Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

Their website has room to improve in a few areas, but overall Walmart is #1 when it comes to price, and local convenience. Walmart is always trying to improve, and I believe they will get better than they already are over time.

The customer service told me i could not return my pants, so I decide to take revenge. So, I Stick a popsicle up their butt and ran. As I was running out, I took a container of nail polish and dropped it.

Walmart. Com does not compare at all to Amazon. They promise 2 day shipping but when they fail they do not send you any notice until you complain. Then they were totally unaware that part of the order was never sent and admitted they have no system in place to let them know when there has been a shipping problem. When they investigated it they just said it was a processing error.
The item I ordered was a nutritional supplement that is the only thing I can eat. They did not care. DO NOT ORDER FROM WALMART.COM!

Hey guys, back around thanksgiving I ordered a Christmas tree set from Walmart. Com. I found out they sent it to my old house. I called them and they said that it the order placer fault if there order didn't show up. So they said they can't resend it or give me a gift card for it. But they can put in for a refund. So I said ok. A week later no refund. So I emailed them. Will after 30 something emails I still haven't gotten my refund. Now they are sending me the same email over and over agin. Saying they don't have a clue about anything. And to send the order number. I sent it 10 times. So please not order from Walmart. Com. They will take your money and run.

I placed an order, saw the money withdrawn from my debit account, then received an email from Walmart that the order was cancelled because they couldn't verify payment. I called Walmart customer service who directed me to my bank or Visa. After calling both of them, they made it clear the issue was with Walmart. After calling them two more times, they confirmed that Walmart may automatically cancel orders that are significantly larger than my previous purchases, which this was. They said I should wait 72 hours and try to re-place the order, but they still said I might face the same security issue. I guess you get what you pay for -- but on second thought, I did pay and I got nothing. Walmart needs to address its security verification process.

I buy a lot of products in the store and from Walmart.com and am always satisfied with either the product, the customer service rep or their return policy. I like that I can pick them up at the store to save on shipping. I have had nothing but satisfaction with my products and especially when I need to return something, I can return it to their store for a refund or exchange. And, what I like most about Walmart is they don't refuse to refund you purchase price if the product does not work out for you. Thank you.

Much of Walmarts merchandise is sold at a good price to people that are on a limited budget. Good for that. The quality of there clothing and other goods made in offshore companies is poor.
Bad is that they pay low employee wages and benefits. Walmart is good creating short term jobs and at bankrupting competing small local Mom and Pop businesses, closing their stores and laying off the employees that are now eligible for tax payers share of unemployment benefits. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer!

Shopping on walmart.com is easy well organized and always successful from my experience. I try to do most of my shopping online because Walmart is a classic example of a brick and mortar part of an organization that is beyond subpar in terms of employee training and employees presenting themselves. As a whole I realize the company must have brick and mortar locations but going online takes out the negative factor of the training they offer their employees who clearly look unhappy.

I bought a Nerf gun for $20 online, they canceled the item because it was out of stock and then told me that I could reorder the same Nerf gun accept the price is now $57. So they lied about their inventory in order to get me to pay triple for the same gun I already purchased and failed to honor the sale price. Shame on you Walmart! You will be losing my business as a result of your shenanigans!

We ordered Spalding 60 In. Acrylic Screw Jack Portable Basketball Hoop System and assembly service, total $493.62. After the hoop was assembled we found out that the base had a huge hole and a crack. We talked to many rude customer service employees located all around the world. The defective hoop was not picked up, no refund was issued, and lots of bad feelings because of the rudeness and undesire to understand that a hoop is not a small item you can pack and give back to your ups driver. Walmart.com should not be in the online store business. Walmart.com does not know and doesn't understand how to deal with large items. Walmart.com is not Costco, Amazon, or Wayfair.

Ordered a patio set to be used at an outdoor party. Online it said it would arrive four days before I needed it. The table was delivered, but not the chairs. Called customer service and freight carrier, no one could give a straight answer as to why it wasn't all delivered. Two days later, I get an email, saying the remaining part of my order will be delivered a week later than originally stated. I had an outdoor table and no chairs... Strongly Disappointed!

