Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.
Horrible website! Delayed typing, slow loading and difficult to maneuver around! In fact, it's so bad, I just stopped going to it! At first I thought it was just my computer but after a while, it was obvious these things only happened when I was on their website. I'm not fond of going to their store and now the website. I'm finding just as good of deals using coupon and rebate sites. NOTHING is worth the aggravation of Walmart!

I have never witnessed such terrible service! I ordered a mattress through Walmart.com and they lost it. No one wanted to admit it was lost however, even though you could track the item and see where it had arrived and departed from every hub but one. They assured me time and time again that my item would arrive on time, but that never happened. They refunded 20% for my inconvenience at first. Then they offered to cancel my order and expedite another one to me. But they wouldn't honor both concessions even though I'm the one here without a bed to lay my head. I'm still inconvenienced! Even after all that they wouldn't take my initial method of payment. So yeah. I'm done with Walmart as a whole now. I will never deal with their incompetence again!
The stores are so big that you have to do a lot of walking. There is always a crowd in the parking lots and in the stores that make it a pain to have to negotiate them. Add on to that that when you have 40 check out station but only a few of them are open you then have to stand in long lines. The answer to avoiding the crowds is to go shopping after 9:00 PM because most people are done for the day. Walmart has a liberal return policy but there too you often must stand in a deep line. On top of all this, Walmart has done serious damage to small business and they pay their workers crap. These are all good reasons to avoid this retailer.
Return policy states if you are not happy 100% you can return the item. Since you cant try on items on line you end up purchasing multiple items and the ones that dont workout you return them. Be aware of their "algorithm". Your account will get flagged and account close without seeing if current orders were shipped or not. No credit or refunds will be issues once the account is closed. You are stuck with items that do not fit. Their customer service is unprofessional. Now that all customer service is out sourced to Mexico and India, good luck on getting any help and when you get someone in TX regarding your account, they will so RUDE and treat you like garbage. As if you are inconveniencing them with questions. Once your account is closed you are no long able to obtain your invoices or receipts. AVOID online shopping!

Ordered gazebo end it was delivered on time and the price was good the only thing I would like to see is that they make it a little easier to navigate through the website when they come up with suggestions that you might like sometimes they are nothing like what you are looking for
I have purchased many item's from Walmart.com, and set it up to have them deliver the item's to my nearest store, and the system is so well set up that they even email you when it has arrived at your store for pick-up. What a Wonderful system. I would say good Job, well Done.

Now, to be fair, I don't get "everything" at Walmart, but they always get the first look from our family. As for me, if I need anything and I can get it at Walmart, BAM! I'm at Walmart. What else is there to say.
Beware of what you read related to the shipping, they just tell you what you want to hear and then the actual item arrives many days (in my case 7 days) later. It appears they say fed ex is delivering but in reality fedex is just shipping to usps. Than you have to wait for usps to process. Its 2 shipping events for 1 order where they dont account for the second shipping. NOTHING is what it says!
Walmart is the one stop store,, this is why i love this place. You name it they have it! Dry goods, and fresh foods, clothing and garden stuff. Approachable staff, they are happy to help u. Most of the time i have issue with my coupon and my credit card they solve it patiently.
Recently I had a problem with a phone card that was 100% my fault. David in the Phone Center at store #1720 in Snellville, Georgia went to a great deal of trouble to correct the problem for me. He was courteous, pleasant and went the "Second Mile." That is not always the situation with Customer Service in many retail centers. I am appreciative of his attitude and efforts. All retailers need more people like David to build customer loyalty.
In the same store a Produce Manager, Judy is likewise courteous and helpful and always friendly. We appreciate her attitude and helpfulness.
I very stupidly allowed walmart.com to save my credit card on their site. Someone from another state hacked my account and ordered an item. Now I do know this happens, but when I called their fraud department and told them to stop the delivery, they said they could not do it. A week later, the item was delivered. Why couldn't they stop the delivery? Now I have a big hassle with my credit card company. Do not use their website. Go in person. I will never order anything from them again online. They do not take fraud seriously. So long as they get paid, they do not care.

I have ordered multiple times from them over the past few years. I have always gotten what I ordered by the date they told me. That happens during the holidays too! It's nice to know I can count on them for my online purchases.
Go to Walmart. They have just about everything you could need in a massive store. If you can find it. Lots of friendly people who want to help you, You can spend a lot of time wandering the store getting food, electronics, household goods...
I purchased 3 rings at Walmart Online. Also some makeup. There is not a Walmart anywhere near me so I shopped online. They delivered very fast & they sent the correct item I purchased. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent Store for shopping online.
Have bought a lot of stuff from walmart last 2 yrs on line and excellent customer service if I ever did have problem it was taken care of, sometimes more than taken care of. The return policy is excellent if you do have prob.
I've had multiple orders shipped where everything is packed into the same box, and I mean easily squishable pills in the same box as a lot of clear American sparkling waters that crushed the pill box. I've had chip bags in with prune juices and the bag arrived wide open (thankfully it didn't spill!). So i've learned to make separate orders for things that should not be in the same box! Their packaging is... less than ideal. And i've heard from others that have the same experience.
However I can say one time I got 5 less waters than I ordered and when I contacted them online it was quick and easy to get a refund.
The website seems to be confused. I'll filter by "ship" and when I go to order, some things can't be shipped and I gotta readjust my order, because stuff they claim can be shipped all of a sudden can't when you go to order it.
So, Walmart isn't the best but I don't think they are the worst either. I've experienced worse.

I love that my products come fast and pretty not damaged, like in ebay. I mostly shop for tech/video games and they do it just right. My favorite store to buy from would be Best Buy and I see Walmart as the lost twin brother of Best Buy, but obviously Best buy does it better.
Bought a pocket radio on Walmart sold by a reseller. Never mentioned that the radio was refurbished and it lasted two days. Walmart refused to refund and seller is giving the runaround. Never again with this garbage company.

I purchased an item from Walmart.com. My order was cancelled four days later. The availability on the item waffled, and the price shot up $361. I was told I could reorder it, but because it was shipped by a different vendor, Walmart cannot price match to my original price and I would need to pay the elevated price for the item that I already ordered and paid for, Almost 5 hours on the phone, and all I got was, "I'm sorry that this happened, but we cannot do anything about it." And since I paid cash for a gift card to purchase the item as a surprise for my husband, the refund went onto a gift card, though I cannot purchase the item from Walmart without paying $748.33 instead of the original $387.31. Worst customer service and swindling crockery I've ever seen! Wal-Mart has lost a customer!

I ordered an item for my husbands birthday almost 2 weeks in advance so I could get it in time. The estimated arrival day came and went and after 2 days, I called customer service. It took 15 min to finally get a hold of somebody and to find out that my item had been "lost" at the store and so they would have to cancel my order, reorder it, and send it out again. Just lame apologies and no real responsibility taken! It wouldn't be arriving in time for my husbands birthday and now the reordered item that was supposed to be arriving today, is nowhere to be found! I have received no notification and the tracking is saying that it cannot pull up any data on it! Worst customer service and experience ever! Definitely going to stick with Amazon!
Most of the problems I was faced with is deliver times and incorrect package contents. Order 2 of one item and get one. Jars that have the pop lid for safety, 2 jars in fact had already been opened. I believe most all of these problems happen within the warehouse where packages are fulfilled. Just check your packages carefully to make sure the contents are unopened and correct.

Packages were days late, came in all different packages, some never came at all, and they just refund you after a week of waiting for the stuff you ordered! Never even got one package ever! Incompetent and useless.
