I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
Never thought that I could get get California Cabernet from this place that both the price and quality is that good. Forget delivery which is wonderful. Just the amount of choices and the drink ability is something I would not expect from an online distrutor. You are amazing.
Really like the way you do business: Good offers and NO monthly "we will send you our selection ".

I have ordered a couple of times from Wine Insiders. The first shipment took a little longer due to Covid, and one botlle was broken. I contacted WI and they promptly removed the bottle. Nice variety and I was not disappointed in any that were chosen. Good variety of wines from different regions so you have plenty to try.

When my sister-in-law opened up her car trunk, she took out a box that read "WINE INSIDERS". That started the whole conversation about buying wine online. She gave us one wonderful bottle of red wine but have no more to give since she had no more :( So my wife and I looked online and decided to buy a case at a very reasonable price. The case arrived at our local Fedex store and we promptly picked it up. Every bottle of wine was delicious in its own way. Since that first case we probably ordered at least six times. Especially now during Covid-19 time, we enjoy having it delivered directly to our home. I first ordered from them several months ago. We only drink white wine so I ordered an all white mix. When it arrived, it was mixed red and white. I let it go thinking that mistakes happen. I just ordered another of an all white mix and it too was mixed red and white. This time I filed a complaint with them. I received a request to send them a photo of the shipping box which I did (and included a photo of the first box as well). That's been several days ago and no further communication from them. Apparently not only is their shipping and order department screwed up but they don't care enough about customer complaints. Their invoice has an apparent "guarantee" which they have not even attempted to honor. STAY AWAY FROM THEM TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT..

I received my wine quickly and efficiently packed. I got my first order in Maine where the temperatures were 60' and 70's. If I were in El Paso, TX or Phoenix, AZ then I would have concerns with packaging and heat exposure. The company may be aware of this and have different packages for different areas; IDK. The wines were entry level and from all over the world. I'm not a huge fan of some of these areas but it's nice to try some different wines from different areas of the world. I will continue for now because of the service and varieties.

I have purchased mystery boxes and been pleased with the variety of reds and whites and then ordered the specific ones I liked the best. My wife and I have enjoyed so many different wines - what a fabulous way to sample the world's offerings, and with few, if any, real disappointments! It is so easy to arrange your shipments, whether you're looking for an all red, white, or a mix of some fabulous wines you wouldn't get the exposure to, without a lot of searching or wondering what's inside the bottle - WI allows you to do it on a reasonable budget. We generally have purchased the box offerings, but WineInsiders hasn't served up anything I would be ashamed to serve. I have referred several friends to the site so they could decide for themselves, but for creating your own wine cache, and seeing what you like in the various varietals, I haven't found a better way to do it, nor easier.

I ordered 6 bottles of wine. They sent 4 I ordered and substituted 2 without asking or even telling me. Then offered a $15 credit. I can't replace these bottles with $15 and I either have to pay shipping or buy 4 more bottles for free shipping. They sent a Prosecco and a merlot, had they asked, substitution of anything else would have been fine. I despise merlot and Prosecco. That is why I ordered what I wanted, to get what I wanted. I will not be ordering again.

Many of the wines are quite goodthey even impress my two daughters, who are connoisseurs! Occasionally, there is a bottle which I don't love, but never has there been one which wasn't worth the price I paid!

Wine insiders has been our site to go to to get great wine at a good price. We have been using them for at least 10 years maybe more.
Delivery is fast, prices are reasonabl that we didn't like e and specials are great.
Have had minimal bottles that were "just" ok and maybe 3 bottles over years That were"bad" and called and got credit for them.
We like trying varieties of wines and have had favorites that we like to reorder and new ones that will order in future

I ordered 2x. 1st time they didn't send the free gift. 2nd box they didn't either and it was supposed to be all red. I got chardonnay and rose wine which is NOT red. 4 out of 15 bottles I paid for. 2 bottles the cork wasn't top notch so it crumbled and fell into the bottles and I had to stain wine in a paper towel which lost alot. Contacted customer service and they did NOTHING! They lie and say 100% customer satisfaction which is pretty unprofessional! They take your money and don't care about their customers.
Tip for consumers:
Go to splash. Com. They are way more customer service friendly without questions and cheaper and don't send wrong wines

One of my friends told me she loved Wine Insiders and had been ordering from them for about a year or more, so I gave it a try during this time when I wasn't keen on being in too many stores (May 29). It was a good experience: I loved that I could read up on the wines before purchasing them, and I could weigh my decisions on reviews in a leisurely way. The ordering was easy. The box of wines came pretty quickly and right to my doorstepnot much heavy lifting going on. It was all packed incredibly well. And I've enjoyed every bottle I've opened so farthere hasn't been a dud in the bunch, and I chose wines that were all under $10. For me, this a perfect way to stock up on wine, so I will always have something at the ready for a special meal or sipping with guests. It's also a nice way to try wines from a variety of wineries. Like I say, I will be ordering again.

I can't even remember how and why I 'discovered' Wine Insiders a while ago, but I am so glad I did! I have tasted some really delicious bottles, and my next door neightbor, in this time of Covid, is particularly happy to come share some 'wine-time' as her son had named it. I particularly enjoyed the tours and descriptions of some of the vineyards this spring, and tasting their products. I have recommended Wine Insiders to many of my friends - the prices and having wine delivered is such a great feature in the current circumstances!

Ive ordered several 12 or 6 bottles pkgs, so far! I plan on ordering more from Wine Insiders! The wine is so delish and I'm always happy and surprised when I let them pick it out for me. Ive loved all the wines but Rieslings, too sweet for my taste. All bottles were packed great amd arrived in a timely manner. I also get very nice emails from them with great deals.

I loved most of the wine that was in my
Introductory case for the Wineinsiders club. The case had a very good selection and It was very reasonably priced. I cancelled my
Club membership because the price of the automatic shipments after the introductory case almost doubled. It was disappointing and way out of my budget. I would have continued the automatic shipments if they offered me a better deal (I drink a lot of wine) but they did not. The company was completely okay letting me go as a customer. I'd be willing to buy more if they offered me a similar deal...
