NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY. Paid for a month long rental to this Polish car rental company, WiseCars, and when we arrived to THRIFTY they not only didn't honor their voucher, they wanted us to pay 2x above what we paid Wisecars. Wisecars is not replying to our REFUND requests. *

Their responses to EVERYONE put it on the consumer. It's always what the consumer did or didn't do. Nothing about their service levels, paperwork/policies, or language in their agreement that provides them with an easy out to give you nothing and keep your $$. Ridiculous! They can cancel your reservation and call you a "no show" if your flight gets delayed or canceled? I had a back up reservation with Avis thankfully and they didn't cancel it because my flight was delayed. At Wisecars…THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!

Unfortuntaly, the car rental company will only wait for you during a limited amount of time after the pick-up. This grace period is stated on the Supplier Terms and Conditions you accepted when making this booking.
If you fail to pick up the car because you arrived past this maximum period of time, the supplier has the right to cancel your booking and consider it a No-Show. In those cases, the pre-paid amount is not refunded.

WISECARS is WORST RENTAL COMPANY I ever tested since 30 years.
THEY ARE SO FAR AWAY FROM CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NEVER HELP EVEN PROBLEM COMES FROM THEMSELVES.
1) I was paid for a Citroen C-Elysée and they gave me MANDATORILY a Fiat Egea Sedan 1.4 Fire 95 HP which one is never equal to Citroen.
2) I returned it 2 days earlier reason of planned meeting canceled and they never care this. NIO REFUND
3) They cut 500 EURS deposit for 3 daily rental and still holding.
They are terrible and dishonest. They are thinking that customers are moron. No we are not.
Dont ignore my warning and always prefer big companies what i always did before. Otherwise your money and time will be stolen by this kind little
Trapped companies.

I've been fighting with Wisecar for about a month now. I was charged an additional $389.76 by Budget Car Rental after returning my car. No response from Budget, just a charge which I didn't even know about until I checked my credit card bill. When I called Budget, I was told Wisecar didn't pay them the full amount per the contract, so they charged my card on file. The advised me to call Wisecar. My car rental was for $1481. 11, so it was already a pricey amount.
To date, I have over 30 emails over the past 30 days that I've been going back and forth with them on. I've filled out paperwork for a refund (submitted several weeks ago), provided them receipts and ample documentation to help them understand what occurred (which seems to be fairly simple and straightforward). My case supposedly has been escalated to management, but no one has gotten back to me. I've made over half a dozen calls into them to try and resolve things too. I typically do a fair amount of research on an organization and I kick myself for not reading the negative reviews on this company vs. just reading a few of the positive reviews and looking at the overall score they had on Google.
Please do yourself a favor and read a few of the negative reviews. It will save you a ton of time and headaches later.
I would recommend just booking directly with the actual car company at the airport and avoid using a 3rd party vendor.

They kept all of my deposit after booking with a debit card, Hertz did not accept it so I booked online a luxury car with TURO for the same price No Hassle with debit card.
I ended up paying double the price of the car when I went to pick it up at the airport counter! Very dissatisfied!
