I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
They promised good quality wines from around the world at very good prices, and that's exactly what I have been experiencing. I am not a wine connoisseur, but I do like certain types of wines and to experience the variety of wines produced in various countries around the world. It is also extremely important that a company is easy to deal with and stands behind their promises, which is exactly what I have found is the case. I recently experienced a mixup on the packaging of wines in my order, this is the first time this had happened. I called them up to make arrangements to resolve the problem. Not only did they fix the problem they did it while I was still on the phone and shipped it out the same day. I have absolutely no qualms that any problems I may experience in the future will be handled just as well.
The 12 wines I ordered came packed properly, no breakage. They arrived on time as promised. And I am still enjoying them. One problem did occur. I was told I would be getting a magnum of Champaign with my order. I did not get one. I called Wine Insiders, the customer service individual said she was sorry for the mix-up. And she gave me a $20 credit for the next time I order wine. So the problem was fixed with no fighting about it. Good service, I would add to this review.

I have enjoyed ordering wine from Wine Insiders. Their service is very good. Wines arrive quickly. They are packaged well. I do appreciate the free shipping. My one complaint is there is not a great selection of lower priced wines, especially whites. There is not a selection better known wines. But what I have ordered has been good.

I have been a customer on and off for over a year, typically ordered around the major holidays. This year I have utilized Wine Insiders more frequently and have always received excellent service, follow up and delivery tracking. The wines have been very good. On occasion I have ordered a few I have not had before, some were good and others just ok. But then you have to try and step out from time to time, adventure I say. Prices are good too!

I have only had an issue once, but they immediately refunded the few bottles that i did not like, which says allot for them. It is shipped quickly and i have enjoyed the wine each time. A friend recommended Wine Insiders to me a few months back. I did not even know you could wine delivered to your door (in Texas). The first order's delivery took a while (in the middle of Covid chaos) but generally wine is delivered within a couple of business days. The prices are great and the wine is excellent. At this point I have probably bought 5 or 6 half cases and there has only been one bottle I did not like. The only downside is that if you find something you REALLY like they may not have it the next order. But you can always find something new. Prices are better than any big box (or local) liquor store or grocery. I like that is comes right to the door (or I can have it delivered to a drug store or FedEx store) and delivery is free. Great value, great wine, great service.

I ordered a shipment for my daughter. It was damaged by FedEx in shipment. Wine insiders did not send a replacement. Two weeks later, having received nothing, I called them. Although they've had the damaged box for over two weeks. The customer service rep told me that they don't ship out unless the customer calls them. They've been relied on their policy saying that it won't ship for another five days. Two weeks later, having received nothing, I called them. Although they had the damaged box for over two weeks. Although they sat on our box of wine for two weeks, we went to the end of the line. Their excuse was we didn't notify them. What? Customer service was a joke.

I found Wine Insiders before the pandemic and was completely happy with the wines and service. If you like wine and are not a person who thinks they know everything their is to know about wine you will love Wine Insiders. You can pick and choose as you like or you can let them do the work and pick the wines for you. Now don't get me wrong but, most times they get it right and once in a while they miss the target.

An honest company that doesn't try to sell you something you don't want. I have only had one wine that I had to have replaced because I didn't care for it and the process was easy. Only complaint if I find a wine I can't live without it isn't always available again on the site.
