I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I live in a very rural, Mountain area with few stores so love the variety of wine (I am partial to Australian & New Zealand white wines). The delivery to the door is terrific and I can refill the wine frig easily.
The wine we have tried over several years has not disappointed us. Great prices, quality, and very good selection. We will continue to shop with Wine Insiders.

I have a Total Wine Store about three miles from my house and I have been buying wine there for the past eight years. A friend told me about Wine Insiders and I decided to give them a try. In the past, I have joined Wine Clubs and dropped out of wine clubs. To be honest, I joined these clubs because the initial offer was good and even if I could not choose the wines I would receive on my initial order, at least they would be priced reasonably. Wine insiders was different! I CHOSE what I wanted and paid a fair price. I did not have to accept monthly, or any other time frame delivery. In other words, I chose what wines I wanted WHEN I wanted. Now for more GOOD news. The wine is in my opinion excellent. I do not admit to being any kind of expert on wine. I just like what I like. So far I have sampled a Malbac and a Reisling and have been extremely satisfied. I will undoubtedly make purchases in the future. Thanks for the enjoyment.

My wife and I really enjoy the wines that we have ordered. A little skeptical at first, but not anymore. We always get the split of half whites/half reds because in that mix you will find a proper match for any situation. GREAT WINES AT GREAT PRICES. Gotta go, its time to pull a cork!

I have gotten wine from Wine Insiders and Wall Street Journal probably 4 or 5 times each. I like wine insiders as I can pick and choose from their fairly large selection of reds. As a general rule, I don't order the pre-made up case that is usually offered. So far, I have been very happy with the wines I have consumed and find them to be nearly as good as and in many case equal to the Wall Street Journal wines. I just wish they had more South African Pinotage wine and more Malbec offerings.

Have been buying my wines from WI for a bit over two years now - happily so, I can report. I am no sommelier, but I do know what I like and what reds (all I buy) I have tasted over those years - plenty of cabs, blends, French controlled name labels, Italian DOC's, Malbecs, Zinfandels, Spanish Tempranillos and many others - have never disappointed. Prices are way more than fair. If you are a judicious buyer, you can't fail in my view. Yes, i am exceedingly pleased with my relationship, for that's what it is, with Wine Insider. What I love about Wine Insiders are the great wines at great value. No, you are not going to find names that you are likely familiar with, and no, you are not going to find 50 dollar bottles of wine. But for most of us, if we are honest, the 10 to 20 dollar, well selected brands (by wine insiders) will taste just as good if not better!
And if you wait until there are sales, you will find amazing deals. I mean amazing.
On top of that, Wine Insiders has never charged me shipping---not once. And the delivery is fast---I am talking a few days at most. Once at the height of the pandemic they took a bit over a week and sent me like 3 emails updating and apologizing! My WSJ Wine club (Where the wines are way way way more expensive and not really any better--though I use as gifts for more wine enthusiasts) takes like 3 weeks for a case to arrive.
I highly recommend you check this site out. Unless you are a wine snob. Then just go spend your easy money somewhere where they are happy to rip you off.
