My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
I love that with yodle I don’t have to lift a finger when it comes to my advertising. I’m incredibly busy and it’s one thing I don’t have to worry about. They change my website whenever I want, without me having to do it. Results have been great-we get quite a few calls and it’s helped get us new clients as well.
Yodle performed amazingly well. In the first 17 days we made three sales. If they were just three sales I would of been happy, but one of the leads turned out to be a huge account executive that yielded 10k of business. This would not have happened without Yodle. In addition, they told us up front that the first month would be slower as they did their magic!... I cant wait to see what Yodle brings next...

Google documents have pointed out that more than 70% of the search will go and click directly into the organic area of the page and not the area where the Sponsored Links are found. Also, the conversion rate is much higher from those clicking into the organic search return. Maybe partly due to the sponsored links are well known to be the target of online media sales reps and the sponsored links represent those willing to pay for online media instead of the better roi of hiring a good seo? It just makes sense that they would call those displaying a need for business. My advice... Before spending money with those companies you maybe better off researching Search Engine Optimization in a local city around you. Talk to them and you may learn more than you know about SEO now.
I just got off the phone with a yodle sales person. After misleading me in a voice mail i called him back. After i found out what they do there i still went through with the presentation. I liked what he had to say. The entire presentation took about an hour. I then said i needed to sleep on the proposal. I was not prepared to sign up on the spot given that i had never hear of yodle. Thats where the high pressure push started. The sales person actually got pissed at me when i informed him that i wanted to sleep on the matter and have him call me in the morning after i had time to do some searches and see how yodle reviewed and how the service actually worked. At that point the salesman got more angry and i just told him not to even call me back. There was no way i was going to use them. Before he got pushy i was going to speak to my other partners and try them out. If I ever heard someone in my company acting like that towards anyone i would let them go on the spot.
Had a overview scheduled with one of their pushy sales guys. He read of a script for over an hour and I told him I have seen the software with Rogers Outrank, he still continued to read off the script and bore me to death. He followed up several times and pushed me into a month to month program to try it out and said he can Guarantee more leads for me. As soon as I signed up I never heard a peep from this guy. They didn't produce one lead for me and I cancelled the service. The salesman Shaun didn't even have the guts to reply to my emails either when I cancelled. Don't waste your time with this company they are horrible.
Love all the features of Yodle. First and Foremost Great Customer Service. I have been 13 days active and have more new contacts for my business than I have had in the last 6 months. They make it really easy to do business! Love it!
My business has been getting what we’re looking for through yodle- both residential and commercial customers for our carpet cleaning business. Yodle has been more consistent with getting us results than similar online marketing we tried in the past.
Our experience with Yodle thus far has been excellent! We have been using them for a month now and we have seen our leads increase by, at least, 40%. The dashboard is easy to use and the customer service people are always there to answer any questions I have, even the dumb ones haha
I called to get my user id, and update our website, and start an ad campaign. The gentleman was very nice and very helpful, but ultimately was not able to handle all of my needs. I will call back on Monday to finish these tasks.
I am trying my third attempt to launch a website. Yodle is far above and beyond the other two companies I attempted to use. Customer service is spectacular, and their product is extraordinary! I received leads off my new website in less than four days.
My only regret is I did not read the reviews before I signed up with this company. They are difficult to deal with and do not deliver on their promises. Under any circumstances do not sign up with this company and waste your hard earned money. I have been trying to cancel my account and as to date a manager is not available to handle my account. What a run around.

Extremely helpful. They took their time and did not rush me. They worked through an issue with me with politeness, care and enthusiasm. I wish more companies had such wonderful emoloyees. So far I'm really enjoying my experience with them.
They definitely got me business that I would have never received on my own. It's a little bit expensive, but not if you get reoccurring business from the customers they generate. So far I have been pleased with the results.
Promised the world and severely under delivered. I would recommend that you stay away from this service as the cost is not worth it. I gave the service an ample amount of time to provide results and all I received were wrong number calls and hang ups. I am here to discuss my experience and it was a poor one and I wouldn't want others to experience what I have. There are other ways to market yourself and I recommend you visit other avenues.

I have worked with Yodle for almost 2 years and have been very pleased with the results of our AD campaigns with them. We recieve 10-20 qualified leads per day and I review the leads (phone calls) to determine that they are qualified leads. Yes, we have a sizable budget but our industry is very competitive. As other reviewers noted, you can run your own campaign for less money BUT you have to have someone knowledgeable that has the time to manage it. It's much more cost effective for us to pay Yodle to manage the account, that way we can take care of all the business Yodle is sending our way!
