My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Stay away, huge cost and low returns. You can do your own advertising that's more local with Google, Bing and yahoo. Plus it will cost you 50-70% less. If you want the convenience of having someone else do the work for you then you can use Yodle but keep in mind they will make an exorbitant amount of money off of you. Plus if you cancel them you will lose potential customers that have booked the mirrored site of yours hosted on Yodle's servers. None of the advertising is directed to your business website or phone directly, it's all channeled directly through Yodle first. ("Gotcha!" is what they should be saying)

I already love my experience with Yodle. Matt contacted me and explained what Yodle can do for my business, I was so impressed with him and what he had to tell me that I just had to give it a try. Ryan M., one of my coaches, just helped me set up my account and get my website going. He was friendly, helpful, understanding and patient with me - computer is not my first language! (lol) I feel like I am working with good friends. Yodle is so easy to use, and believe me, if I can use it, ANYBODY can. I just finished my 3 month contract with yodle. All I can say is stay away. I wish I could have canceled after the first month. Was a huge waste of money. They didn't get our business name right. Put up pages of services that we don't provide. We also never had so many solictitation calls.
Mine is a small business startup, and as such, needed an effective vehicle to get the word out about us. I picked Yodle because our parent company using them for web development and lead generation. Now I wouldn't just blindly follow our parent company, but their recommendation was a good starting point. After 5 months with Yodle, I am a satisfied customer. Yodle built us a professional looking site and utilizes SEO for premium search results. They are extremely quick to process my requests for updates/changes. For example, we are constantly updating our photo gallery and like to see the fruits of our labors published. No complaints about the service. Same with textual changes... if I see it, they fix it. My account rep, Courtney, is top notch and a pleasure to work with. In summation, I heartily recommend Yodle for all website needs.

We had our first session today to set our website and Jared did a great job explaining everything. He took time to answer all of our questions, he explained every feature of the website and dashboard, he made us aware of the importance of keeping the website updated and fresh. He also went through his whole presentation with confidence.
This company is a complete scam. They provide no service whatsoever. Lock you into a 6 month contract and tell you to wait for results. They built an adversite page for my real estate company that my 5th grade daughter could of created in 20 minutes. Every time you call in they tell you the results take time. Next thing you know you've been charged $1500 and not one result whatsoever. I got zero leads from this in 6 months. They are literally stealing money from small business owners. Sad way to earn a living. Lesson learned for the future. Hope thjs helps someone else from being ripped off.
The ease of the use of the site is amazing. I was thinking I would have difficulty with it, but that isn't the case. My rep was so informative and described everything in great detail. She took her time and answered any question I had. I am so excited to start this next chapter in our company's advertising.
We were very reluctant to commit to a marketing program, but everyone at Yodle was so helpful and took the time to answer our questions. They were very thorough and we had multiple calls where every aspect of the program was explained. Yoddle, where do I begin? I was a little apprehensive at first about their services. As a small business person I feel like I spend half the day answering calls from people trying to sell me stuff. When I took Yodles call they were not pushy and just showed me their services and left it at that. Since signing with Yodle I have seen a significant call increase. We use several forms of marketing and Yodle is one of our top producers of call volume. I would highly recommend Yodle for any type of Service Company.
Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful. I'm hoping this helps my business grow the way yodle says it can. The dashboard is great and has many functions I find useful. I'm hoping to do business with Yodle long term.
Beware when I evenchley found a phone number And wasted 38 minutes and was charged over 9 pounds for the call to find out where my parcel was its a total joke what was being delivered only cost 5 pounds they dont tell you that the phone will cost 45p per minute they are total rip-off never turn up on time and came 4 days later do not use
I want thank Jaime for helping me keep growing my business. I asked him about their other services and he was quick to explane what the other services were about, he even told me I qualified for a discounted rate, I had called a couple of weeks ago and customer service who answered gave me a ridiculous amount per month. Thank you again Jaime for being honest and concerned about the client and not the bottom line.
I got yodled. I have received nothing from my investment with yodle. Seriously, nothing. I'm so disappointed in myself for buying into their sales pitch. What a waste of money. Hopefully I can help at least one person out there avoid making the same mistake as me. I can't even find my own adversite that they made while doing a web search. So disappointed at loosing that money :(

Unlike the various types of advertising we used in the past, yodle tends to give us a more targeted demographic. There’s been an increase in traffic to our website & in phone calls, and an overall increase in appointments generated from yodle.
We are a Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise that came on board with Yodle about 1 year ago. My experience with working with Meagan Barker as my customer service rep has been amazing. Always there when needed... goes the extra mile and beyond. I haven't really spoke to anyone else because she has been there on all levels. I can only imagine that the whole team is great. I know that with web changes, they've been write on top of things. I would recommend very, very highly!
I`ve been a general dentist since 79. My web manager suggested yodle to increase my exposure and improve my new patient numbers. I needed to be more visable on mobile sites and my traditional web page wasn`t doing it.
Since I started using yodle, my call volume has increased significantly. My return on investment is about 2 to 1. We are converting about 10 to 15 % of the calls for office visits. So far we have had much better results than using adwords from google.

Yodle gets a 5 from me just on follow through, we have had them for 6 to 8 weeks and have received at last 4 phones calls in regards to set up, walk through, noticing how much we have used the platform and letting us know where we can improve. Giving us ideas for how to make our platform support us in generating views. THere are some things id like to see, such as the ability to upload videos, but that doesnt take away from there great customer service and excellent product.
After a walk through with a customer success specialist (Bonnie), I was so surprised to how easy and beneficial Yodle can be by using the tools to push my business. Bonnie was extremely encouraging and helpful. I am excited about using these tools to enhance my business. Thank you!
I purchased an existing dry cleaner business that has been in business since 1977. However, the previous owners advertised by word of mouth and never did any real advertising. Most people today have a smart phone some type of smart device to search for the services they are looking for. And being a new business owner I knew that I needed to have a website presents and a way for customers to find me on the internet and on social media. Yodel was able to provide all of those services at a reasonable price and give me the ability to track incoming traffic to website to see how well it's working to help grow my business. There are some limitations to the Yodle website templates but overall I was impressed and please how quickly Yodle was able to get my website up and running. My webiste is new, so I will if hold judgement on how well Yodle can drive traffic to my Urban Cleaners website.

I was telemarketed to by Yodle last August. A very nice and convincing sales lady promised I would be "so happy with Yodle and the performance of their product that everyone renews" after the 6 months was up. Well that ended up being the biggest lie I've ever been told. Bottom line is I received zero leads, zero calls and no more traffic to my website than I had already been receiving. I feel as if I basically threw away $1200 over the past 6 months. All yodle did was create a bare bones website, far worse than the one I already had and said they were "organically getting me higher up in google". Every time I questioned why I wasn't seeing any results they just said "it takes time". Well obviously at the end of 6 months after paying over 1200 their time was up with nothing to show for it for me and 1200 in their pocket. What a scam.
Tip for consumers:
After writing about my poor experience with Yodle a customer care person reached out to me and offered to refund the money I had wasted on 6 months of advertising. I definitely appreciated this and felt they did the right thing. Hopefully others have better luck than I did but at least I'll say they ultimately did the right thing.

Personally, I have only been working with Yodle for two months, but the customer service has been wonderful! My representative is friendly and very educated in her field. She is quick to respond to my calls and emails and is always prompt with my requests. I enjoy working with her and encourage others to utilize Yodle for their business as well!
