I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I was skeptical purchasing from WineInsiders based off of the previous reviews on this page. However, I had already purchased a gift card through Groupon & figured afterwards if WineInsiders is really a scam then oh well, no big loss to my wallet. I placed my order for 6 Gold Winner bottles of wine on a Friday. Few days later I received my shipping notification, & then the following Thursday it arrived at my door via UPS. All 6 bottles were correct & accounted for. I am sorry to hear others had an awful experience. However, my experience was beyond perfect & I have no doubt I will be ordering from them again.
I've been ordering from Wine Insiders for a couple years and always enjoyed the wines I've received, but once covid happened and we couldn't leave our homes, it has been a godsend! They have a great selection, it's so easy to choose and order and it ships right to my front door super quickly! They also have great deals and fun promotions often. I was very pleased with my order from Wine Insiders. I found the ordering process simple, the selection very good, and the shipping process was great. I love the careful packing of the wines in recyclable cardboard. The wine selections were broad, domestic and international. I tried a few new types that I probably would not have considered. Happy with my purchase. (Although I wasn't able to be home to sign for the box, I was able to redirect the shipment to a local FedEx store. Very convenient!)

Within minutes my order was completed and delivered on the date specified. We have consumed and served fived bottles so far and all were very good. We have used wine insiders for some time as our go to wine club. We were happy with quality and price so saw no need to look elsewhere; then covid 19 hit and it seemed prices went up significantly, appeared to be about 40% so we ordered none. I wrote the company and soon I received a email from the President offering me a 40% off voucher. We ordered again and were happy with the quality of that wine. I appreciated the interest they showed in our concerns.

I've been a member of Wine Insiders since its inception and never disappointed. The selection and price point of the wines is superb, and the bottles are always fresh, I never experienced a musty or crumbly cork.

First, there's a note on my iPad that tells me what's in the case. If I'm ready for my surprise, a few clicks will make it happen. If I have a question there's always someone to take my call and facilitate. In a short time my surprise arrives, and day after day there's another surprise to open and enjoy. I love Wine Insiders. They offer specials almost monthly. I like dry wines and I've had some wines I like better than others but there has never been anything I simply didn't like. Free shipping on 6+ bottles of wine is one of best deals I've seen. I usually get 12-15 bottles and some places won't pay shipping on a case!.

Six of the same kind but that is all on me. I should have diversified my wine selection.

The wines came in the right time and I didn't try them yet. But Coustumer service is horrible. They supposed to send me 2set of 2 glasses, after I contact them and I got 2 plastic decanters. I contacted them again before I wrote the review to see what's going on and nobody reaches me anymore. After a order of 12 bottles this is all what I'm getting, for sure never again. Unhappy.

It appears that we were out of stock on the Govino brand wine tumblers so they substituted them with another Govino branded item, the decanter. Both items are made of the same shatterproof material. The decanters would actually be considered an upgrade as it has a higher dollar value than the Govino glasses. Someone has reached out to you regarding the matter if you'd like to discuss it further.

The title tells it all. The wonderful wines live up to their descrptions. We have ordered many cases from Wine Insiders and have had very few bottles that we would not order again, and NONE that we REALLY didn't like. We always try to order a new wine along with reordering some of our favorites. Delivery is fast and convenient. Prices are very reasonable. Mail order wines can be a crapshoot. Wine Insiders has a very good selection at low prices. It's true that not every grower or bottle matches your taste; it's subjective. But when you find your favorites, you'll want more and more. And at these prices, no complaints (You can always cook with it.)

Their wines are awful, especially the reds, which are either watery, flat, bitter or strangely flavored. The wine is from obscure labels; if you ask a liquor distributor about any of them, they'll give you a blank stare. These are wines distributors don't want, and Wine Insiders buys them at low prices and resells them at a profit. I stopped buying from them after many unsatisfactory wines. They promise a refund, but if you complain more than they like, they give you a store credit instead. After awhile we realized we were simply being sold more bad wine, so we stopped buying from them.

I'm very glad my son-in-law introduced me to Wine Insiders. The wines are first rate and the prices are truly wonderful.
