networks? "Worst dressed at Walmart". That's it for now, but if I really thought about it, I could come up with plenty more examples and ideas. Thanks, and please consider! :)
I must say Placing an order from Walmart on the website or app is very easy, And fast try out the Free Membership trial to get a feel of how they work, updates on your orders, etc. They also have The pick up option wich i prefer.it convinient for me skip the long lines and any hassles.

You cannot get decent service on their website. Basic items like butter and hamburger buns are unavailable for over a month. When you call customer service you don't get the US. Today I got Egypt. Since Door Dash quit them same day delivery is is often unavailable. The only reason I still shop online is because that is the only option available to me. I'm a home bound disabled senior on EBT. Thanks for making my hard life so much more painful.

I have learned not to try to return anything, especially if ordered online. It takes forever and the clerks get very aggravated. The stores have way too many empty check out stands. Not even half will be open, but shoppers are required to stand in line often 20-40 minutes. The self check out stands are not any faster. Too many people will be queued up waiting too. Shopping there is not a pleasant experience. Many clerks complain they usually don't get their breaks for hours. I don't think Sam would have liked how poorly his stores are managed. I appreciate walmarts savings catcher and being able to double my saving with a blue card.
They clearly hire people who like to disrespect there customers. This is the last time i am going to this walmart. I truly feel sorry for people who have to deal with there customer service. They clearly have no way of helping there customers and would rather yell at them in a nasty tone of voice if you ask questions about any thing. Not a walmart i would recommend to any one. Apparently the customer is always wrong here
