I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
Have been a member for a few years and enjoyed tasting wines from all over the world. On occasion receive a wine I may not like but hey, can't please me all the time! Have also turned some friends on to Wine Insiders and they have also had the same pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!
I don't know a lot about wines but Wine Insiders has reviews and recommendations so I can try things that others, who know more than me, suggest and like. The prices are very reasonable to begin with and the sales are awesome. I have ordered a couple dozen and been very pleased.

In the past 6 months FedEx has said "no one was home to sign when I've been home whole time, when I complained had to wait all next day AGAIN. Poor customer service both party's. I gave excellent review previous but will not order again bc Of shipping issues, oh and once FEDEX dropped my wine. Busted bottles sent back to NY but shows as delivered? Didn't tell me. I had to call.

I have been ordering from and drinking their wines for several years and never been disappointed! In terms of cost, it's difficult to come close to their sales. I've been using Wine Insiders since before Covid-19. They have great wines at terrific prices. You don't pay shipping and the wine is delivered directly to your home or a pick up location. They ship pretty quickly, usually a week or less. They change up their selections and they are always good.

I was drawn to Wine Insiders for a few good reasons: 1.) They presented fully selected case of wine (mixed in white in red or all of the same type). 2.) The presentation gave what was found to be an accurate description of the wines. 3.) All Awards were noted and frequently they had All Award Winner selections. 4.) Pricing remained below $10 per bottle with shipping PREPAID. 5.) Often there were offers to select your own case (12 or 15 bottles) from a large listing of wines at a fixed reasonable price per bottle. Sometimes the price per bottle was at a range of prices. 6.) Orders were very easy and quick to place. 7.) Shipments arrived very fast (about 2 days after placing an order). ALL GREAT.
Then about 6 months ago (in early 2020) the Award Winning Wines of prepackage cases began to disappear. Not sure what reasons were behind the changes. Hoping the original winning business model comes back. That is why I say, "THE COURT IS OUT". MAY IT REMAIN GREAT.
