I get parcels delivered by Yodel every month or so. A couple of years ago their service was dreadful with parcels (cases of wine) probably stolen at the local hub. However over the last year, a change of regular driver and I have only one slight moan and that is about the Yodel tracker. I get told by the sender when the parcels have left them but the Yodel tracker doesn't show any information until it arrives at the local hub. Then I get an estimated delivery slot but very often it comes the day before. Which is usually okay with me and especially when the tracker shows my local area and the location of the delivery van.
3 parcels returned to sender, one given to a stranger, see photo. Could not find my address, strange when I get deliveries from other couriers and Royal Mail. Their chat bots are useless and no real people to speak to. Leave a bad review and it is answered by AI etc etc etc
Lost 3 parcels that I sent, impossible to get a hold of through their 'Help' department. Their tracking is a joke - parcels just disappear. Didn't get any compensation for lost parcels, effectively called a liar by this company - if a customer tells me a parcel hasn't been delivered but Yodel says it has, without evidence, who am I to believe.

Where ever I see a seller using Yodel I automatically know it will never arrive. Their by far the worse I've ever come across. And nothing has changed. Look at the reviews, everyone saying the sane thing, the app is rubbish, the tracking doesn't work, customer service is a joke.
So the must be asked why does this company not listen to their customers and why do they not care
If you are sending or receiving do not use this company, it will be stressful and your more likely will need to pick it up
Ever time we had a seller send us a parcel, same problem, same excuse, same lack of service.

My parcel has not been delivered to my address. I tracked my parcel(terrible delivery company). I got a picture of where driver left it,its certainly not my flat. 2 reasons one he delivered it to a ground floor apartment (I'm on a first floor flat). And the apartment he delivered to is a different style of building

I am utterly appaled by the service of Yodel. How can a company fake deliveries and classify them as missed delivery when they never showed up. Even when I requested they ring my mobile if they encountered diffuliculty accessing my building. It's just frustrating you have no input in what couriers a supplier might use to dispatch your purchase, but Yodel is the very worst of them all.
I never received an item from Yodel - they just marked it as delivered in their system. I stayed at home for the whole day waiting for delivery but nobody even tried to deliver, I just received an email stating that it is delivered. CCTV recordings also didn't show any attempts to deliver. Payed nearly £40 for nothing.
This is my second experience of Yodel parcel 'service'. On the first occasion my consignment never arrived, although it was recorded on the Yodel website as delivered. Fortunately, on that occasion, the supplier gave me a full refund without quibble.
This time I knew what to expect. The Yodel tracker works well - hence my award of 2 stars. When the driver was 3 stops away I positioned myself at the lane end in time to see him ignore the street sign and fly past up the wrong road. When he returned at speed I was able to flag him down and take the delivery before he could disappear.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Yodel, as my recent experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. Regrettably, they delivered my parcel to an incorrect address, resulting in its loss. Shockingly, when I contacted them regarding the issue, they adamantly claimed that they had fulfilled their responsibilities and refused to provide a refund for the lost parcel. Moreover, when I expressed my desire to speak with a supervisor, I was informed that the supervisor was currently unavailable. I strongly advise against utilizing Yodel's services, as it is evident that they prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction. During my interaction with their representative, I was astounded to hear that delivering parcels to incorrect addresses is considered normal for them, and they absolve themselves of any responsibility for such occurrences. Engaging with this company will only lead to financial loss and frustration
Its bad - no notification through teh door until the final attempt (so it was not possible to arrange a possible time for delivery) then refusal to deliver again. Have been forced to buy through another company and pray that they don't use yodel
No idea where driver is or when parcel will arrive, website is beyond useless, no point in downloading the app either as it doesn't give any more information than the website. I wonder if Yodel have ever heard of real time tracking?
Absolute rubbish. Always use someone else. They're inefficient, they damage parcels. They overcharge. The drivers are rude and lazy and don't bother to make an effort to deliver parcels properly. A true disgraceful organisation. The sooner it ceases to exist the better. Impossible to speak to anyone other than a recording which shows they have no thought for their customers and don't actually care beyond taking our money for the privilege of ruining our day by showing up when they please and not even bothering if they don't feel like it. Pathetic organisation, use someone else, I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Myself and my wife ordered wedding rings and they were going to be delivered by yodel. What a joke company they lost them. I'm waiting for another parcel which is used by the company I purchased form. Only info a delay. Never have I had to rely on an incompetent company.! This company should have their operating licence taken away. Very poor service.
Yodel did not deliver and I was home all day. Then I received a message saying that my parcel had been delivered. One said to a lock box which neither I or neighbours possess and the other on my porch... don't have one of those either. Clear they never delivered and after 3 weeks no response.
This company is simply appalling. They either don't deliver (steal?) parcels, or throw parcels in buildings - not actually delivering them to the right door in tenement buildings but throwing them in the main door.
I now refuse to order from any company that uses Yodel. Waste of time and money. Not worth it.
Online system doesn't work; when you speak to an advisor they say they can't help as 'the system is down.' Send dishonest emails to say that parcels are left in made up places (e.g. 'in front porch' - I don't have a porch).
On tracking my order online, they said it had been "delivered through my letterbox on 'X' day at 'X' time". However, I never received it. It was not in my letterbox. After making several attempts to chat online with their customer service team, I gave up as they were always "busy"! I finally received a response via Twitter telling me that they could not locate it because it said that it had been delivered and there was nothing they could do. On another occasion, my delivery was thrown on top of the communal letterboxes in my building without any care given for anyone to see and steal. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Will ensure never to use them again!
This was the worst experience with any courier I have ever had. My delivery kept being allegedly attempted even though I was home, and no one rang the bell or knocked on the door. When I used the live chat to arrange for them to call me at the next delivery attempted, no call came through. I used the Live chat and called customer services through the app and it was just bot after bot. You can't speak to an actual person and they don't offer any solutions. Now my Parcel is in a faraway depot where I cannot get it. They just don't care. I will never use this courier again. Truly terrible.
Left a calling card as i wasn't in when i called the company they told me i had moved and changed my phone no was very rude couldn't understand basic English. Follow up call they delivered to my address by mistake no apology cost me £4 in calls shocking company beware sending your items if you want them to go to the right address
Said delivery would be Friday however popped up on app that I changed it to Saturday which I did not. Not the first time they pulled a stunt as last time out they said they tried to deliver but nobody home yet my cctv shows nobody came to address to attempt delivery, complete liars and inept. Do not use these clowns you will only be disappointed.

