I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
My daughter gave me a Groupon for a case of wine from Wine Insiders for Christmas 2018. Since that time, I have ordered at least once every 4-6 weeks and I can honestly say that there has not been a single bottle of wine that was a flop. We have been introduced to wonderful new tastes from around the world. With free delivery on orders of six or more bottles, special offers and discounts, and FEDEX delivery within days this is my wine supplier, FOREVER! Don't be fooled by other online wine shops, Wine Insiders does not ship automatically.
I love WINE INSIDERS but I tend to wait for mixed cases at great prices. I have not yet gotten a wine from them that I didn't like even though I tend to go for the less expensive wines. (I have wine at dinner almost every night!). Most of their wines are very good and occasionally one is just OK. I must admit that I am not a connoisseur. I learned that when I took a wine tasting course at the Culinary Institute of America in the late 1970's. I liked almost everything, a long as it wasn't sweet. I also like it that the wines arrive quickly and that I can pick them up at Walgreens so I don't have to worry about being home!

I used to order alot from wine insiders. Then covid 19 came. The jacked up their prices 50%. Other company's also were short on inventory, but maintained their prices. I won't order from a company that took advantage of dire cirizens.

You could blame the pandemic or FedEx or wineinsiders.com, but in the end I was not happy with my initial order from this vendor. The initial order was damaged in shipment so probably due to the pandemic or what was generally available at the time, I received wines that were not all what I expected in the replacement order. I joined the club for the specific selection shown on the web site. While I understand that substitutions are part of the deal, I did not think that the wines I received were great nor was the selection personalized. I asked to be dropped from the program within the first six weeks.

I ordered 3 bottles and when I sent a request for an update regarding my order they couldn't find my account. Then I proceeded to call and after waiting for 20 minutes, I finally reached a representative. She was very nice and told me when my order was going out for delivery. So I emailed the representative that told me she couldn't find my account and she then agreed with the other representative. Of course it never arrived so I called again and Phillip, the worst customer representative I've ever spoken too advised me that my shipment was going out for delivery the next business day and would be delivered by the end of the week. After being advised that I wasn't receiving my order soon, I asked for someone to call me back to explain all these excuses I've been receiving. Did not receive a call back and after asking for our money back through email, still nothing. Worst experience I've ever had. I understand that we are in a lockdown but this is ridiculous.

Have ordered a number of times, especially when there is a great deal, or when I have a coupon. I love trying new wines, and although I've had some that I would not re-order, I've never had a bottle I couldn't drink. A case of wine is also a great gift. The packaging is great, and I recycle the inside material as seed starters. With the free shipping I certainly don't expect Amazon Prime shipping, and with Covid all shipping is being delayed. I recommend Wine Insiders to my friends and family mostly because there is no requirement to join their wine club, free shipping and I've really enjoyed the wines I have received. The only wish that the tasting notes would come with the wines. When a friend picks a bottle of wine from my wine rack, I don't want to have to go online to get this information. I have not been offered any incentive or payment to write this review.

We ordered a case of the Italian wines and received it very quickly. I looked up all of the wines we received and they were are well-rated using the Vivino app. We immediately ordered a second case. There was an issue with FEDEX and the second case; Wine Insiders tracked down the issue and fixed it quickly. Will definitely order from Wine Insiders again.

I didn't know I could like wine so much. I kindof live in the "boonies" with not many choices. I like wine, so I tried Wine Insiders (Ok, my sister gave me a discount code too). I didn't know what I was missing. Every wine I have tried has been good. Is it right to say things taste expensive? Really, the wines are not expensive, they just taste that way. Many wines to choose from. Have ordered several times (first through Groupon) and quick delivery (except during early covid but, understandable!) Have found some nice wines and becasue price is reasonable we have experimented on several to taste. I will continue to buy from them when I see what I like.

I placed an order on 4/11 and was told to expect somewhat of a delay in shipping which I totally understand due to the current covid-19 situation. The site states that in Pennsylvania orders will be shipped 6 days after the transaction. It is now 4/24 and I have not recieved my order. I've sent multiple emails and recieve generic responses back from the site. During this time of waiting I used another service (winc which highly recommend) I had my order in 4 days. If you do not mind waiting almost a month for your shipments maybe this is the site for you. I will not be recommending wine insiders nor will I order from them again.
