My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
They get you on the cost per click mark-up - Sounded too good to be true - custom this and that (although no flash) for website, only in for a couple of grand, and then the budget gets consumed by cost per clicks at multiples of what we used to pay when we managed the campaigns directly with AdWord and Yahoo Search etc.

I worked with Felicia who was familiar with using a Mac. Working with folks who aren't Mac familiar can be a real challenge, from both sides. This was the opposite experience.

I’ve had good results with Yodle overall. The customer service team always takes care of me when I call. I don’t have to do work to find customers anymore. Yodle does it all so I don’t need any other marketing. I’m able to upload pictures from my dashboard and get reviews from my customers. My site is beautiful and I’m able to customize it to suit different areas of my business.

I have been working with Yodle for 3 years now. It initially was more than I was wanting to spend but it has been well worth it. As soon as I started having them help me I saw improvement in my web presense immediately. I have been working with Kyle and he is always helpful and explains things to me so that I can understand it. He is quickly responsive to all of my questions. Their site is easy to follow and I am very pleased with my time with this company.
I know I’m getting calls through Yodle because when I pick up the phone it tells me exactly that. I know the mobile website is working because I can see the activity and I know that people are searching for me. What I like most is showing up on the first page of Google.
I had signed up for this service, after a sales call. A day later I decided not to proceed, before I signed the agreement, but they HAD charged me. I was contacted by a very polite manager (Linzi), she spoke to me about my concerns, then agreed to refund the original charges and cancel. I was impressed how professional she was about this. Yodle is a top SEO compnay and I think they will be great fit for some business.
I called in to talk about some ad services that Yodle was helping my company with. I didn't think the Google ad words were working well. Never the less i was ready to cancel service with Google ad words. Then I had the pleasure to meet Travis Dube. He looked at my account with Google and recommended some new service to help my company with getting more leads. He helped me save money and get more leads at the same time! As well as offered a free service for answering all my incoming calls though the service. Travis went over and beyond helping my company out and I have so many calls coming though now! Wonderful company great services. Highly recommend!

I've noticed a significant increase in requests for proposals from potential clients since contracting with yodel.com. Their customer service has been proactive about making sure I get the most value out of my subscription.
We as a Yodle client could be happier with the way things are going, the people are great but the limitations and lack of clarify are frustrating. We understand why there are limitations and generalizations on adversites for the sake of standardizing for increased efficiencies/ranking, but it stifles companies that take great care of their presence.
I received a cold call from a sales representative (Matthew) and he was rude right from the beginning. He said the "presentation" would take 20 minutes - it took over an hour. I had to leave because a client arrived and he still tried to keep the conversation going (and therefore keep me from actual business). When we set up a date and time to finish the call, he didn't call as planned but called at the end of the day. When I told him I didn't have time to talk because I was in the middle of work he hung up on me. :O His E-mail address never worked so I couldn't even get ahold of him for follow-up questions from the initial phone call. He did not treat me with any kind of respect throughout the process. He was combative in all of our correspondence.
Complete FRAUD. The salesperson will tell you anything to get you to sign up and pay them. As soon I paid they demonstrated nothing but utter incompetance. I paid $3K and when it became obvious their scheme was a bait & switch, I requested to cancel via phone, email & letter and they refused, saying that I paid and they would not refund anything. I literally feel like they have stolen my money. They did not provide even 1 valid lead in months - all i got was tons of wrong numbers all day and people looking for different services than my company offers. Let me repeat, not even 1 lead from someone looking for the service my company provides.
RUN, dont walk from these frauds and theives or sign up at your own peril.

Andrew called our office in Austin- or should i say harassed our office. He called several times and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. EVER. He reminded me of a very old, very cranky, very mean used car salesman. And not just any car salesman, one who hasn't been laid in a VERY long time. And after seeing his approach, I can see exactly why. He was overly aggressive, and I was not even sure what company he represented or who he was. I explained to him our office was a referral only/word of mouth type doctors office. He just kept going. He would not stop talking. I have never negatively reviewed anyone or company, but after this phone call he lift a bitter taste in my mouth. I dislike him and I therefore dislike Yodle. You should fire him immediately, unless this is the type of slimeball you like representing you. GET A LIFE AND LEAVE US ALONE. STOP CALLING ANDREW!
I was not happy with my experience with Yodle. After receiving an unsolicited call on my business line, the voicemail left was very very misleading. The gentleman failed to introduce himself as a marketer and instead misrepresented himself as someone who was calling to see if I was accepting a certain kind of patient. This made it sound like he was calling from the community trying to connect people with medical services. I do not like this kind of foot in the door sales technique. When I called back, before I knew it I was scheduled for a call later on in the day. Again, all I got was fast talking and pressure with no questions to me about whether I was actually interested. I cancelled the call, because honesty is very important to me. When I read the negative online reviews on this site, I realized that I was in a situation I didn't want to be in. I do not like high pressure sales and I certainly do not like slick sales pitches. This is not what I want for my small business.