I was assured it would be delivered after numerous web chats on the app. In the space of one minute the status changed from loading on van then to sorry we missed you and have left a card. No card was left nor was any attempt made to delivery. I was in all day and the video door bell would have recorded it. They are liars. Let's hope it arrives today. Unfortunately it's another day off work as needs to be signed for
2 days delivery from delivery became 12 days. 4 Attempted Deliveries, then, at last I had confirmation of a delivery so took the whole day off only to be let down.lost £120 in a days wages waiting for this shower of $#*!...now 8:00pm and apparently still out for delivery. Use another company.
Stole my £500 parcel, had evidence the courier wasnt even close to my address, delivery photo was just a black photo. Done a fake investigation that was supposed to take up to 7 days but ended up not even being 24 hours, Bunch of Frauds

Never will i use these cowboys, i will not even use a company that uses them to deliver. Been watching the tracker map and see the van getting closer then the map suddenly vanishes and i see this message on screen "Sorry we missed you. We've left you a calling card *This parcel requires a signature" delivery rescheduled for tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened, no one has arrived and no delivery card was left so why do that keep saying "Sorry we missed you. This parcel was meant to be delivered Monday by parcelforce but i see the seller used yodel Monday delivery instead hence why there is a problem.
13 days and counting since Yodel got their hands on my parcel bought off ebay...ebay information said out for delivery 7 days ago...Yodel site says still at depot today...my parcel went missing in Yodels depot, add your own conclusion...Yodel are a waste of space, off the scale negative star rating, DO NOT USE!
Worst company. No way of tracking the driver, making the call. The entire day is spent waiting for a parcel that still hasn't arrived when it was meant to be delivered before 1pm. Staff can't reach their own drivers. STAY AWAY!
Appalling. From experience I can say this outfit is useless. Van broke down, my backside. The tracking showed the driver in the next road to mine with two drops before me, they had my mobile they could have called, explained and asked if I wanted to collect. NO. Two days later, the driver set out at 12.30 with 147 drops to make, I am drop 140! Delivered at 21.05,4hrs later than scheduled, the £150 tool was just left on doorstep, driver could not even be bothered to press the door bell. I will now start asking sellers if Yodel is their chosen courier because if so I will buy elsewhere.
