My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Everyone at Yodle that I've encountered has went beyond their limits to help us. James is awesome and goes out of his way to explain things to you. Yodle didn't work out for my company but not because of what Yodle was doing my company just went a different direction. I recommend them to anyone.
Yodle likely has the best customer service of any marketing/advertising program I have ever contacted. My call is always answered immediately -- by a real person who can answer complicated questions. Jorge Suarez is one of the best Customer Care reps out there. I wish all customer service departments could do what Yodle is already doing.
I was very interested in giving Yodle my business for my executive coaching business. However, I did not because they refused to put in writing all they were promising on the phone. I've never had a business do that before. Simply unbelievable. Smells like a scam!

I'm a dentist and give out my personal cell # only if I know you or if you're a patient of mine and call after hours for dental emergencies. Did not appreciate cold call sales pitch on my personal cell phone! What low class marketing group. Other dentist beware.
Customer service was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and with patience. She has a very pleasant personality making navigating the dashboard an easy and pleasant experience.

We’ve been able to convert many of those calls to new business which is why we continue to use yodle. They also have a great, up to date, tracking website that I check regularly. Yodle has generated more sales leads for my clinic than any other marketing tool I have previously tried, and it takes virtually zero effort on my part each month. After an initial discussion with my Yodle rep to determine the best marketing strategy for my clinic, I have been able to focus on other things while Yodle continues to analyze and readjust the online marketing for my clinic throughout each month. When I do have special events or offers coming up, I just shoot an email over to my rep, and they modify some of my online ads to reflect those events and offers. I recommend that other business owners try Yodle to effectively increase their online presence in the marketplace.
Yodle.com is doing the website for my law firm, Lucid Law, PLC. Yodle has designed an excellent website which has generated a lot of business. Just as importantly, Yodle has a Dashboard feature that allows you to follow all leads and monitor the effectiveness of the website. Yodle also provides constant guidance and interaction regarding the best ways to communicate with the public. I find it to be invaluable.
I've only been with Yodle for 2 weeks. I like their platform a lot. There is a lot of support and professionalism. Customer support has been very helpful they have spent a lot of time with me. They are very patient and informed. The site they built for me has a lot of cool things in it. I do want to say that I had a hard time understanding the person who gave me my first training call because of her accent. And the other thing I didn't like was that my follow up call came in 30 minutes later than our scheduled appointment. Not big deals, but I did want to put them out here.

Prior to Yodle, we had been managing all online advertising campaigns in house. Yodle has helped us increase the efficiency of our online advertising by almost doubling our results without an increase in spend! On average up to a 1/3 of the leads we get from Yodle are becoming customers each month. With one lead, Yodle even generated a repeat client that spends several thousands of dollars a month on a consistent basis.
Whenever I required assistance with my partnership with Yodle, I had consistently exceptional encounters with their customer service team. In particular, there's a woman named Michele with whom I had the opportunity to address some concerns and requested changes. She not only displayed professionalism but also had a down-to-earth demeanor and a delightful personality, which made our conversation enjoyable. Her approach instilled confidence in me that they are indeed the ideal partner for my needs.
This company has a robust set of tools to help a company get internet advertising going. My rep Ryan was very helpful in showing me the features that I would use and the way to use them. He also was able to accommodate my schedule when in the middle of our training session I had a client interrupt. I do not know what results I will get yet, but the setup and tools look good.

I’ve been working with Yodle for two months and have had a positive experience so far. I’d never heard of Yodle before they called me but they explained how SEO worked and it intrigued me. I managed to find some extra budget after the sales guy Scott talked about what Yodle will do me. I’ve already got several customers from Yodle and am going to renew with them for another six months for the SEO results to fully kick in. Thanks to Yodle for following through and doing what you said you’d do.

Run away now, save your money and your business. I signed up with Yodle and they promise to make your telephone ring. Be aware that a ringing telephone is not a client or a purchase. A general call for information that generates no income is still considered success in their eyes. The keywords they promise to rank page one as a part of their SEO package are not mainstream making it easier for them to get rankings while not improving your business bottom line. You can advertise with craigslist and its free with better results. In the end, you will be out a lot of money and nothing to show for it. There are better companies out there and you just have to take the time to research them. Consider the number of negative reviews and there is a reason for them. Stay away from this company as if it was the plague.

Paul was good at selling this product and service, but when it came to performing, nothing was done. We spent thousands of dollars for not even one converted client. Their product is garbage and your money is better spent with a company that deals with SEO the right way.

Yodle gets five stars from us. We are currently using Yodle, signed a 90 day start up contract, six weeks in we have already made enough profit off Yodle leads to pay for the 3 month start up and put twice that amount in the bank. The reps are professional and helpful. We are very happy with the service. Without hesitation we recommend them!
6 months and not a single qualified call. When I try to cancel they tell me to give it another month, so I do. Still not a qualified call. Then when I try to cancel they tell me I have to give them another 30 days notice even though I already gave them the notice. So I ask to speak to a supervisor and I get this email response from Jason.
