Called service rep 2 days ago to cancel and was supposed to have cancel. Meanwhile my bank has a 212.00 hold on my account due to walmart charging me twice for the same item. I'll never buy from them again.

I have a warning for those of us in the Butte, Montana area. I truly appreciate my Vision Doctor at Walmart. He is very thorough and professional. However, I was on hold 1:47:26 for the vision center after agreeing to be put on hold. 1 Hour and 47 minutes!
It took 2 individuals from the regular store phone number and being placed on hold a couple more times (using my husbands phone) before I was answered by the vision center on my phone. Then it took another call before I could talk to the stores shift manager WHO said it was perfectly OK for that situation to happen. That one should expect that in dealing with their "busy" store. REALLY! What happened to customer service within a store wanting repeat customers. Fair warning! The Doctor is good, but store managers and associates leave one wanting—for true customer service.

No hassle returns & no charge to return. So easy to return. They e-mail a postage paid label that can be picked up by your mail man. Doesn't get any easier than that. Also great prices.and they carry just about anything you need.

Walmart is probably one of my favorite places to shop on Earth. I buy almost everything from there- from potted plants to paddle boards to a cool fridge too. The only thing I don't like is sometimes I find some things cheaper on amazon, when walmart prides itself on its low prices. So you just gotta look around to find a good deal online when you can. Finding online shopping at my age has truly been amazing!

The only good thing about Walmart is going online and not having to step foot in their dirty trashy store. Still as much as Walmart swears they are cheaper than everyone else but you save the most money when you shop at Shoprite for sale items. Prices are way lower service is way better and quality is there. It's not a dump like Walmart and you don't have to deal with the trashy nasty cashiers. So rude!

I made a purchase for 8 items on 12/5/21 which they all had to be returned, everything was returned by mid jan 2022
Got credit for $862.82 however the rest of the money ($619.53) I never received
Tried contacting them about 5 times and every time the answer was that I will get back my money but I never received it, nor are they even willing to send me a confirmation email!

Not much to say here. I placed my order for a few shirts on December 13 and it was shipped almost immediately. It is estimated to arrive between December 19-22, which is fantastic timing for Christmas season, despite the business being one of the largest in the market. My only complaint is their lack of real discounts on items they say are discounted. They supposedly give the original price of items they have discounted, but when looking at prices on other websites, the discount is clearly just clickbait.

We own a lodge near Yellowstone Park and started using Walmart.com this year to order new tvs, air conditioners, small refrigerators and microwaves for our 37 rooms. It's great to have them delivered directly to us and we really like their new 24 months no interest financing.

Talk about saving me trouble! I check for items on Amazon and Walmart. Especially at Christmas when shopping is a huge pain and I have even less time than my usual lack of time. Whoever has it cheaper, I purchase online. Amazon ships to my door- free with Prime (totally worth it). Walmart ships to my door if I want, but usually I do Site To Store, and pick up within hours to a few days, depending on availability. No lines, no hassle, and still have Walmart's great return policy!

Twice in a row they delayed my order, been two weeks since i ordered the last one and it hasn't even been mailed yet. So called for a refund and was told it would take 5 days to get my money back. I am done with Walmart.

I was staying in USA this summer and I had a chance to experience Walmart for the first time. I heard some bad feedback about it, but I've got to say this store is awesome! Such great selection of products and such great price! Shopping online is even better and actually even cheaper! They guarantee free shipping and 2 day shipping & update you if there's any delay. I've got all of my deliveries on time & I was fully satisfied with the whole shopping process and the result. Keep up the outstanding work!

Ooo! Didn't tell me when things were on back order. Would't ship to PO box so Fed Ex got everything to me late and also shipped to someone else's help. Asked for management to contact me and they never did. Provided incorrect tracking numbers. Worst Ever! "

Personally I do not like Wally's contribution to the good ol' US of A... Reading the book "How Wal-Mart Destroyed America" would explain many reasons why I feel that way... Although, there are times when I do need to purchase from/through there website...
There shipping has been great... but, I would be careful what your buying. Beware of electronic items... In my experience, the quality of electronics had not been great... There may be a brand name on something; but, that specific brand name item at wal-mart, is specifically made for wal-mart... so, that same brand at another store may not be the same quality... I would recommended if you are buying a electronic item at wal-mart (even children's tablets, games...) take advantage of the extra warranty... Remember too, they are NOT always the lowest price... just conveniently built on every street corner ;)

All the stories and cartoons we see and hear on-line and through word of mouth are true. Walk through a Walmart and get sick. It's not only the way people appear (you've seen those pictures, come on... don't act like it isn't true...) Is this what America looks like? We may as well put a Walmart on every street corner and throw away all other stores. It's a shame.
Goodbye to most mom and pop shops. Goodbye to quality. Goodbye to customer service and pride in doing business.

