I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I have been a customer of Wine Insiders for several years now. I am very pleased with the quality of the wines and the many, many selections available for purchase. After buying wine from grocery and liquor stores for years with many many satisfaction failures we decided to give WI a try. Surprise!, the wine was far better than what we had been getting before and it was less expensive. The wines were of good known varietals and generally better executed than most of the "name brands" we had been purchasing. Keep it up!

Placed my order over 10 days ago, I called customer service and they told me they are still packing the bottles - 10 days later?
Then they tell me they don't have the bottles in stock that they already charged me for.
Would never order from this company again!

Good wine, good price, good service. Have been a WI customer for a number of years now. I use as gifts or for myself and have never had a concern with taste, body and texture. Also appreciate the WI is not a wine club. I order when I want and needn't worry about unwanted shipments.
I do however miss the prepackaged box wine you used to offer (at great prices). It's easier for me ordering this way.
Bottom line - keep up the good offerings and work.

A friend of mine didn't like the wine he received from WI, but he got reds, and I wanted whites, so I decided to give them a try. I was told that it would be shipped out in a couple of days, however AFTER they got my payment I got a message saying that it would be 2 WEEKS before they even shipped it out. I immediately called to cancel the order, no answer. I wrote their customer service dept. and all I got was a bunch of excuses why they would not cancel the order. I had to have paypal give me a refund by doing a charge back to them.

Love that this is not a subscription club. I can order when I want and what I want. I can mix and match although I like white wines the best, but if it's my turn to bring the wine, I can order reds and whites. The wines so far have been really good and just my style.

I have been a customer for WI for many years and have recommended it to many friends. Their customer service is outstanding and their wines are nice. I like to get their pre selected cases for my everyday wine. Taking to the cabin wine, etc. They may not be the Best wine you've ever had... but they are all good and very drinkable... and for the price, cant be beat! Try them!

As the title states, great access to European table wines from France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Many wines in Europe are consumed locally and access is limited. Wine Insiders has interesting and great tasting wines for low cost.

So it had to happen. I got my first bad bottle of wine. It was from South Africa... Interesting in that South Africa is no a place that immediately comes to mind as a producer of great wine. It was simple labeled as "white" so no doubt a blend of some sort. It was so bad that my immediate reaction was do I swallow this or spit it out? It was not spoiled... screwcap so it was just no good. But the customer service person gave me a credit, in fact went so far as to look up my order to confirm I had a second bottle which was also credited. Can't really ask for more than that. I remain a fan and a loyal customer.

Generally, I've been very pleased with the variety and the value I get. I'm trying wines that frankly I would never buy in a store because I'm just not that adventuresome. I tend to stick with the tried and true... so this allows me to try new things... and if I don't like it... they make it right.
