I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I have ordered from Wine Insiders for years. I have never been disappointed with the wine selections. Great wines at very good prices and delivered to your door. When I have spoken to someone by phone, they all have been so friendly and helpful! Great customer service! Wine Insiders is my go to wine service whenever I need to purchase good wine!
I've ordered many, many cases of wine over the past 4 years from Wine Insiders. They are generally pretty quick w/ delivery, decent with pricing and selection and I love their free delivery offer with 6 plus bottle orders. The only negative feedback is the consistency in the taste of the wine. Sometimes the same wine I order but at different times can taste a little different, e.g., more dry and the cork breaks more easily so it may be due to the storage of the wine. Wine Insiders is my go to online wine company. Hope they can look into adding Apothic to their selection.

I have ordered a few times during this pandemic and have always got delivery albeit delayed due to the circumstances and I did expect lead times of up to 10 days. Recently their delivery speed has been near normal. The wines I have received have been varied and interesting and for the most part Good. I would not hesitate to order from the company in future though most of my purchases of wine will be from the local PLCB.

Wine insiders allows me to enjoy wines from all the wine regions at a great price! Like all wines some are great others are just so so but that has a lot to do with my taste in wines, but wine insiders gives me the opportunity to try all kinds of wine! I have some experience with two or three different wine clubs and so far, Wine Insiders has been the best. I have had no issues with orders or service to date. Maybe I haven't been doing business with them for long enough? The prices are very fair, the available discounts are excellent and so far the wines have been very good.

I get emails from wine insiders all the time. I love that I can pick and choose my favorite wines. The price of these wines are so much cheaper than what you pay in stores. I love that in a few days the wine is delivered to my door. And often times the deliverer will bring into my house. It is so very convenient. It certainly beats dragging and lifting bottles of wine from the stores. If I ever have a problem I can call and the sales people I speak to our wonderful.

I have ordered from WI for many years. Always a good selection, great to try different wines. I would say, I like 95% of the white wines and 85% of the reds. They usually have a good selection of very good red french wines and always great Italian wines. Many very good Chardonnays from California from unknown wineries. Always great everyday drinking wines. They have many sales. I keep notes on the wines I like and reorder when needed. Again, not all the wines are very good. I have requested a refund, as per their policy, on wines I did not like, several times and never a question about a refund. I just don't order those wines again.

I tried another "big" wine club before I tried Wine Insiders and the wine was so horrible I didn't even drink it. With Wine Insiders you get great wines at great prices and often with terrific sales prices, too. The service is phenomenal and they make you feel like a friend. You never are required to buy anything to stay a member and I haven't bought wine anywhere else since I became a member over 2 years ago(?) I think that's right. Even though I had favorite wines from other sources, Wine Insiders' selection always has something better than what I was buying before. I lived in France for 10 years in the 70's and 80's so I'm pretty picky when it comes to wine!

I have belonged to Wine Insiders for over a year now. I enjoy participating in their specials when I am able. There always seems to be "value for your dollar" deals if you are patient and selective, which I must be as a "single imbiber" household. Customer service was outstanding the one time I had an issue. I do wish Wine Insiders had more sparkling wine selections (my absolute favorite!) but I suspect they will as ime goes by. As I stated earlier, I am patient. I urge you to give them a chance or two. The service has been very good. Wine received when it was it was supposed to. However, many of the wines that we have grown to love are suddenly not currently available. They have not been available for the last 4 months. The wines currently on sale do not interest me. Therefore, we are not buying any wine at this time.

I've ordered from Wine Insiders for years, what I want when I want it. This is NOT a club! If I don't like a particular wine they've sent me, I notify them and they rectify it. BTW, this has happened only once. Shipping has always been quick (usually 2 days) and free. If you like great wine at a reasonable cost, I recommend Wine Insiders.
