Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.
I recently started placing orders at walmart.com and everything was great the first two times I made my orders but the third order I placed I got charged twice for one order and when I contacted them about this I got no help.They kept having me call different places and none of them helped me and they never received my money back.So I no longer make orders online.
I live 60 miles (round trip) from a Walmart store. When I order online and have it shipped to my house, they charge to ship it. I hardly EVER get free shipping! If I drive to the store to pick it up, that's gas money. I just shop on other websites and forget Walmart, unless I have to go to the town for a medical appointment, then I go to W. M.
Bought four tires from Walmart.com about three years ago. I was told to go to a specific store to pick them up. I got there, they told me it appeared someone stole them. I asked for a suitable replacement, they laughed at me. I demanded a refund, and some code they used shorted me 19 cents. You can't make that up. Yesterday, two days after a slow cooker was promised, I began an online chat. The first guy told me it was coming tomorrow. Twenty minutes later, he came back, after numerous "I feel your pain" submissions, and told me they lost it. I called them, out for lying, and asked what they planned to do. Another 20 minutes later, they gave me $20. Two Walmart.com transactions, two disasters.
If you purchase something, you better make sure you want it because you won't be able to return it. You can't get customer support and if you should finally go through the website labyrinth called Contact Us and actually make contact with someone from Walmart.com, the marketplace seller won't accept your return. It is impossible to use and I tell everyone I know that is a useless site.
They dont have any way to cancel orders on app. There usually is a three day period to charge a card in case the buyer changes their mind. This is not socfor Walmart app. I ordered a crib and it came with a few scratches. Did not receive any type of assistance.
Diapers from Parents Choice cane faulty. A lot of them ripped and a lot of leaking. Walmart did nothing to return my money.
The store that everyone loves, but loves to hate! They have great customer satisfaction. When wife died in an accident and her glasses were lost, she stated in her will that she wanted her glasses on at her funeral and Walmart supplied the same frames she had purchased there free of charge. I will never forget that act of kindness.
Not long ago, I was visiting a small town that had an extremely limited choice of stores, and ventured into Walmart. What a ghastly, ugly experience. Disheveled, dirty, shoddy... Walmart had it all! I didn't expect to find a Macy's or a Nordstrom's, nor even a Kohl's. But Walmart made Target seem like haute couture! All I was looking for was men's underwear!
I order stuff online and either it gets "lost" "delayed" or canceled. I'm so upset because I tried to use walmart.com to buy all my holiday gifts. I am very upset also because when calling customer service they either act rude or like you don't know what you're talking about. Only time I actually get my items is when I order from the store close to my house!
There are some very good employees at Walmart - but the majority really don't seem to care about doing their jobs.
I've almost been knocked down several times by the employees texting on their phones or reading texts on their phones while they're walking through the store and not noticing me being in the aisle in front of them.
I blame their lack of caring on the management / owners (Walton family) for paying such low wages, cutting hours and benefits, and encouraging their employees who are making so little to get government benefits to subsidize their pay - which means the rest of us are subsidizing the profits of Walmart and the greed of the Waltons with our taxes we pay.
As I said earlier - there are some good employees, but they would be good employees no matter where they worked. I feel sorry for them that there aren't enough better paying jobs with better benefits in some of the areas where Walmart / Waltons take advantage of the local communities.
I would have given them 5 stars if they didn't have such a high threshold for 'free shipping'. I use walmart.com to buy many plastic organizational drawers of all sizes - for papers, makeup, clothes, garage use. Also, great car organizational items. They have the best prices for these items and I have received them in a timely manner and in good shape.
I have shopped at walmart since they first opened. Their neighborhood markets are fantastic. You never have to wait in line at my store. The big walmarts go if you have an endless amount of time. I worked for walmart to. Be great if night managers and HR could get on the same page. I was fired for doing what my night manager said and called a liar.
Don't Trust Them!
They sold it as a set but it isn't. Normally when we place an order for a set of dining tables with 6 chairs we expect the table to fit the six chairs. Each chair takes 20 nails to set up; not easy squeezed ones! It took all-day. The surprise is the table doesn't fit the 6 chairs!
Walmart supported the VENDOR, not the customer...
The chairs are incapable of going under the two sides of the table all the way. The sides which should be able to fit 2 chairs in do not. Either the chairs were constructed to big or the table has the wrong dimensions for the chairs. Yet when measured the table is the correct proportions as are shown online and on the box. Even so, online and on the box, we were not given the dimensions of how far apart the legs of the table were so clearly this was the error made in the construction of said table. Since this is a dining set that should seat 6 we do not quite understand why it can only fit 4 chairs comfortably. I have attached pictures.
Went to Walmart and bought $200 worth of cat food, water, bird seed and medicinal products. I left all the big bags of stuff and the water in the cart and had the clerk scan it.As I was walking out an older man stopped me and asked for my receipt without telling me what he was during. He started scanning my stuff and checking to see if I paid for all the large not bagged items. No explanation or nothing. I don't need to steal and I would think that would be the clerks job to check my cart and see if she needs to scan anything. Come on Walmart get your act together! So not classy! ALSO stop moving everything on the shelves making me take the time to ask a worker. And why are your shelves empty, no matter what day I shop. Lets get some clerks that are pleasant and open up some checkout lanes. I guess I am going to shop at ALDIS' from now on. You guys aren't that cheap anymore and your prices have been going up since January.
I bought something online from Walmart which was sold by a third party. Estimated delivery was October 30th. Delivery was delayed which happens and I understand that. However its been a month now and there is absolutely no update on where the package is. All it has said for a month is "shipped". I contacted Walmart they had me contact the seller "buy buy buy". The seller doesn't know any other words except "be patient". I contacted Walmart again to try and cancel the order or atleast find out an estimated delivery date but apparently they can't do either. I dont know how they can be a parent company of the seller without being the able to help the customer in any way. I dont mind waiting if all I could get is an estimated delivery date but all I have from the few emails from the seller is "be patient". Dont buy anything from Walmart online because you won't get any help from them if your item has issues

