My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Complements to the folks at Yodle. Been with them for a few weeks and so far the service and ease of use are fantastic. They have delivered on all they promised thus far... an easy platform from which to connect with my client base, attract new business, market and manage my online presence and social media... Beth walked me through the initial setup of my new account. She was so thorough and patient, explaining every detail and making certain I understood each facet before moving to the next. I was awed at the robustness of this marketing program. Yodle offers all of the marketing strategies I know I should be using but do not have time to implement and monitor myself. I have been working with Yodle for about 18 months. I receive regular leads from the website and I consistently generate more income my cost. My account manager, Kerry Satchell, has done a great job of helping me revise and improve the site over time. I find the dashboard and the recording of the calls very helpful. I do wish more time was spent on the organic side of the marketing, but I like the flexibility in the pay per click costs.
Today I called customer service for help with several items on my website. Michelle literally spent hours with me answering my questions and making the changes I requested. I was very pleased with her level of knowledge and her helpful attitude. Well I'm giving yodel five stars for customer service, I have yet to see the lead response I was sold on, however I am only three months in so hopefully in this fourth month I will start to see some leads.

Zero support, you doing most of the work yourself. You might as well just do it on your own to begin with... They expect you to set everything up as all they provide is a generic plan that is being used over and over again. Once they get you to commit to a contract, you will never hear from them again without your prodding. They say it is in a infant stage and does not really perform until you have been paying for about 4 months. If you ask to get out of contract they allow it with a steep penalty. All they were concerned with was billing that credit card. The very first hit that my company received that they tried to take credit for was my very own local nursery who contacts me regularly for my business. What a joke... Spent about 1700. 00 and got and got and got Wait a Minute "zero leads". Please save yourself the nightmare.
I have had nothing but issues with this company. Paid way too much money with no return. Upon completing a survey that I was not satisfied, I heard from not one single rep at the company. When I asked for a refund of payment after my contract ended at it was month to month, I was informed that they cannot provide ANY refunds. Read the fine print of our legal contract. Definitely not good business.

We have a 2 gyms and have been with Yodle for two years. We started getting good quality leads within a few weeks. Although their service and turn around time for updates was a little slow at first, they have recovered and have done a great job of presenting my business on-line. We receive highly qualified leads through phone calls or email. They offer us a key component of our business-- great rankings and visibility! We are happy that they evolved into a great product with stellar customer service.

The ease of operation is remarkable. The wealth of information available at my fingertips has enabled me to immediately steer our marketing in the proper direction.
My favorite option is the Review requests and Automated email controls. This platform has shaved hours off of my weekly work load and has shown immediate results leading to more sales.
I have been with Yodle 100 days now, they promised me a great website and lots of customer traffic. They designed a website for me on a standard template, it looks average and I had to rewrite 95% of the text. It is easy to add pictures and maintain it yourself but they have done a little maintenance for me. I received about 20 calls in the past 3 months that have been wrong numbers or vendors trying to sell me something. I reported this to Yodle and it took them about 6 weeks to sort of fix the wrong numbers. I have had gained 2 customers from my Yodle website that were viable and a couple of potentials that did not work out. For my $4000 this is a terrible return on investment. They charge you a fortune for building a website and then spending 30 minutes a month on maintaining it. You could use your money much more wisely elsewhere. I'm sorry that I even signed up with them another scam that I foolishly fell victim to.

I use yodle's outrank local seo service for my online advertising and it has worked great. It's easy to keep track of your leads, they offer great local seo ranking, and have a very user friendly website that allows you to track your return on investment. Highly recommend.
We’ve been open for almost 5 years now and only had a few core customers. When a yodle rep called me he really got me excited about advertising so I took a leap of faith and signed up. I’m so glad I did. They encouraged me to help myself. After I got my first yodle lead and signed on 2 new clients it really solidified what yodle does. Now I’m hiring on another employee. I’m looking forward to being busier now with yodle!
Yodle's setup and follow-through has been exceptional. We began getting calls from our program after only a week or so, and the phone keeps ringing. The ability to rate our calls and have Yodle fine tune its ad placement based on those ratings, has proven itself in improved results. Our Yodle advertising program is providing a great return on investment.
We started up with Yodle at the beginning of 2015 and have been using there services right at a year now. We definitely saw a spike in overall leads from there services which turned in to more work. Keeping track of leads that where generated from Yodle is easy to do and the ability to listen to the phone conversations are a great feature for a small company like ours.
Making changes to the website takes a bit of leg work, but they are quick to respond and help out at the customer care department.
The only reason I would not give them a 5 star rating is that the web page they provide you with is very limited. It would be nice to have a few more options to choose from. Once you start trying to customize there website to fit your business, you'll know what I mean.
I would recommend Yodle to other small business owners.

I have confidence in knowing if I have a technical question or a Google placemen question that you will have the answer. This speaks volumes on your in house training and expertise. Always wary of wasting hard earned dollars on advertising, I (rather reluctantly) agreed to give these people a try. At the time I felt it was rather pricey and had no confidence that I would get many results. I was so wrong. These people know their business, work very hard to get results and even follow up to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. The very first day my account was activated I got results and am still getting them 2 months later. I believe the work I am getting from these referrals is not only paying for the service but also increasing my profit. I have to stop telling myself that this is too good to be true. A real help with advertising that gives results!
We’ve been getting hits and some new work with yodle. We signed on a new business account and made new contacts that’ll benefit us later on as well. The follow up is great. Yodle staff works hard to make the most of our advertising-using my feedback to make it even better.
I made a huge mistake and just signed up with yodle. After doing some research, I realized they are going to hurt my online presence and not help it (hurt my own website listing, etc). How do I stop this? I only agreed to the contract several hours ago, but how can I get out of it?

I called Yodel to get my business Facebook page set up. I was so happy to get quick and friendly service! Michelle also helped me by prominently displaying a link for clients to search all properties.
We specifically asked if our Google listing would be left alone after our 3,000$ membership (that didn't bring in any leads whatsoever) ended. They assured us it would be fine. Of course they deleted everything on google we had before we started with them! And we lost years of reviews etc. what a joke

This company would not refund an automatic credit card charge for monthly service when I requested to cancel. Josh, a "manager" stated that once the charge is made they can't refund as the money has already been sent out to optimizing the sites. I would steer clear of a company that won't stand behind their business model.
