I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
Started using WI after I tried to find a flexible wine service to use as a gift for my daughter. Then I started using them as well. They ship for free for half cases and have great pricing. So easy to use. I will continue to purchase from WI, and I am not purchasing as much from my other website, NW.

The communication from the start was amazing. I knew where the box was and received periodic updates along the way. And each wine we have tried so far is great. The quality, price and service will have me placing another order for certain.

Poor selection of wines and of very low quality, I had the opportunity to taste them and I was very disappointed, very acidic and of very low quality.
I was so disappointed with the quality and high vinegar taste that I had to throw the wines in the sink.

Ordered a case never showed, called fed ex, said it was delivered but not to my house no one signed for it. Called wine insiders, wine was shipped to a wrong address. Wine insiders said they would send an another shipment but I have heard nothing from them.

The wine was delicious once I received it. It did take a little long due to the current pandemic however, the wine is very good. I reorder other wines and they were also very good. There is a wide variety of wines to choose from. I will order again and I have also shared this site with a few of my closest friends.

I'm a former regular customer of Wine Insiders. It USED TO BE cheaper to buy in bulk from Wine Insiders than to go to a nearby liquor store for the same type/quality of wine. It's no longer true. First, they added a "handling fee" of $3 per order that was being charged in order to help them expedite the shipping process. (Insert eye-roll here). Then they sent an email stating they were being "forced" to raise prices due to "inflation". Please! It's just greed! Nowadays, I can find the same lower-to-LOW-quality wines for much less money in my local liquor store. Don't be mistaken; the wine they sell at Wine Insiders IS INDEED low-quality; they buy excess/leftover stock from wineries who couldn't sell it. (Think of it as "Overstock.com" for wine). That's why Wine Insiders' wine *used to be* reasonably priced. Nowadays, though, you'll pay much more for the same low-level product. Now they've jacked up their prices and their "sales" and "specials" are a joke! I'd rather buy similar low-brow wines for less money while also supporting my local small business liquor store.

We have been members of Wine Insiders for several years. We love the wine selection (I like reds, my wife likes white. And there is something for both of us). We also love the sales that are offered and shop often for a 15-case. Shipping is free and one of the best features is the ability to have the wine delivered to a local Walgreens... we are not always home for the FedEx delivery (that needs to be signed for), so having our wine delivered to our local Walgreens means we can pick it up when convenient (we get notification that the wine is available) for us.
I had the occasion to contact customer service about a small issue, and found them to be very responsive and helpful.
We have belonged to another wine club, but dropped it in favor or Wine Insiders.

I have been a member of Wine Insiders for a number of years and ordered and consumed m, any bottles of wine.
As of this date I have not found a "BAD" bottle of wine. Some are much betters than others, but they all are very good. I am 90 years old and still enjoy sipping good vino with the family and pairing different ones with with good
Food. Now that is a blessing. I highly recommend it.

We've ordered wine from all over the world and this is by far the worst. You will receive duplicate wines, we order 12 and 6 were duplicates and they stated that it was in the fine print. We also ordered their decanter and wine glass which they stated were $9.99 each, they were plastic and couldn't be more than $2 apiece. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from them again.

This is the best online wine venue. Not a club with automatic orders just order what you want when you want it. Rapid delivery usually within a week of ordering. I have been a Wine Insiders member for several years and they have provided exceptional wines for the cost of the membership. When I did experience a problem with the wine delivery, Wine Insiders was there to correct all of the problems incurred by the delivery company. I received a replacement for the damaged shipment three days later. Now that is exceptional service.
