My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
I finally canceled my service. I received one successful lead. One. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company from all aspects. The technical support was poor, the sales are unnecessarily aggressive, and the outcomes were incredibly disappointing. I am especially disappointed in their behavior during the separation process. They should be ashamed of their behavior. Rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. Confirmation from other professionals in the industry confirm Yodle sells snake oil.
This is the most frustrating mistake I have ever made. The company and service are awful. Im sure there will be many future unhappy customers. I am embarrassed I let them sell me in the first place.
They promise the moon, but when you see the actual figures, it just doesn't add up. I spent over $2500 in two months, and got nothing but more sales talk, and attagirl, keep up the good work. After the first few weeks, they did nothing. My on-line presence actually disappeared, rather than increased, during this period of time.

All the people saying 5 Stars work or either were created by this site. They are selling something that has been sold for years. How can a compnay have business for me in my town/city when they are not from there nor know anyone from there!. 80% of people will find you From google and word of mouth!

If you have ZERO web knowledge with NO web presence, this could be an okay deal for you. If you have a facebook, twitter, google, website etc all they want to do is get you to allow them access so they can point it to their basic simple webpage. Then they can tell you that they're getting you traffic... which you're already getting without them.
The tool are simply archaic (old) and way too basic. They created their own review site that is only useful as long as you continuously pay them.
They also give you a phone number they recycle from a previous customer. Expect 50-100% of your calls to be looking for the previous business. They'll then still count this as 'organic leads delivered to your business'.
The SEO is horrible. After several months, I'm on page 3. My normal website without their 'secret SEO formula' is Page 2.
Mail service is bottom basement. $5-$10/month at most email campaign sites.
Overall its a crapper. Take some money and light it on fire.
Tip for consumers:
Its easier to use your money to start a bonfire. At least you'll get some warmth out of it.
I got a cold call. All they wanted was to do their dog and pony show online. None of my questions were answered. Only one company in my Industry group is sited as a reference. This company is well represented in Google searches.
I don't see how this produce or service is applicable to my sales needs.

Been paying this company 199.00 every month now since august. I'm a realtor. I have so far received one lead that ended up costing me money. The web name they gave me was terrible and i told the guy that but he said that was all that was available and that it would work for google ect. Well apparently not. Also i was led to believe that they set up your page and put you on fb ect ect ect. Oh the promises she made! Well no, you have to do the work yourself which is very time consuming, then you have to bother your clients to write reviews. They never were able to get the right pictures onto my site either. They have drained my bank account of it's advertising dollars and i have received nothing for it. Hope this review helps some other person thinking about using them, check with the better business bureau and check their google reveiws. Those are the 'real' ones besides the not so good ones on here! Lol

We have used this company for several years with good results in the pay per click. We are in a very competitive, tech savvy, consumer market. We have seen increased closed sales in the last several months with our Yodle leads. Performance in our SEO has not been as strong as in our SEM. Our Yodle marketing specialist is diligent in following up to questions and concerns.
Our business offers tutoring and test prep services, which are very seasonal. After having an account with Yodle for about 5 months, we were not seeing quite the return in leads relative to the cost of our account. I spoke with Ashley, our account rep, who worked with us to significantly reduce our monthly cost while leaving us room to increase our budget later if the need arises. I have been very pleased with Yodle. In my experience, they were up-front with expectations and very accomodating to my businesses needs. We are in a relatively low population area, so word of mouth still reigns over internet search in many ways. Yodle understood this and is working with us to maintain our web presence at a reasonable cost.
Yodle has excellent support service. Every single time I have a question I receive an immediate answer and they take the time to walk me through and make sure I understand it. The people are so very nice to deal with.