I ordered a few things from Walmart like wrangler pants but as I was going to pay I noticed they had my wrong credit card. In less than 5 mins went to cancel the order but they never replied and sent the pants. Because of this transaction my credit score went 8 points down. Also they claim next day delivery up to now it has never happened always late.

Of course, I love walmart, however I ordered my christmas gifts recently (early shopper, I know) and their personalization options are terrible! I ordered 2 personalized piggy banks and the personalization doesn't carry into the cart or print on the receipt so I had no way of knowing that the items were even going to arrive personalized. When I emailed and called to ensure that they would arrive correctly I was told that "our system isn't equipped for that type of personalization unless its jewelry". Never heard of that. Anyways, my complaint is about their personalization system - the products arrived perfect =-)

My absolute favorite option. I save 80% off clothing and most other products by doing the site to store option. The online selection is larger and if you keep up with clearance you can really hit some deals. I don't pay more than 3$ for pants or shorts and 2-3$ for shirts. I love it. The service is great and now I have the credit card so I even get 3% off my orders. Very pleased!

Walmart is always offering sales that everyone wants. Their delivery service is tops and they're willing to make good deals better. I was a bit disappointed when they pulled out on their single yearly priced free delivery service but was happy that they returned the cost when they left. It's minimum free delivery isn't difficult to reach since there's so many bargains so everything is fine now. I shop walmart for most all of my needs.

I have been a loyal customer for many years of Walmart.com, but it seems ever since they hooked up with Amazon they are not up to par. A lot of their prices are what other sellers are asking for their items. And they are way too high. The last 5 times I shopped their my debit card was declined, I had to phone them and do a complete redo of my shopping because it was no longer in the cart. My loyalty to them has faded. Come on Walmart old friend you can do better than that

"Days after placing my order I noticed it was still processing. Called 3 different times to check for an issue. Was told all is well and it will ship soon. Called again 2 days before due date and customer service person told me it will be sent overnight to make the set due date. I asked why Walmart would hold onto an order for over a week and finally ship it overnight to get to me incurring additional charges. They had no answer. Finally called the day before it was set to arrive and am told there is a processing problem. Wanted me to cancel the order and reorder strangely at a much higher price. Amazon has it's shortcomings too but after you contact them they finally do get it right."

People seem to be forgetting that you're supposed to be reviewing walmart.com, the WEBSITE. What happened at your local walmart has nothing to do with walmart.com.
That being said, I love walmart.com. Cheap prices, lots of products, cheap and fast shipping, very easy ordering process. I've never had a problem and I've ordered countless things from here.

Hey, it's Walmart, not Bloomingdales.
After ordering, there's always a long wait for a clerk to be found who can then find the item you've come to get. But the times I've ordered there hasn't ever been a screw up.

I don't know what's up with the Walmart website, why you can enter a very specific item in the "search" area, but a ton of other non-related stuff comes up that you need to sift through.

This is the worst website to shop from specially when its close to holidays or during holidays... the website is not responding and wont let me checkout... for days i have been trying to check out... what a waste of time... would never ever shop here again... the customer service is of no help and even my emails to walmart did not get me anywhere either. They said they employed thousands this holiday but it seems like they have one person employed coz they cant even hire somebody to fix the website. U SUCK WALMART!

Love the selection, prices and discounts you get for shopping online, how fast it's shipped out and delivered, and if you need a return take it to any store and it's taking care of. I can see why walmart has gotten so big - I foresee them only growing more and getting even bigger in the near future. I love walmart.com!

Not only are the workers lazy, impolite, and treat you like the worst part of their day was the moment you walked in, their products are junk and selection is weak. Furthermore, walmart is a drain on our system. The perfect example of corporate welfare. Pay their workers $#*! wages so they still need government subsidies, refuse to pay for private security and expect local police to do the work, and then after all that, the workers come back and spend their SNAP benefits at the store. Walmart blows.

First of all, I am a frequent Walmart shopper. The things I like best are: low prices, easy returns if needed, convenient locations. The things I don't like, employees are not versed on location of products so if you can't find it, asking an employee seldom helps, but worst of all is their on-line. I admit Amazon has spoiled me but a week for delivery? Twice Christmas items ordered well in advance were cancelled by Walmart at the last minute making it impossible for me to find the items in time for Christmas.