Order was cancelled due to low stock, despite having stock at the store used for pickup, and many other stores in the area. The same item was in stock at the same store and many others in the area the next day. However, when I went to place another order at another store, the price had jumped by $100, and the customer service representative refused to adjust the price to the previous price as purchased. Very shady practices from a retail giant.
My Walmart.com order never arrived after being shipped twice.
In fact, the 2nd time half of my order came as it was shipped in two boxes with two different carriers.
Things happen, I understand. When you cannot get it right 3 weeks after your delivery deadline, have no clue what is going on, offer no resolution other than sending standard templates (your satisfaction is important to us, blah, blah, blah), the problem is not that things happen, the problem is that you don't know your job.
So, not so much because they didn't do the job, but because they were so incompetent and downright idiotic throughout the whole process, I will never again give any business to this company and if you value your time or your money, neither should you.
I like the store, but the checkout lines are too long. The items are often cheaper here than at other stores. They carry a large selection of items. The jewelry department is not well-manned. You could wait there forever. If you have the time, it's a good store.
Walmart.com is a great place to find deals on just about everything. I like the fact that you can pick up your order in the store nearest you. Even if the store doesn't have it in stock, and they have to ship it; takes only about two days.
I ordered a Hot Tub cover online on Aug 1st, 2018 based on it would arrive on Aug 6th. It is now Aug 17. I contacted customer service who said they would put in an enquiry and that I would have an answer with what is going on within 24 to 48 hours. That was 12 days ago and nothing back. I called again 3 days ago and they said again I would hear back from someone within 24 and 48 hours and again nothing back. I finally called the supplier Canadian Spa Company who told me that if Walmart doesn't have the cover in stock it takes 4 to 6 weeks for them to build and ship. Why doesn't Wamart just be straight up and be honest with it's customers. The offshore customer service person reads from a manual with standard answers and doesn't get a hoot about telling the truth either. Terrible service. Stay away from online orders or you will be sorry.
Ordered a cake for my daughter's 13th birthday, they put in a flimsy box, not like they had in previous years. By time I got the cake home the box had touched the cake and ruined it. I will never order another cake from Walmart again, I will go to hyvee now on. Use boxes that are not flimsy, we pay money for this..

This isn't the first they screwed up, first time they messed up with the spelling of my kids name one year, but that was no biggie, we got it fixed. Today I have no time, due to her party is tonight

I am a senior citizen, i do very little business with Walmart because of its size. As my prescription insurance has walmart as the prefered place to get the best price i used their pharmacy twice. Both times i had to wait in line. I would suggest that walmart look at modifying their hugh store and have drive ups. I
If you do not have time to check prices Wal Mart is the place for you. Their price checker on their grocery bills is super fair. They check prices from surrounding retail stores and return the difference between what you paid and the sale item of a competitor. Shazam! I have earned almost $20 since I started pittering with it.
Don't use this service. This is definitely customer no service, transferred from here to there with the phone ringing for over 2 minutes with no answer. Half the associates you cannot even understand. Where do they find these associates? Is there a rating of negative 10? Won't ever use this again for sure!
I purchased a Singer Silver Heritage 8748 sewing machine. I tried numerous times to get the bobbin to thread properly. Nothing worked. It wouldn't sew - just made a gathered mess. I've been sewing for years and this is the worst machine on the face of this earth. DO NOT purchase this machine. Very cheaply made plastic type product. Stay away.