Our small law firm uses Yodle and we couldn't be happier! Initially, we thought they may be like a lot of other advertising internet companies that make wonderful promises but often fail to deliver, especially after they've been paid. Not so with Yodle! We've been pleasantly surprised. They've got great customer service and really listen to what you want and quickly and efficiently work to make it happen. I have had Yodle for 3 months. Prior to that I had nothing, so maybe it is not a good comparison. Our account rep, Brian, spent a lot of quality time helping us get the website set up. I have had good support when I needed it and Yodle does a lot of things that I still have not had time to work with because I have been so busy. I really have received quality clients from Yodle and it definitely has worked. Although it is pricey for a small firm, it has worked and it allows us to follow up immediately on clients who contact us when no one is available to answer the call. So far I am very pleased and I cannot speak highly enough of Brian, my representative.
When we signed up we started off slow, but then things really picked up. Now we’re getting something through yodle every day and I’m pleased with that. Without the tracking system- I wouldn’t know whether or not yodle was responsible for the extra calls and emails. It’s how I know this kind of marketing is really working.
I am an independent Design Consultant who understands my business need for current marketing venues. Yodel reached out to me and I responded with a six month trial. Due to my personal time constraints I have not been able to adequately utilize the tools Yodel provided. Through the excellent communication and in depth perception of my business, Priyanka addressed my situation and instilled a comfort level that retains my client status with Yodel while I make some necessary adjustments within my business. I have been with Yodle for less than 2 weeks and have already seen results! Their customer service is 2nd to none. Everyone I have come into contact with at Yodle has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially a big shout out to Bonnie, my Stevie Ray Vaughan friend, who has been over the top with all my dashboard training needs. "No we can't do that" is just not in Yodle's vocabulary.
Well this guy from Yodle called me and finally convinced me after one hour of bunch a lies and percentages that so far I have not receive one single call from this advertising, it's been almost 4 months already and now one has contact me for a fallow up or nothing, oh but they don't forget to take from my bank account $179 a month, they told me that on Google pages I will reach the 1st page and so far a have not even moved from the same place. Stay away. Especially if you have an existing web site and good organic results. I signed up unaware that they take control of my domain name and tier adversite would compete with my own rankings. When the next day when I called and e-mailed for a refund- nothing no response. Plus they charged me for all 3 months up front rather than the 449 that I agreed to. When I finally got a hold of someone they refused to refund me because they had " done so much work for me already" all of which I asked them to not do immediately. Beware of Yodle their sails pitch is all about how they want a chance to prove them selves and partner with you... wrong they just want your credit card info and then essentially steal your money.

I love that my yodle representative is passionate about helping me and my business. Internet marketing is still very new to me but she works with me and follows up on a regular basis. We've signed on 10-12 new clients so far. Our overall experience with yodle has been great.
They worked with me to find a price that I was comfortable with. Even with me paying near the minimum, I still have sales each month directly from Yodle that cover the cost of their work. They follow through regularly, and modify my site whenever I want.
I am elated!
I am very pleased with Yodle. They are able to generate excellent leads for us and is one of our primary marketing venues. My representative is very responsive and diligently follows up with me on a monthly basis to review my accounts and analyze their performance. I highly recommend Yodle.
Yodle is horrible, all I get is someone that wants a job or other contractors! When you want to cancel, they will not refund your money, and you have to speak with your account manager to cancel, so if your account manager is away on vacation, they you are left to waste your hard earned money! Everything that yodle does, you can do it for the fraction of the cost yourself, just ask someone that knows a little about the internet. They try to control your google place where you dont have access to update because they dont give you the password.

I’ve had a good amount of both calls and emails from the program so far and a decent number of these have translated into actual clients. I’m relatively new to Yodle but I’ve managed to add a couple pictures on to my website through their dashboard feature and upload contacts to keep track of the clients I’ve gotten so far. They also offer a social media feature where I’ll be able to attach my Facebook business page to my site as well. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with their customer service and having one specific group of people handling my marketing program day in and day out.
Over the past 15 years I've tried numerous services and systems, but was never really satisfied..., then came Yodle...
At first I was too busy to "get started", but that ended today! Dawn from Yodle walked me through the setup, and guided me around the platform, in less than an hour, I'm up and running!

I signed up for Yodle 2 months ago and I have noticed a big increase in phone calls from prospective clients. I love the website that they built me and they have amazing customer service. I am working with Hilary and we have monthly phone meetings to discuss our progress and plans. So far I am really impressed with them!
I had an exceptional experience talking with Mr. Xavier Quiroz. He is a very gentle and competent person. The reason I first called was to complain about my Yodle Red & Blue website performance.
