I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
Found WineInsider right before MA went into coronavirus lockdown. What a great find! I have referred many people to the site. Great wines, good price, fast delivery, what else could you want?
Regular wine drinkers but not snobs will find Wine Insiders a great convenient and not very expensive source of supply. Have made VERY few selections we didn't enjoy.

I have ordered twice 12 bottles at a time. I enjoy the variety of international wines not typically available in big box grocery stores. I've learned about a wine I never had... called Mauzac and am very happy. Also, I've never been a fan of nor knowledgeable about French wines, but now have gained a new perspective on the. I am very pleased with finding wines from Spain, Italy, Sicily through WI. The website is very easy. I value reviews from other customers. My 1st case was during the start of COVID, so it was a bit delayed in shipping, but WI kept me informed. The 2nd case was amazingly quick to receive. Free shipping is #1 for me when ordering wines. As far a price, like when purchasing anything, I just google other businesses to double check if prices are fair... and I have found 80-90% of the time, WI is fair. WI packs extremely well! I had no shipping complaints at all. I appreciate various promotion offerings. I would order more frequent but during this time, socializing is minimal so I don't have a great need. However, I can 't wait to work up my next order with WI!

I placed an order through groupon and received 12 bottles of Italian red wines two of each. I have open 3 bottles thus for and have found them unfavorable, the 3rd bottle was open just this morning because I wanted to test the taste against 2 different bottles and I swear they all taste the same, another bottle going down the drain. I'm not exactly sure who wine insiders are as I recently heard of them through groupon but I am not satisfied and will not be returning. I searched YouTube to try and find more information in reviews also to leave a comment but thus far the comment section seem to only be privy to subscribers of the channel and unless I missed something visually, I have no use for that. I'm not an avid wine drinker but the wines that I have purchased locally, I have been satisfied with. I thought by purchasing in bulk I could have it on hand, ( the pinot noir, merlot are awful and I have had different brands prior to wine insiders) The 1st bottle I open was freshcello never heard of it, nothing nice. I actually drink it for the resveratrol. As for me it was a waste of money I will continue to trust my local choices.

I have ordered several cases from wineinsiders. They were all delivered promptly and I have been enjoying the selection. Not a bad bottle yet, and I think it's a good value.
The Wine Insider site was easy to navigate, I liked the way the site told about were the wine came from you the Country it was from. This made my wine selections easier to know what wines was pared with what kinds of food. I was glad that I opened the email that had your site on it I am so glad I opened it. I also thought the prices were reasonable. I had gotten the Snap Dragon Riesling, Abbazia Moscato Dolce, 2 Bianco Italian White Blend ( Due Mari) alsoDue Mari) Marques Turia -Bobal-Shiraz. I opened the Snap Dragon Riesling which I opened up and used some of it. I am hoping the rest of the wine I got will be good as well. I also liked it was delivered to my front door. That's a Thumbs up for me.

I've been buying from Wine Insiders for a couple years, and I've always been pleased with their selection and service. Although you never know exactly what they'll have, they always have new offerings as well as old favorites. There will be times when my old favorites aren't offered, but that is true anywhere--wine isn't a typical commodity that can have an endless production--when they're out of the 2018 Voignier, they may be out for good, but they'll get another Voignier worth trying. Prices are competitive, and they often run specials that make them even more so. I keep a pretty well-stocked cellar and tend to order only when my supply starts running low, so I haven't had to order during COVID, but shipping has always been fast and free for me (I usually get my wine in a few days). Others are talking about an increase in prices during COVID--supply and demand may account for some of that, and if they have had to hire more workers to fill orders, they have to be able to pay them. In my view, Wine Insiders offers good wines and good service at a good price.
