I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I chose the 15 bottle international red wine selection and although I haven't finished all the bottles yet, the first three met with high marks. This is great value for the money and I always enjoy sampling and discovering new wines. I've already recommended it to another red wine lover.
No complaints about any of my selections; exactly what I expected. Beats having to go out during inclement weather, especially during these very difficult pandemic times. Delivery has always been o time. In two occasions when delivery was not going to be on time due to COVID-19, I was informed and was kept abreast of changes. I am very satisfied with Wine Insiders. Highly recommend them!

Wine Insiders is the best wine club I've joined. Fast, always friendly and my wine arrives in perfect condition. This is a great company. I ordered during quarantine so it took longer to get my order than expected, but I always got an apology and a coupon for some percentage off. The wines were very good and there was a great selection. I always look forward to my shipments.

You'd think when you buy a six month package on Groupon you'd get six months but apparently within their fine print, you are automatically enrolled and billed in their subscription package. My seventh month was more expensive than the previous six combined. Disingenuous marketing.

I've ordered many bottles of red wines from them. I've done 5 orders this year so far. Even with the COVID disruptions everywhere else, they are quick to send me my orders. They are always great wines for a great price! Shipping is always fast and the bottles are packed nice and secure. They are my favorite online wine seller. When you need to stock up on wine, do it here! I usually get French and Italian reds. I have never had to return anything or had a bad wine from them. I don't leave many reviews, but this one is so good it needs to be shared.

In the middle of pandemic, they provided great selection of wine. Due to the restriction, the shipment was delayed, but their customer service sent us the message for the exploitation with apologies. We also received many different coupons. Definitely, we will buy from them in the future.

I have ordered wine from Wine Insiders for several years. Generally, I have been very pleased with their selection and rankings. There is an occassional substitution or missing bottle, which is quickly taken care of by Customer Service. If you are looking for top shelf $50 wines, buy it at your local wine shop. If you are looking for a wide variety of daily table wines, this is the best source I've found.

Ordered a case of 12 reds to start and found a few favorites. Other wine clubs have no availability to reorder but I have found some available for a second and third time. Prices are good with their frequent promotions. I was concerned about shipping in the heat of the summer but for PA my order was shipped in the evening and received the next day. FedEx is not even requiring a signature during Covid-19 making full contact less delivery.

I usually buy a case per month of red wines that I have found to be delicious and well priced. The Fed-Ex delivery arrives within 5 days to a designated Fed-Ex partner business, where the wines can stay cool until I can pick them up. Very important step in Arizona!

Ordering was very easy, delivery was terrible. Kept getting notifications from FedEx, 4 different attempts multiple phone calls to both FedEx and Wine Insiders. Too much time wasted and too many people involved.
Our first wine order at the beginning of the Covid shut down understandably took longer to arrive in PA, but Wine Insiders let us know what to expect. We have enjoyed all of the wines we have ordered so far. Great prices, good wines and service that met our hopeful expectations. Discounted wine, coupons that even save more and no delivery charge for orders of 6 bottles or more. We'll keep ordering.

This is a great way to buy wine without leaving your living room. We aren't wine experts but we know what we like and we've found several wines we really like at an excellent price point. My only complaint is we haven't been able to repurchase some of the wines we like. This may be due to the pandemic and shipping issues? Not being able to keep up with demand? Delivery is very fast. And if the wine comes after the promised date, a great deal is offered. I would love to see some specials like an all Chardonnay box or an all Rose box, etc. Thank you for this wonderful option to purchase good wines conveniently without breaking the bank.
