I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
Since purchasing wine from Wine Insiders I have renewed my love for red wine. The selection is terrific. I always upgrade and the choices never disappoint.
I don't know much about wine selection but with Wine Insiders I feel like a pro.
My guests have enjoyed these new wines as well.

As far as I am concerned, Wine Insiders leads the industry! Great wines is obvious but their customer service is outstanding! Call them, you speak to a live, knowledgeable courteous representative. Wine Insiders knows the meaning of good customer service! Recently I placed an order during the warehouse clearance sale. Wines for $5/bottle plus free shipping for an order of 6 or more bottles... yes please! Usually I receive my order within about three days which I consider amazing! Due to the high demand during the sale, the shipment was delayed by a few days. To compensate me for the "inconvenience", it wasn't really much of an inconvenience, I received an email apologizing and offering me a $15 credit voucher towards my next order. Wow! Totally unexpected and frankly unnecessary. But Thank you! Somehow I inadvertently deleted the email and the voucher code. So I emailed Wine Insiders customer service for assistance and they graciously added the credit to my account. In my opinion that gesture went above and beyond and insures I'll be a loyal customer for life! Thank you!

I've tried other wine subscriptions and I prefer the wines provided by Wine Insiders. I'm frugal and tend to buy when they have sales - the quality of the wines you get from WI for the price is MUCH better than what you'll find at your grocery store. I've always had my wine shipped to a Walgreens in case I'm not home. I've had no issues with shipping.

You expect a decent product when you make a purchase, but when the product is really good and is backed by quality service you find yourself returning to that company again and again. This has been our experience with Wine Insiders. They keep you informed every step along the way from ordering to final delivery. We did receive one bottle that was corked. When we contacted Wine Insiders, they gave us a credit without any questioning or hassle.
Tip for consumers:
They ship FedEx and FedEx allows you to redirect shipment to several i.e., Walgreens instead of having to be home to sign for the receipt of the wine. Handy when you know you won't be home to receive the wine on the scheduled day of delivery.

I love this site for buying wine. It's not a club where you have to buy wine a few times a year. You only buy when and how much you want. They have great prices, the wine is always good and it's delivered to your home within a couple of days. Delivery is always free if you buy a certain amount-usually at least 6 bottleS but sometimes 12. It depends on the deals and prices of the wine.

Wine Insiders is my go to for my wine purchases. Their ratings on the website are very accurate. The convenience of having wine delivered to my door, or a nearby pick up point is fantastic. You do not have recurring deliveries like most wine clubs. When you want wine, just order. They do send an email almost every day, and when you see something interesting, just order and it shows up within a week, most of the time.
The only downside is they do not carry some of the wines of my favorite vineyards. On the other hand, I have tried many new wines I cannot find at my local shops. As stated above, the ratings on the website are excellent.

Always a great selection of wines in a wide range of price points. Shipping is fast and always well packed. We really enjoy the depth of detail on each wine and particularly appreciate the inclusion of alcohol content. That is a detail most websites overlook and is very telling when looking at a new wine. They advertised a coupon on their site and did not honor it. We called customer service and got no return phone call. We emailed no return emails. When we did order from this company we had a problem with a few bottles of wine that was sour and they never alleviated the problem at all when we finally did get in touch with customer service. They are horrible. Stay away!

I was somewhat concerned with the quality of the red wines I was buying at such low prices. But I have to say all were good and most were great. I rated each wine one to ten, with a ten being the best, and all 12 were 8 or above. Several were 10 and many were 9. A great deal at the price. I have actually placed a second order since we are eating dinner at home most nights. These wines are a wonderful addition to our home cellar. Highly recommend as they are priced way below our wine club deliveries and wonderful for weekday meals, or even for fancy weekend meals!
