I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I have been a customer for almost a decade and Wine Insiders is the only place I buy my wine online. A business that truly cares about their customers. I love that I don't have to join a wine club either. Thanks Wine Insiders.

I loved using this service in the past but recently the wines I prefer are no longer available. I had 10 or more choices when I started using the service but now it's down to 2 or 3. I will continue to use the service once those choices I prefer are again available. Note that the the logistics related to ordering and delivery are excellent...

I have ordered from WineInsiders for a number of years. They sell wines from all over the world. Some of the wines have turned out to be favorites that I have ordered again and again. Some are just ok. They have constant sales and offers. So a good strategy is to keep a record of the specific wines you really like and then wait for a sale where they are available for a very good price. Then stock up so that you have something to drink while waiting for the next sale. WineInsiders has extremely good customer service. It is fairly quick to get a live representative on the phone and my experience is that they will correct any mistake or problem promptly and to your satisfaction. Orders are shipped very fast and the wine generally arrives within a few days.
Tip for consumers:
Be sure to wait for a good sale. Although they have good wines from all over the American wines are the most consistently good.

I have a five point rating system when I drink a bottle of wine. The scale ranges from poor to excellent. The majority of the wines from Wine Insiders rate Very Good to Excellent ( four and five in my rating system). Wine Insiders offer a lot of specials and the prices are great for such good wine. I like that I can order on line and the wine usually arrives within a week of ordering. From my experience, not may wine clubs can match that. I highly recommend Wine Insiders and if you are new to ordering wine on line you would need to go no further than Wine Insiders.

Wine insider is a place that sells great wine, at great prices. I love the wines and the prices. Delivery was slow during the first couple of months of COVID, but now they are back on track. I usually receive my wine in a week. White wines for summer, red wines for fall.

I tried wine insiders through a groupon I purchased. The deal was amazing for 15 bottles! I was a little bummed that delivery was delayed, but it was due to COVID and I still got it within a week. There are always amazing deals to take advantage of too. I'm now sold and have placed 4 or 5 orders since. I really like the selection and that I don't have to subscribe to anything. Also love that shipping has been within a couple days.

I have tried white, rose and red wines from Wine Insiders and have not had a bad one yet. And I am picky about my red wine. The variety is great - they offer wines from all over the world at a price lower than my local wine shop. I love the option to ship to my local pharmacy so I can pick up up at my convenience instead of having to be home to sigh for it. The usually ship right away. During the first month or so of COVID, there was a little delay due to the volume, but they set expectations and gave me a discount on my next purchase to make up for it.

I have only tried three of the seven red wines I ordered, they were a little vinerary after taste. Didn't love them, will try the rest and see how it goes. I only drink red wine and normally enjoy it, not sure about these wines yet, hoping they will taste better then the first three.

Good wines at great prices. Grab a sale every now and then. The selection's not enormous but it's good, and the wines are good and good values.
If they read this, I'd love it if they had a few more cheap porch-pounding whites and/or vinho verde for summer quaffing. But their good reds are really great deals.
