I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I have been ordering from Wine Insiders for a few years and have always appreciated the easy ordering and quick delivery. This spring, during the pandemic, we loved even more being able to have wine come right to our door. Customer service is fast if you have a problem, the sales are good and well-timed, and the money-back guarantee gives you freedom to experiment (but I have never returned any!). Most importantly, all the wines we have tried are delicious meet our expectations. I have received 4 referral promotions. My friends love Wine Insiders too!
I have been drinking wine for over 40 years but I only consume one or two bottles per week with my wife. I used to pay more per bottle so I can get better wine (Napa, Alexander valley etc...). Six months ago I was introduced to Wine Insiders and so far I ordered over 5 cases of their different kinds of wine. Some were better than others but for the price I was never disappointed with not even a single bottle I received. I highly recommend their selections of wine specially the CA local ones.

I have been very satisfied with my selection and shipping and thankfully haven't experienced some of the challenges and shortfalls others have. Most of the other online wine order sites you need to join a "monthly" club and then take the time to cancel it. I love that Wine Insiders lets me pick and choose and more importantly buy when I want to buy. We love this website! They have a huge selection of wine. You can purchase wine that was made all over the world. They also frequently have a variety of sales which makes it cheaper than buying it at a local store. The cherry on top is that it is delivered to your doorstep. Can't beat that!

We've enjoyed pairing wines with our dinners for 30 years now. For at least 15 of those, we enjoyed shopping local wine stores to pick our selections. But, because we have a limited budget and were developing a discriminating taste, we were increasingly frustrated by many of our own selections! Eventually, we found ourselves finally finding a decent wine and buying it until it became "old" to us. Wine Insiders fixed that: In nearly 100 cases of their selections, we have yet to find a bottle we didn't like! Either their taste mirrors ours or they're really onto something! I've always received my orders promptly and the wines have been fairly priced and of good quality. My only complaint is that I will occasionally receive an email advertising 30% off or some other discount but when I complete my order, it's not there, and there's no code to put into the order to enable the discount. Frustrating.

I do not shop for wine in local stores since I've become a customer of the Wine Insiders. Once a customer, you do not want to buy anywhere else. They have very big selection of all types of wines from all regions of the world. The website is very easy to navigate - one can select type of wine, country, price range, etc. Regular promotions make wine prices very reasonable. Delivery is very fast within just a few days after ordering. I always recommend Wine Insiders to our friends and colleagues.

Finally, a resource for great California wines that doesn't require me to sign up for automatic shipments. I can order when I'm ready and the prices are very competitive for excellent wines. My order was received very soon after I ordered. One bottle was broken on delivery, so I made a phone call to Customer Service and the issue was resolved in a matter of just a few minutes. Over the years, 10+, I've been ordering a case from Wine Insiders every so often. Decent wine with which to explore and grapes from many parts of the world. Not everything matches my palette, but I've never had a bad bottle. I consider that part of the tasting experience and enjoyment of wine. My preference is white, but I'll buy a mixed case as well. I do go to wine shops and am a member of a couple of wineries as well. It's nice to be in those environments. Every so often Wine Insiders will have a real deal on a case which of course makes my wallet happy and it's easier to e-shop. So, overall, I'm satisfied with their products and service.

I've only had a serious complaint once and it was a few years ago. That particular bottle of wine was replaced in my next order free of charge. I understand that more people may be ordering wines online, but it is disappointing that Wine Insiders have raised their prices by at least 20-25% on most bottles to capitalize on this. Also the interesting sets of 12,15 or more bottles of special offers that I used to get e-mails about 2-3 times a week have totally disappeared. Supporting and being faithful to existing customers seems to have been dropped in favor of selling more wine at higher prices to more people.

Wine Insiders has been supplying my wine for over eight years. After a while, I learned what wines I liked and usually order just those. I try a new one once in a while. I have been traumatized by the price of decent wine in the United states, since moving back here from France, where good wine can be had at low prices. I have tried several different online wine deals. I appreciate them all, but wine Insiders is the only one that really delivered on high quality wines at low prices. The others had nice looking bottles but the wine inside was harsh or off tasting. All the lines I've had through the wine Insiders deals have been very nice and included International wines of good quality. It was so nice to have some nice French wines included. I highly recommend their service.

I've been using Wine Insiders almost exclusively for buying wine since I was introduced by a family member more than a year ago. I love it and will go nowhere else for wine. There is no contract to buy into, the quality is outstanding and the prices can't be beat. Seriously. When I was a member of past wine clubs, as soon as I liked a wine, they would sell out and I wouldn't be able to buy it outside of the club. Here, I can continuously buy my favorites and they store my rankings in case I forget which ones I like. Shipping is free and delivery happens within a few days. A few times I needed to contact customer service and got personal, near immediate service. I can't say enough about them except, "Please don't change or go away!"

For me, Wine Insiders stands out among the endless online wine purchase offers, in part, because there is no need to join a club and free shipping is usually available. With many other wine sellers shipping can be costly and joining a club is just another thing to add to the "manage this" list. Also, WI pricing is reasonable, the website works great, and many of the wines are pretty good too for the price. I can't think of a reason not to include Wine Insiders in your wine buying options.
