I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
Wine Insiders has quality wines at a great value! I was so impressed with ordering my wine during these tough times lately. I was always receiving updates on my order and when it would be shipped which was only a matter of a day or two later than before everything got crazy! Thank you Wine Insiders for being there for me!
While the website is known as wine Insiders, I do feel like I have an inside track on high-quality wines at very reasonable prices. When you add in all the discounts that are offered to you you receive excellent high quality wine at some of the best prices around. I have used this website to purchase for personal consumption as well as for fundraising events that I am involved in.

Tried Wine Insiders through a Groupon originally. The shipping was very slow on that order. However, they offered excellent deals so I decided to order again. The delivery was really fast and has been ever since. I've ordered multiple times since then. They gained a new customer!

I'm not a wine connoisseur, but I do like my wine. I have been using WI (Wine Insiders) for a couple of years, and so far, it has been great, with plenty of variety from many countries, making it fun. And ordering is simple and with free shipping of over six bottles, I usually get my order within a couple of days. And they have pretty good sales/discounts. I have used it for Christmas presents, and my friends said they enjoyed the wine; I Don't know if any of them use WI.
I looked at other sites and didn't care for their selections or offers.
At this point, I'm sticking with WI.

I've yet to be disappointed with the quality of wines I've purchased from Wine Insiders. Prices are extremely competitive and free shipping is received within 2-3 days from when I place my orders. I have been buying most of my wine from Wine Insiders for some years now. You won't find "big" name brands at Wine Insiders, however you WILL find top quality wine from around the world at excellent prices. Over the years there are some wine makers that we have come to really enjoy, mostly from Italy. However, I have never had one sub-par bottle of wine from them, ever. ALL of the wine they carry is very good to excellent. Shipping is generally free with 6+ bottles and they often run sales where you can get bottles that would retail for $20+ for about $9.
Delivery is generally in a few days after an order. Can't recommend enough.

On my first order, one bottle was received broken. The replacement was shipped the day after you were notified.
My wife and I prefer Red wine and enjoy a good blend. For some reason, we seem to like the taste of the cheaper wines to the more pricey ones. That means, we really need to trust our supplier. You are getting there.

I first tried wine insiders through an offer with Amex. I am very glad I did. We have tried many very good wines from many places. We have never had a wine we didn't enjoy. They are always offering specials. Delivery is through Fedex and often the wine arrives three days after placing the order. Customer service is excellent.
I enjoy getting good wines at good prices and Wine Insiders is excellent. Highly recommend.
