My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
I am new in business and to Yodle. I got very good hits though conversion was not as good. I do not blame Yodle for that.My ranking was good so they delivered. My account manager Courtney was the best. I am reviewing and re-assessing things before I go forth.
Very knowledgeable and when I asked a question that he wasn't sure about he said he would ask the development dept. Instead of guessing or making up an answer the rep was going to make sure that what I was asking for was the best thing for my account. I felt that he gave me the highest quality service that anyone could expect.
Wow. This woman, Tori Cardosi, is so professional and when we had a problem she dug deep, understood how to get us what we need and then gave us a PPC campaign that is starting to work. Keep her happy as these employees are worth their weight in gold. She turned us from wanting to leave to now staying.
The staff at yodle are very helpful and easy to get ahold of. You never have to go through an answering service to reach your representative. It's great that every record and keep track of every call. This is a great teaching tool for the staff.
A good word about my experience with Yodle. During 2014 I used two different service providers other than Yodle and had zero leads generated. I started using Yodle for 2015 and my leads have started to come in. The representatives with Yodle have been great to work with and very helpful. The Yodle system of integration and the tools for monitoring lead progress are the best I have seen.
I am excited to work with Yodle! The dashboard is easy to use and when I needed help they set aside time to answer all my questions and walked me through all that I needed to know! They were really looking out for my business' best interest. I feel very confident that I found the right company to help my business grow!

My rep Josh Robinson has been very helpful so far. The results of the marketing investment are yet to be seen however. To be fair, we are less than 2 months into the campaign, so we are hoping to see the results improve to produce an effective ROI to justify continued advertising.

I absolutely love Yodle! From the first conversation with Kevin to the setup with Bonnie everything was easy. They get you setup to make an online presence which in returns helps grow your business. They make everything easy to understand and to use. The dashboard is great, everything you need is a click away. Re: YODLE.com. A Yodle sales person called me and went through his presentation. He was a very pushy used car sales man type. When I said I have a $500 monthly budget he became very rude and said his company could not help me.
As a Realtor, I have always had trouble finding enough time to market myself to new or existing customers. Now, with Yodle, I have one of the best ways to market myself and my services in less time. It used to be that I would have to set aside some time and ignore incoming phone calls. With Yodle, I can be in the middle of using one of their first-rate templates, stop answer my phone call and go back to right where I left off. Also, thanks to excellent phone training from Bonnie Jenkins, I can accomplish what I wanted to do in much less time.
Howdy; I was feeling a little leery about what I have gotten myself into. Being a small businessman and barely surviving the last 5 years has made me very cautious. I was slowly made to feel confident in what I got myself into. I was amazed at the depth of this program and all the opportunities it appears to provide. I have had a lot of people trying to convince me to set up a website, but it always seemed mostly about them making money, not me. I am really looking forward to learning the process and getting it to work for me.

I recently agreed to a six month contract with Yodle and this has, as far as i am concerned, a total waste of money. My clients are not able to leave ratings of their opinions of my services despite the fact that i have been sending them emails to invite them to do so as per directives from the company. Individuals i know are not able to locate my website. I received a message that i had a lead yet had difficulty retrieving the message and when i emailed back i never received a response therefore i am very unsure whether or mot the individual ever received the email given that my clients who wished to leave a review never received my email invitation to do so. This website has not been helpful at all. Given the amount of money i have to pay now for 6 months i am SO sorry i did not pay a local company to do my website

Yodle has been a pleasure to work with. The staff is very attentive and has great customer service. SEM and SEO are a very complex thing to manage, especially for a small business. Having yodel manage it is one less thing for me to worry about.
I had a call & presentation with Yodle today for my design business. The salesperson was very pushy. Advertising with Yodle wasn't something I wanted to do right a way, maybe 3 months down the road I would be interested. I told them I wanted to see what my current advertising venues would bring in, maybe try Yodle in the future. He just kept pushing, and pushing. I started to get frustrated, and to be honest after the pushy sales approach, I don't think I want anything to do with Yodle. They lost me as a future customer... even if they could have brought me more business. If they would have calmed down on the sales, and respected my decision... maybe I would have considered them in the future. A 15 min sales call as they said it would be, turned into 45 minutes of them being rude & pushy... complete waste of time!
Yodle's marketing portal is helping my company build our social presence while obtaining positive business reviews. It also includes email marketing. It is ideal for business owners to add to their overall marketing strategy.
This is the first time I have tried to use advertising to grow my business. I feel comfortable that Yodle will be able to make my business grow in the future. I was happy with the way it was introduced and look forward to making it work for my company.
I was very clear about not having another number used for my business and sales rep assured me they wouldn't. After spending an hour to go over details and agreed to a 6 month agreement we scheduled for a call back to set up account. I was on call backing setting up account when I see a number that is not mine going out on the emails. I was then told it had to be this way and there was no other option. I had to cancel everything and got my money back. Waste of time, this number is given to another business similar to yours when you leave the service. This is the reason I didn't want another number tied to my business. Yellow pages does the same thing. Your clients will be calling another business that provides the same services once you leave.

Sara was fabulous. She was patient while I fumbled through the dashboard and extremely helpful with the interesting features of the Yodle service. I am very impressed with the potential for the email manager and the prospect of obtaining reviews without standing in front of the client, hat in hand.
Yoddle has taken my company from just a couple of remediations a month to several. The quality of people we are getting is fantastic.