There is a dangerous partner of yours that I feel must be hurting your business online. I will no longer allow anyone in my family to buy from Walmart.com due to these predators you allow to use your website for phishing. That'll be the day I leave work early to do a return! The store is open so should be the service desk Walmart makes enough money from us they can afford to have service desk open while the store is open is this part of their plan to make more money by not being able to take back items till a certain time like that's some real BS

Went to buy a circular saw... WalMart... you would think that was the least expensive place to buy such a tool... especially considering that they have everything made offshore. But no --- they were $20.00 more expensive than their nearest competitor! On a simply circular saw -- nothing fancy. WOW! That was a shock!
And they are trying to get into NYC! Ruin the economy here and put all the mom and pop stores that make NYC great out of business! Yikes!

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. During a return at the customer service desk I snapped a photo of the transaction. The clerk said, "That it was against Walmarts company policy for a customer to take a picture inside their store. She refused to complete the transaction. A Zone Supervisor got involved and removed the photo from my cell phone. The employees were rude and arrogant. I left knowing I would never enter a Walmart again..

I placed an order thinking I was buying dining table set because that's how it was advertised online. Well, I got my table but no chairs. When I spoke with customer service I was then informed that each piece to the set was sold separately. Smh so I basically paid $170 for nothing. Especially when I could have went to the store and got the whole set for the same price. I will never purchase anything else from these crooks

I have a tent that I called about the stitching came apart at the top and the tent collapsed on me. They told me the poles have a warranty but not the fabric. Below is the photos of the conversation. What a joke walmart you guys are horrible. Don't but from them period.

They state their policy is to check your receipt as you are leaving the store. But they don't is more like profiling, you can have several customers not asked then they ask 1 or 2 if you refuse they treat you like a shoplifter and follow you out the door outside their store. If it's policy then everyone should be asked. If a customer refuses then accuse then and let the lawyers take over. Ventura Walmart on Victoria Ave. Not impress with how they treat their customers.

Tip for consumers:
Complaining and not doing anything to change it is worthless.

Verified purchase

I ordered cologne through Walmart.com and didn't realize that it was actually GiftExpress. They sent their items. Late. One was missing. I sent it back at my expense and they only gave me a partial refund. They did not refund me for the missing item but they kept the money. Where I come from, it's called stealing.

I have purchased products from this company over the years. The prices are usually ok. I must add a word of caution. Customer service is not good. The representatives are poorly trained and sometimes make the problem worse. A sign of the times I guess. It appears this company is not very selective in whom they employ

Placed order on 11/30/2015. Order was said to ship on 12/11/2015. It is now 12/16/2015 and the order has still not arrived. I have called Walmart.com 3 times and have been given a different story every time. As of this morning I was told they have lost my order and now I will have to be reimbursed but it will take 7 days before I get my money back. First time shopping from walmart.com and it will be my last time as well.

This company advertised that they were selling the XBox series x and playstation 5 on separate dates. First on the day they were selling the XBox, I sat ready and waiting for the noon sell time. At noon, I put it in my online cart, clicked on my payment info and clicked by now, only for it to then say 'this item is no longer available.' It was less than a minute after the sale began! How is this fair to customers? For the Playstation 5, I said ready to buy, and 2 minutes before noon, the walmart website freezes and says error until 12:02, then says item is sold out. This is false advertising and something should be done. The way they are handling these game consoles is a disgrace

Ordering online on Walmart.com is easy but the problem in our 2 walmarts, Davie and Cooper City in Florida, is the pick up part. There are usually no people attending the desk and it always takes up to 20 min to get the product in your hands. You have to find somebody that calls somebody who finally shows up and goes grab your stuff from the back. Very annoying.

This past Christmas I had been working many long hours. I didn't have time or energy for shopping but have grand young children. I orderd many things online from Walmart that was during black Friday and cyber Monday. I had most everything sent to the store and picked them up on my one day off. There was a young man in the online pick department was was just fantastic. He was courteous, friendly, and highly efficient. That made my Christmas shopping experience was pleasant. He was there each time I went to pick up merchandise that I ordered. He ad a smile on his face and was happy to be there. It was always very early because I wanted to avoid long line. He greatly reflected the spirit of Christmas and Walmart.

Walmart is obviously known for giving us a good value and ordering online is so convenient but it is dissapointing to always find my purchased items packaged so poorly. I have also encountered wrong items and wrong number of items sent and then I had to attempt to get my orders corrected through Walmart customer service. Pack your patience because both online & telephone customer service would get a two star rating from my experiences. It took me three phone calls and two months to get one order corrected!
