I have been buying since, at least, 2017 and never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy! Ordering is easy - although you have to be quick sometimes with some of the promotional offers. Prices seem fair, especially compared to my local sources. Shipping is free on six bottles or more which is a very attractive proposition. Delivery has become more efficient over the years to the point where an order is delivered at times within three days. Great to MD's Eastern Shore. The net result of all this is that I buy much more wine than once planned!
I accidentally placed an order, realized my mistake 2 hours later and contacted wsjwine.com via their chat bubble. They said they would try to cancel it but but the order has already gone to the warehouse and probably it couldn't be stopped. But if it was stopped I'd be charged a $28 restocking fee. Just plain stupid. Of course no phone number available to speak with a human. WSJWINE.COM from now on.
I love the prices and products offered.
However, the company uses FedEx for shipping. They are seldom on time, and have "lost" my shipment as well.
Something else. They ran a marketing program offering a free gift of a wine decanter. My purchase didn't qualify for the gift, because I ordered TOO MUCH product. I found that odd and off-putting.
When the state closed its liquor stores, we found Wine Insiders to provide supplies for the long haul. The selection is good, many varieties from the worlds wine regions. They specialize in good value for price. We tried both whites and reds and have found all selections to be good and some exceptional. Their service is excellent; good customer service and personal contact. We have used them several times so far and intend to continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended

(Without naming them all) I've tried a number of different 'Wine Clubs' over the years. The product was usually good but the emphasis was never my satisfaction. The emphasis was to ship me more product! With Wine Insiders the variety is always first rate. I select the product and request delivery on MY schedule; I don't have to remember to cancel an order that I end up not wanting.

Wine Insiders offers good wine at good prices. Each wine has a brief description that helps to make choices based on personal taste. The brands are not those seen in the stores all of the time, so the descriptions really matter as you try new wines. Orders are packed well and shipped - FREE with a certain number of bottles, usually 6 or more - and arrive within a week. It is so convenient to not have to pick them up at a store and haul them around. Highly recommend.

We have been enjoying wines from Wine Insiders for at least 10 years. I found out about it from my father and in the beginning, we shared cases. Now I get my own. We have never been disappointed in the wine selections, delivery is fast and right to my door. Ordering on line is as easy as it can be. I love this wine company. During quarantine the shipping took a little longer but the company made it known right away and they offered a coupon to compensate for the delay. I rated 4 stars because they tend to be out of stock for the wines that I love without knowing when it would be back in stock. All the wine I've received has been delicious. I will continue to order from here.

Consistently good wines. I've had a few that were not to my liking, but for the price and ease of pickup and delivery, it's worth it. I especially like that they do not rope you into a monthly/quarterly club that you have to opt out of. They just let you buy wine when you want. And the sales they have are fantastic.
I've always had good luck with their customer service department, including them going above and beyond to help me with an order that was sent to an old address. They replaced the shipment at no cost to me and followed up several times via phone calls to make sure the new address was correct and to inform me when the order was supposed to arrive. Solid wine company in my opinion.

The wines are nice, but the delivery is terrible. FedX is suppose to be the deliverer, but the delivery has been handed to people in unmarked white vans who pretend to be FedX. They send you emails that say they tried to deliver at a certain time and no one was there. Complete lie! I stayed home for three days and no one came. Then one night some kid dumped it on my doorstep and didn't even Ask me to sign... so there goes your dumb rule that an adult needs to be home

Every Spring, I usually visit local wineries to replenish my wines. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to do so. Then I remembered Wine Insider, and the great tasting wines I had purchased in the past.
