Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.
There are few places that have the amount of merchandise as Walmart and the selection site on the site is amazing. However, I have to give 3 stars because of the search feature. When you are looking for something it may take a long time to find it. However, with the low prices and now free shipping to the closest Wal-Mart, it is hard to beat them.
Our Walmart just converted to a SUPER WALMART. Our town is excited. The prices are so much less expensive that our chain supermarket. It is clean, lots of staff to keep shelves stocked, beautiful fresh vegetables and fruits. It is a one stop shopping experience, as they have just about anything you would need to run a smooth household.
The good thing about Walmart is the prices and its easy. The bad thing is how some of my friends who worked there in the past were treated and there lack of urgency to get people through the lines at the store locations. Usually if you look, you can find the products cheaper, but sometimes Walmart will match prices.
Bought two small honey containers. Came with several items in the undamaged box. Absolutely no packing on the honey. And yes... they opened and got over the other items in the box. I had to wash everything. The animal cracker box which was one of grandchildren presents... soaked in honey. How hard is it to wrap a honey container
Ordered some Electronics from here and a couple movies. Movies arrived quick no hassle. Electronics were a bit different, they came late, opened it up and they didn't work, called the number they said to just send it back and would get replacement. That was fine, just that the replacement took about 6 weeks... Called countless times to see what's going on everyone passed the buck, never got any clue. Once it arrived however, I called and was just fed up wanted to return for my money back but they ended up giving me half back and I kept the items. Was a journey but I was happy with the resolution.

Clean. Always well stocked. If a purchase is not satisfactory they provide full refund. Some people try very hard to understand a questionbut it is obvious they are trying to learn English. I admire that too. Customer service counter is excellent. Managers are always available and friendly.
I bought a garden chair last week and got it delivered to a store nearby. When I sent a friend for pickup they were very nice. The only thing is the item was in a bulky carton packaging and he tried to leave it by taking the chair out of the box. They refused to get the empty box; weird :(
I would get my medication from Walmart Pharmacy for a while now but the last time I went there to get my meds, they went up in their price and I had to ask them if my discount card didn't get used and it was used but it still was more than I had paid before! Maybe I will change pharmacies! We'll see.
They got my order wrong 3 times. Each time I called I spoke with a rep that barley spoke english. All they could do is refund me, and I would have to reorder, after I returned the product to a store myself, if I didn't catch the driver. I finally gave up, in spite of the deal I would have got.
I bought 2 tires and when I checked the details it had been moved to a store 6 hours away. I've had it with them. I tried to cancel in 10 secs and they ate keeping the money for the tires until I don't come get them 3 weeks from now. They will not refund your money. They will not let me cancel tires. You always wonder why people lose it in Walmart? They did business with Wal mart.com. They don't answer the phone at the store. Trash app, run away!

I've been using walmart.com more and more lately instead of going to the store. It's just easier and I don't have to deal with driving or parking. Products always arrive on time and in good condition. And the few times I've had to return something, I just do it at the store. The only thing they don't have online are all the clearances.
I ordered a site to store bed frame for my daughter. When I went to the store they took forever to wait on me and then when they did find the item the box was opened and we had to take it out in the store to make sure everything was there. A most interesting experience. I like Walmart but I will no longer do any online purchases with them.
I bought a gun safe on black Friday and it is what date! I still after three deliveries have not received the right gun safe. They are now telling me they want to refund my money and not give me the black Friday deal, by the way can not come close to that price anywhere now, could have bought it in other places at the time! WOW they are unbelievable!
I purchased a ceramic grill on line from Walmart for my father's Christmas gift. Walmart missed 2 confirmed delivery dates, when I knew they would be home, and then they called my dad and told him a 3rd date for the delivery of his grill... thanks walmart for ruining the surprise. Oh, and his neighbor had to get it because he was out of town. Amazon has nothing to worry about.
Careful when you order something online for pickup. They will mark the order as ready for pickup but then when you go to get your stuff sometimes they say it's already been picked up. I've had to chargeback a couple orders for things like this since I got no product and they had my money :/
We are trying to use other online services than Amazon to spread out purchases. We ordered a new sewing machine. It was in stock at the time of the order. A third party (evidently seller) emailed us to tell us it was out of stock a few days later and would not be available. We were then charged for the purchase. No one to call and a bit of a path to go through to get a refund. Ten business days also for the refund which we are still waiting for. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Wallmart.com to anyone. If you don't know it's out of stock and it is not clear that it's a third party seller and not Wallmart, it's too big of a pain. Our money will be tied up roughly 20 days total. Also not good. I gave them one star because after all the hoops, it at least looks like we will get a refund.

I called and scheduled 4 new tires to be put on my car, and was assured that they had the 4 specific tires I needed and that they would also set them aside for me, to ensure I would get them. When I arrived for my appointment a few days later, I was told they now did not have the tires I needed. Classic 'Bait and Switch" tactic. Extremely disappointed by this experience.

Do not buy tires from Walmart.
Walmart.com is a good place to buy something that may have issues and you may want to make an in-store return. Many companies have such poor quality control coming out of China that you have to buy three of something in order to have a good chance of getting one that is actually first quality. So you order three and return the ones that should never have made it through quality control at your local Walmart.
I bought clothes on line. They charged my credit card but show that they never processed my order after six weeks. The clothes showed up but it shows on line it was never shipped. I tried to return the clothes to a store but the store said since the status shows not delivered they cannot issue a refund. I called customer support and after five weeks they cannot resolve the issue. So I am out the money and Walmart refuses to issue a refund. I will take the loss and donate the clothes to charity. Please do not ever order from Walmart on line.

I often buy products and electronics from walmart if I drive there but... their website isn't the best. I tried to purchase stuff from their website multiple time with no success rate due to the website crashing or loading to slow. Other than that goo job Walmart^.^
Walmart missed the spot on this one. It is very complicated to use. It is very difficult to find a specific item, it does not tell you if an item can be found at your local store. It is basically an online ordering site. A sort of Amazon just for Walmart stuff.
For all of your disgusting consumer needs, you greedy bunch of S. O. B.'s can get it all and more!... Cheap! So come on down to Wally world and get your swag on.

I used to enjoy shopping at Walmart in the past. Walmart used to be a reputable store. Now mostly empty shelves, clutter, pallets and often shopping employees blocking isles, treating customers as an inconvenience! Repetively encountering employees that are rude, some that speak no or broken English. Then today I had to politely ask an employee to please move her huge cart to the side so customers could get past her in order to shop. Her cart placement was blocking the entire isle, customers, the traffic flow backed up in both directions. Only to have the employee quickly snap back with a smart reply of " all you had to say was excuse me, you don't need to be rude" Really? I had been polite, however, this employee not so much. Clearly she was shopping for on line shoppers, moving this big cart down the center of narrow isles, impeding
Present shoppers from moving through, then having the audacity of acting all indignant when asked to move her cart to the side, and yells at me, the customer for requesting throughway? Now I am personally done with Walmart. Seems they have forgotten all things pertaining to customer service. Employees rude and disrespectful, stores poorly stocked, dirty, half the check out lines closed. The whole shopping ordeal horrible! Although with budget being tight, I would rather endure spending more simply to have that pleasant shopping experience Walmart used to be!
This is a shout out to Jessi... Not only is this girl always kind, and cheerful, she comes and checks your name while on her way back in. And lets you know that she cares. Promptly tells me what was out of stock, or changed up and if i am okay with that...
