I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
Have been a customer of Wine Insiders for the last six (6) years and do not buy wine from any other place now. The website is easy to navigate, read about the different wines and take advantage of their sales that can truly be exceptional. Ordering is easy, I am on the East coast and my box arrives within 48-72 hours. Never received a broken bottle and had any problems.
Tip for consumers:
Read the reviews if you do not know of a particular brand and be open-minded because the reviews will give you correct information about the type of wine.

I can even pick up at a FedEx drop after work so I do not need to be home for signing. I like to try new wines and share with friends. There are favorites I reorder. I have been mostly satisfied with the wine I have purchased. The pricing was excellent, if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Some has been excellent; most average but acceptable, and a few, real stinkers. Oh, well, as they say, you get what you pay for. I have a weakness for French wine, and they've got that galore, but most of it, I notice, is from Bordeaux, which is famous for its cheap, mass-produced product (intended years ago for the British market, I believe). That doesn't mean it's all bad, though. Some were fabulous. Service was excellent, delivery fast, and I will order again. (BTW, where are those coupons? I haven't seen any!) Also, throw us a burgundy once in a while!

I have been buying from Wine insiders for so many years, probably at least 20 years! Shocking, right? Well, not really. You know they say "if it's not broke, don't fix it". I agree. Wine Insiders has treated me well given me great deals with good wine. No reason to look elsewhere. My last case was actually a gift I had sent to a good friend. After signing up for another wine club that requires me to buy regularly, it was great to see that Wine Insiders has no such requirement. We started buying Wine Insiders through Groupon. Truth be told, we're not wine snobs, or even that knowledgeable about wine. So the price was right and the wines are just fine. I have ordered wine from this company 3-4 times and each time was very happy with my purchase. I was able to easily select a nice variety of wines at very reasonable prices, thanks to the detailed descriptions and customer reviews about each wine. Also, I could choose to have the wine shipped for free to my door, or to a nearby fedex location to be held for up to five days. I decided to have my wine shipped to the Walgreens by my house, which has a fedex counter, so I didn't need to be concerned about being home when the wine arrived. These wine shipments require an adult signature. I have also received nice little gifts (wine openers and such) for special wine promotions. I also like that I am given updates about the wine shipment, and the whole process is very easy and smooth.

Been a customer of Wine Insiders for several years now. Tried some of the other clubs and always returned to them for their quick service, best selection and for being the fairest in pricing (usually the best price). Customer service is outstanding should a problem come up it's easily taken care of. No monthly charges, hidden costs or unwanted delivery orders. Only pay for what you want when you want it. They have numerous sales and unlike other wine clubs they apply over their entire stock which is substantial. Give them a try and you too will be long term customer.

Heavily discounted online wine comes at a cost while the wine itself is mediocre (no high-end wines to choose from). Don't advertise on amex offers if it means the offer isn't better than the discount already existing on the site. Cringe advertising model.
Their one commendable feature is their email support service.

OK... so it was bound to happen. After years of ordering a case every few months (many I give away as gifts so don't worry about me) I got my first bottle that was well. Just not great. So I called customer service. The young lady pointed out that I had two bottles that were the same and she cheerfully gave me a credit for both. No hassles... just the opposite. Just good old fashioned customer service. Still my favorite company!
Tip for consumers:
Be careful of "wine clubs" that rope you in with an initial good deal and send wine without you ordering. Wine Insiders will never do that.

I joined Wine Insiders awhile ago and have been pleased with everything about the company. I was never much of a wine drinker but cook with wine. My family, friends and neighbors always enjoyed wine with meals, while visiting or sitting in the spa. So, I started ordering wine from Wine Insiders. Have used Wine Insiders for about a year.
