I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
There are wine stores and many wine clubs. None of them beat Wine Insiders. I've been a customer for many years and I exclusively buy my wine here. I have a collection of over 150 bottles, and I keep adding to it whenever I see something new on their site. The prices are unbelievable and the selection is enormous. I take pictures of labels of wines that I really like so I can be sure to order more of the same in a future order. Free shipping, great prices and an unbeatable selection. What's not to like about Wine Insiders? If you're a current customer you likely know what I mean. If you've never tried them, I suggest you do. You won't be disappointed.

I have ordered wine from Wine Insiders, using a Groupon, and both purchases resulted in many bottles of delicious red wine. Having had mixed results from trying to get wines at a wine store soured me on drinking wine for a while, until I found Wine Insiders. Their wines are well chosen, in ways that suit my taste.
I had one experience with their customer service, and they responded promptly, cheerfully, and accurately in the resolution of the issue I was having redeeming the Groupon.
Yes, during the pandemic, delivery times were longer than what they are accustomed to do, (due to increased demand) but they were forecast by the company, and I knew what was going to happen - no disappointment at all.

I've been using wine insiders for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed. Sure, some wine is not of my liking, but for the most part every bottle has been good. I use the one's I don't like as gifts. Price is my reason for buying these wines, and I repeat the purchase as my supply gets low. My rack holds 24 bottles and I keep it fully stocked. I drink mostly red wine so I can't comment on the whites. When we did a lot of cruising, I sometimes brought a couple from my collection. I also bought bottles on board for $40.00 and they were not even as good as the $8.99 wines I got from Wine Insider. That is why I stick with them as I can't find better wines at those prices.

Wine with dinner is a regular event. Box wine, while acceptable, just doesn't strike the correct note. Wine Insider's wines are always as good as the best box wines and have that added benefit of the unique differences that come from the regions of production and the variety of grapes. In multiple orders never a bad bottle, always a good value, shipping and packing is perfect and very fast. Can't comment about their customer service since I have never had any reason to utilize it.

Prices are more than reasonable, free shipping on 6+ bottles and its to your door in just a few days. If you don't like any of the bottles (which is very rare for me), they will refund or replace with an equivalent bottle of choice. I've been ordering from WI for years... no complaints!

I love wine, especially red. I live in PA where the stores are state run. Therefore the selection is limited, even in the premium stores. I try to keep away from California wines because they make me feel ill the next day. Wine Insiders gives me a chance to get a case of wine, with just European selections, delivered to my house. No carrying heavy clanking bottles. Delivered quickly. My only "gripes" for lack of a better term, would be the occasional bottle that did not sit well with my palette. I rely on the company to suss out the best tasting wines, so it is shocking when one comes that is tart and not full bodied. Then again, maybe I chose poorly and did not understand the description? Either way, with other bottles being fantastic i just expect them all to be winners. But at the price I've paid, I chalk it up to inexpensively trying something new. I will keep using this service and recommending to others

We've ordered from Wine Insiders several times over the past 4 years and have always enjoyed the wine we received. It's a great way to stock up before the holidays or a party or to just try some wines you won't find locally. Recently we took advantage of one of their mystery wine boxes. We ordered a mystery red pack, but somehow there was a mix up on the order and we instead received a box of all white wines. We immediately called and the customer service rep we spoke with quickly reviewed our order and sent a replacement shipment of red wines and told us to just keep the box of whites. In all the years we have used them this was the only error and we were impressed with how quickly it was corrected for us. I recommend their website to all my wine loving friends.

It was quick shipping I guess reading some other reviews people put on that they had to wait but lets face it when the liquor stores closed down wine insiders as others were most likely overwhelmed. All the wines have been screened by their tasters so there is no worry on any selections. Like the variety of wine that you can't get otherwise at your local store so it's fun to try different selections, even the "mystery case". Shipping is efficient and Fedex will drop at a local pharmacy or other retailer to pick up when it's convenient [needs signed for].

During this pandemic, in which people have been staying home, having a company that delivers great wine at great prices is a godsend. The website is easy to use and navigate. Their descriptions are pretty accurate. They have a good selection of different varietals from around the world. Their sales are tremendous. And it comes to your door. Pick what you or want or experiment with mixed cases sight unseen. I've been pleasantly surprised. The percentage of wines I didn't like were at under 5%, which is better odds than I get when I go to store and try new bottles. I recommend them!

After placing order, I received an itemized invoice, which showed an entirely different price for one bottle. When I complained, I was told "Oh... for some reason, it lumped all prices together"... when I complained more about deceptive marketing, the next level replied to me that is the way they always do things! What a joke! Happy there are so many different decent, honest wine companies to work with!

I love this business! I've been able to stock up on reasonably priced bubbly while in quarantine... and their mixed bottle deal is how I keep my wine rack stocked. Nothing fancy, but fun to try all the different types and have it all delivered for free! (certain offers!) Highly recommend! For guys like me who like wines over a broad spectrum, and care about not getting bad stuff more than trying to find that exquisite far out vintage stuff for the snobs, Wine Insiders is a great merchant to use. Moreover, my frugal self gets satisfied with their pricing systems. Getting it delivered to your door is a plus as well. However, I had to invest in a dolly to carry these 15 bottle boxes inside. Wine can be heavy!
