I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I ordered more than a week ago, I saw right away in the order confirmation that they was a mistake supposed to be a mix but appeared all red. I emailed and called the same day with no answer. Emailed again 48hours after, and tried to call again, no answer. Today I received the wine, all red and as I was ordering my first i was supposed to get 2 gift bottles and a corkscrew (apparently false advertising as nothing but the 12 bottles of red).
I'm very disappointed by the way they are treating their customers.

I first ordered from wine insiders on a Groupon. Big box of wine, and a coupon. Since then, I only order from wine insiders. Great prices, and you get to pick what wines you want. Haven't had a bad bottle yet!

WineInsiders has saved me from going to my local liquor store to purchase my monthly supply of wine. I'm a quadriplegic that loves to be in the kitchen and views wine as an essential ingredient to good food. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I'm better off ordering wine from home. I'd rate them a 4.5 if I could. My first order came promptly with zero issues. My second order was damaged in transit. I didn't hear from wineinsider until over a week later after the shipment finally got back to them. Since I could see on FedEx that the package was damaged, I contacted customer support and they promptly refunded me since the wine I ordered wasn't available for replacement. My third order again came without issue.

I've been a customer with Wine Insiders for about a decade but during the pandemic and with the great deals, and - most importantly - the great wine - I've been ordering more often. I don't think I ever received a bad bottle of wine. Their delivery is quick - usually within a day or two. I have found their customer service responsive, especially during the time of Covid when there were, understandably, delays. When I called, they apologized and we received our wine within the next 2 days. When there are delays, I receive offers of significant discounts or a gift. I will continue to order from them on a regular basis.

I ordered on Groupon on Mar 21,2020. To date, the order has not been shipped and a response from customer service said it was "ready for pickup" while it has not been shipped. I had it delivered to my home so I don't know what "ready for pickup" means.

They were delivered on time. Most were good. This is a great service during this difficult time. Before liquor stores reopened, this was the only option. Now that they have reopened, this is still a safe option. They offer specials often enough to make it a comparable to shopping local.

I have ordered twice. I want to like wine. Large selection. I ordered a bulk of white the first time which was wine. The second time I ordered selected sweet bottles which I enjoyed. Came fairly quickly and well packaged. I was able to pick up at Walgreens which was easier. Will order again.

Initially had a groupon, and received some wonderful wines. The order did take some time getting to me, likely during the crazy covid time. Never thought this was the companies fault, yet they sent me a email apologizing and gave me a coupon to for another order. I used that one and purchased some fantasic wines from Portugal.
Website is easy to use, have not had a bad bottle yet.
