I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I was skeptical about buying wine online but it has been a wonderful experience for me. Wine insiders provides descriptions on all the wines and provides wines from all over the world. We have learned a great deal about wine as Wine Insider customers.
I need to also mention their great service. We usually receive our order within a few days.
I've been a customer for many years now. We enjoy drier wines. I usually order email specials and do not pick specific wine. This enables us to try different things. As in anything, some are better then others, but I've never had any that were undrinkable. The value is there. And on a side note, during the March/April COVID shutdown, there were some issues with proper fulfillment and slower delivery. In contacting customer service, they were very attentive, and replaced bottles sent by mistake and provided further discounts for future orders.

With anything I order without seeing, I'm always skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised when my shipment of 12 bottles arrived quickly and packaged so well. It is so convenient, especially since our Liquor store has closed due to COVID. Even more important is that all of the wines were delicious, and priced fairly. I have ordered 3 times and not had an issue.

It is great belonging to a wine company that does not require you to remember to cancel if you don't want a shipment. You only order when you're ready and they often have special discounts on numerous wine choices. Wine Insiders is a great site to order wine. I love the freedom of placing wine orders when I want them and not having to deal with a subscription. I have been ordering wine from Wine Insiders for 7-8 years, initially pretty happy to receive whatever case appeared on my porch every quarter. I'm even happier now. With the discounts available, I can order wines that are a little more expensive and pay the same amount as before. I can even trust the person on the phone to select the specific wines for me after I tell her what I like and how many Sauvignon Blancs, how many Pinots etc. It's safer than me going to the liquor store! I'm also impressed by how quickly my order is processed and delivered and their ability to notice me about the arrival time. Fear not and drink up. You'll be impressed.

Only once did we receive a bottle, we did not like. We wrote, received a credit and told to keep the wine.
We have no complaints, we generally take the pre-chosen wines in various special offers, but we have also chosen some ourselves in site wide sales.

I started ordering from Wine Insiders about 2 years ago. They have always had an amazing selection of all varietals. The deals they offer cannot be beat, especially if you are a frequent drinker. The free shipping upgrade is worth it's wait in gold! Customer service is amazing, yet hardly needed. I like Wine insiders. I have good experience so far and the commitment they did during covid 19 is especial. A few instances I had to reach to customer support, they been always nice, supportive and professional.
For 25 hundred dollars I have spent in last three years with them, I was able to discover a bunch of really good wines, tune my palate and spend a number of great nights with my friends or girlfriend, accompanied by great dinner and wine and conversation. Easy joys of life and unforgettable memories. I will definitely keep on buying wine from them. One bug is that for some reason the wines in Favorites section of my account disappear so I had to refresh myself based on my orders, which is a little bit frustrating, but apart of that, no complains.

I love Wine insiders, I have ordered many times over the last few years and recommended their service to many. I have reordered many that I have tried and I love that you can go in their website on your account and create a "favorites" list for the next time you want to order. I do wish that there was more of a notes/ rating system in our accounts so I can remember which were ok and which I loved. There literally has only been 1 that I thought was terrible and they had great customer service, offered me a credit even above what I had paid for the wine. They offer great promotions (still waiting for that $5/bottle sale to come around again? Maybe? I hope? Super fast shipping each time. Could not recommend higher as a frequent wine drinker who loves variety and trying new things without a huge $/bottle investment. Found some old favorites and some new favorite varietals. Thank you

I have been with Wine Insiders since I first had a subscription to "A Taste of California." While the subscriptions and even the name of the club have changed over the years, the quality of the wines have not. My wife and I enjoy very much our subscription when it arrives and occasionally order a case of one we particularly like. The customer service team are real humans who do a terrific job of understanding what you are trying to tell them. I've only had positive experiences with them for many years now. If you want a regular wine shipment or even just to order some wine, they are a great choice. But remember, it's not an online wine broker who have every brand you've ever thought of. They have what they have, and it's good wine, great for the price.

The wines selected were diverse and high quality. While delivery took longer than expected and projected, I didn't and don't find this unusual in these crazy times. It's wine that's being delivered, after all, not life-saving medication... Unlike others, I found people to be very responsive to my emails. Real humans sent me emails, and my wine was delivered. If people want wine that badly, they should go to the store themselves to buy it, instead of expecting others to risk their lives to ensure that their order is perfect. FYI: We're in the midst of a pandemic. Wine should not be your priority.
