My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
My business has been busier since we signed up with yodle. We have more customers and more emails coming in. And my consultant is always there to help us. She does everything we ask right away. I can definitely say I really enjoy the prompt customer service!
I would never work with this company, getting rude sales calls is not how to get business! Being a Tax firm we do not take sales calls from Jan-April (common sense if you ask me). I received a rude comment in return and was hung up on.
I have been working with Alina at Yodle for almost 2 years. My call volume has increased. I like having a tracking number so I can see how the lead came in. Calls to Yodle are returned promptly and any changes to my site are done immediately.

I had a 6 month contract, way too expensive for very little return. I asked rep 1 week before 6 month contract end, what actual date was so I can move on to another company and not worry about paying them anymore. She verified date was next week, then billed me another month "because I didn't say the word CANCEL". Horrible customer service.

Yodle made promises that they would never keep! Unbeknownst to us they would not advertise the web site we had created, instead they advertised the one they created about our company - which they requested very little information on. The website was probably the worst made website in history. Words were misspelled, it looked terrible, a monkey could have made a better website. All of this was done AFTER the contract was signed and credit card charges. And none of that was made clear or explained prior to. Don't use this company, you're better off burning your money.

I was having a tough time uploading my over 800 contacts from my e-mail to my Yodle account. I tried the direct routes on Yodle's help page to no avail, and before giving up, I e-mailed customer care asking for a call. Within an hour, Jordan Sanchez was on the phone walking me through the process. When he and I got the same outcome, he quickly conferred with an IT colleague and they solved the problem! Kind, empathetic, calm and rational customer care made me happy that I chose Yodle. I'll call customer care again without hesitation!
This is not so much a complaint against Yodel but a complaint against their delivery drivers.
One particular driver is bad mannered, argumentative & lazy.
He refuses to deliver items to residents accomodation expecting to dump them at our concierge office.
Then he storms off when he's told he has to deliver it. I've complained to his manager but it's clear that they find it unimportant hence his continual unacceptable behaviour.
Javier at Yodle helped us tremendously. I can not say enough about the quality of customer service Yodle provides. Their agents are knowledgeable, trained in site navigation and very professional. I just started a new company so I really didn’t have the money to do a lot of marketing. I pay the minimal payment-just for the yodle website-and with that little monetary value I still get results. Calls come in and it helps get my name out there. The whole system yodle has set up is really great-from the customer service to the website, and the way leads are generated. It’s all working.
The staff at yodle provided me with all the answers i needed to start a new account with them. Within hours my site was up and running and leads started to come in within a week. I closed business from the advertising which justified paying for it. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they were. Job well done! I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to establish more web presence.
Yodle has been a great company to work with. After trying many different SEO companies who promised us the moon and back, we tried Yodle. They provided an increase in our sales volume as we were also able to track where our calls came from and how our employees handled those phone calls. These are great managerial tools to help you focus on what areas and customers to target. This company has been a great tool to have in our advertising arsenal.

CoRey started off on me and despite the mediocre reading skills displayed as he worked through the obvious scripts, I was on the hook. But... I sell, therefore I am and I do not need to advertise. I've done a little as a trial but I don't really care to have unnecessary bills.
Stage 2, the rep wanted to get me in front of a computer so I could be presented with the opportunity to spend my money. He could not make it to our appointment so a super douche named Matthew called me and attempted to close a deal I told him was not gonna happen before I got a chance to investigate the program. Long story short, I flushed the douche.
Here'are proof that they must suck and can't deliver... just look at this site. They claim to do something for your business but they can't do it for themselves! Lol
Just over a month into my program and have gotten much more lead generation than could hope for. Only expect this to get better as the optimization continues. Support has been fantastic both introducing me to website and how to get the most out of it as well as follow up communication to remind me to do certain things, refresh my recollection on the many pieces of information available and to introduce me to new additions to the dashboard. Hoping this will be a long relationship.
Since we've started with Yodle we've seen increasingly better results and better turnover with appointments with each month. We love that we can see where calls are coming from and what Yodle is actually working on for us through the dashboard. Last but not least, our rep Zach is awesome! He is prompt with returning emails and phone calls. Any questions I have he is there to answer them. If Zach doesn't here from me for a little bit he gives me a call to check on things to see how things are going. Thank you Zach for everything.
We tried magazine ads and that did nothing for us. The majority of our leads come through Yodle. We’re looking to open 2 or 3 different offices around the greater Houston area and we will definitely be increasing our reach with Yodle.
I signed up with Yodle because they promised they could drive new clients to me with their service. Now it's been 7 months, and I have not a single new client from them.
They've only gotten me 11 phone calls, 4 of them from other companies trying to market me their services instead, and a bunch of dead leads (one of them wanted to sell me their old equipment). For the amount of money they're asking every month I expect better results than that.

All the reviews that are 5 star on here are people who have joined recently and only have one review. Basically current employees of Yodle.
These guys are hacks, they buy domains and attach websites to them and charge astronomical rates to their cookie cutter sites.

I’m a believer in the future of technology so I thought Yodle would be a good thing to try for my business. Many people are using their phones and tablets to find information online and I really liked how Yodle would not just use my regular website when someone uses their phone, but a mobile version of my site. It all makes sense to me.
I did not fully understand what we had signed up for. Michele walked me thru the whole details on how they will be working with us to get our business on the web to obtain new business. She was very very helpful.
My job as a salon manger can be time consuming and many times completely hectic. I have 5000 things to do and no time to do it. We started using Yodle and I cannot even begin to express how happy I am to be able to have this program. I can schedule emails to go out 3 months from now and know that it will get done.
