I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I had tried another service like this and they mostly chose the wines. This is not a club. I have ordered 3 or 4 times, chose my own selections, delivery was pretty fast, and there is a good selection of wine from many countries. They also give wonderful discounts. I love Wine Insiders!
With so many choices for online delivery wine services these days, I'm sticking by Wine Insiders. The prices are beyond fair, and the selection of product is also quite good. If I've a gripe, it's that often, when ordering, many products are "out of stock." That can be frustrating - however, it's not a game changer. The delivery is fast (really fast!) and I'm always pleased with a new selection of wine to experience again or try anew.

I have been receiving wine from you for 18 months. I rate every bottle on a scale of 1 to 10,10 being best. I have never had any less than 8. Most are 9 or 10. I only drink red and they are from around the world. Thank you for the great wines.

A quick note to say how satisfied I am with this option for on-line ordering of great everyday' wines. The process is simple, the deliveries are on time / complete and the variety is outstanding. Wine Insiders is the best way to buy wine! It has quick delivery and is well packaged. The prices can't be beat. It is also a great way to try different wines. With affordable pricing, if you find one you don't care for, it hasn't cost you too much money to try. I haven't found one yet that I needed to dump! I have been ordering wine from Wine Insider for over a couple years and I love almost all the wine! Every once in a while I get one I do not like, but maybe 1 of 20. They offer to refund on the one you don't but they get so much right that I do not bother. Good fast delivery with Fedex. Great Price/Service. Highly recommended.

I have ordered from Wine Insider for many years. You get what you pay for. Is it the best wine available, no, but when you pay $ 6-8 per bottle you are not going to serve this for the CEO when he comes to dinner. Is it good enough for a glass by the pool in the summer; most definitely and it will be far better than the $6 bottle from the local grocery store. I have only had one or two bottles that I didn't care for and that was more a taste preference than a quality issue. I have only had one shipping delay in 3 years and the apologized and offered bye a credit on my next order without me asking.

Wine insiders is a reputable company that has wines from all over the world. I'm partial to reds; however, they have plenty of whites all at a reasonable price point. It has been my 'go to' wine shop of choice and ships direct.
Tip for consumers:
You do not need to have the wine shipped to your address as it can be shipped to a holder (like Walgreens/FedEX/UPS). Then pick it up at your convenience.

I was surfing the net when I was directed to the GroupOn site. There were wines on sale. I checked the reviews of the Wine Insiders' and true to what people are saying, they got good selections of wines. I ordered right away and upgraded to premium wines. It was a gift to my brother-in-law and I could see in his face the happiness upon seeing those wines. He and my sister tried some of the wines and they said it taste good. I ordered 15 bottles of wine all with excellent reviews on the site. I have opened 5 bottles thus far and they have appeared watered down and bitter due to the lack of richness in color and flavor. I have even tried to add fruit to make a sangria but ended up pouring most of the wine out as it was undrinkable! I advise to skip the "good deal". And spend a little more with your local retailer.

I was hesitant to order wine on-line since I had a bad experience with a wine club in the past. This is not a club. There were no commitments or membership fees. You pick the wines you want, when you want and they are shipped right to your door. They have a nice selection of wines from different countries. Overall, I have been pleased with my selections and have few new favorites. I definitely recommend giving Wine Insiders a try.

I've been buying my wine's online for many years, and what I can say about this company of their selection of wine is the best I've tasted is at a reasonable price., and above the rest. The packing is extraordinary. I never received a broken bottle, even when FED EX dented the box, no bottles were never broken. I don't like paying a lot of money for the wine I drink, and if I am paying $ 8 a bottle, I don't expect a $20 or $30 dollar, and the $8 dollars a bottle, shipped free is good for me. Common they got to make $$$ to. If I want a #25 or $30 dollar bottle of wine I'll go to acquire it in a store

Originally heartwood and oak, was a fantastic company! I ordered from them all the time. Once wine insiders took over the whole company has gone down hill. Wine is not as good and prices get higher all the time. We have moved on to other companies.

I am a regular customer and enjoy trying new wines at great prices. I started out buying the pre-selected packages and learned about our favorites and now I generally select my wine from the huge selection. I still get some of the pre-selected packages, especially the regional packages like the wines of Spain and Portugal. I am never disappointed. Shipping slowed down somewhat in March and April, but that was to be expected during a pandemic, but now shipping is back at its usual fast pace. Great way to enjoy a wide variety of wine at very good prices.

I have ordered from here many times and I'm almost always happy. The only complain is that sometimes they are out of what I want. The wine is generally good, the prices are outstanding and you can't beat getting wine delivered to your door. One too: stay away from the mystery case.

I love the prices and products offered.
However, the company uses FedEx for shipping. They are seldom on time, and have "lost" my shipment as well.
Something else. They ran a marketing program offering a free gift of a wine decanter. My purchase didn't qualify for the gift, because I ordered TOO MUCH product. I found that odd and off-putting.
