My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
There is no question this company delivers top notch results. What separates Yodle from the rest of its competition is its focus on customer services. The company's account managers are always reliable. They carefully study their accounts and provides a strategy to maximize your results. This is a fairly important point small businesses needs to remember. You are simply not a number at Yodle,, but a very important client whose success is the company's utmost priority. Definitely a must have for any small business to become competitive in today's digital age.
Yodle has definitely helped my business out tremendously. I've only been using it for about 8 months but I can tell this is going to be a long term commitment! The price is fair, the value is great, they always pick up when I call. Great and easy to work with!
I can get reactive and very upset quickly, not knowing what the heck I'm doing with online anything (old lady here). My representative, Jeffrey took pains with me, never once was disrespectful, and walked me through all the paces to rest assured I am on the right track. He did a terrific job, honestly. (I can be pretty tough)
I’ve been happy with yodle. My small business has grown-we get more calls asking for our services and it’s been very good. However, as a small company starting out, I would like to pay a smaller monthly payment. They are very expensive.
Representative from yodle called our healthcare facility 4 separate times leaving messages for myself to give him a call back. Each time, I was busy with patients and to be fair, returning this call was not high on my priority list... patient care is the priority here. Our front desk administrator politely told this sales rep we were not interested and she did deliver the messages to me. His response to her was "you're really f#@*ed up" and she proceeded to hang the phone up on him. (Rep's name Anthony Cruz)
This is absolutely no motivation to sign up, call back or listen to any sales pitch! Completely unacceptable!
Got a rude sales call. I asked the guy to explain exactly what they will do for our site and how much they will charge. The guy would NOT answer no matter how often I asked him. He would want me to take a video tour or visit this page or that page. Anything but straight answer my question: what will you do and how much will you charge? Then he started getting very rude.
Stay away from these guys. I now know exactly what they do after looking at their site. I've tried many companies like theirs before before I learned my lesson (slow learner I guess). They get you into an expensive, long term contract and they don't guarantee results. If they are so confident of what the results, they should charge per sale NOT per click (or supposed customer that visits your site which are mostly fraud).
After signing up with Yodel, my online presence increased dramatically. I am receiving lots of phone calls from people that have found my company on the internet. Definitely, money well spent. With a team that is constantly updating my information, I can't go wrong. Thanks again, Yodle!
Coaching calls are the bomb. I like the services they offer, so far, which is why I'm only offering 4 stars at the moment. I'll update as more comes into play. I also have a good deal of things to accomplish before I know it's all working well for me. But, that's entirely on me- and I know to ask for help.
So far our results have been very good with Yodle. We’ve gotten at least 3 times what we’ve put out over the past 6 months and we’ve been so impressed with the results overall that we’ve decided to continue on with them in the future. Initially we felt that our area might be a little too rural for internet marketing but Yodle helped us see that it could work. Their customer service has been very good too. Response time is great and they address every question that we have. It’s great to have an expert in their field handling our accounts. Yodle’s dashboard feature is my favorite part. We can go in and find out what got the customer to call and actively improve any areas that might need help. It takes all the guesswork out!
My practice has been much busier in the month of July this year than it was at the same time last year before I started with Yodle. We've gotten a lot of leads through Yodle and we're expecting it to get even better as the web site is optimized. They provide a "campaign manager" who has been very responsive to me, which I really appreciate. The dashboard reports everything so I can see what is going on. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is that it is still early in the game, but I feel like we're on course with what was promised me when I signed up so I am very pleased so far.
I have been a satisfied Yodle customer for over two years now. The account representatives that I have worked with have been attentive to my needs and prompt with implementation of changes. I receive good quality leads year-round, and very little input is needed from me to keep leads coming. Economically speaking, this type of advertising has a nice "return on investment" compared to many other avenues of marketing (mail-outs, door flyers, etc.) I would recommend Yodle to others like myself that do not have time to "figure-out" web marketing on their own, and need a company that will deliver results.
Got a call from their very persistent sales person who I might add must have been a used car salesman. I spent an hour of my time with him which I am never getting back!
This guy was trying to sell me a bill of goods which was unrealistic. In the end when I asked him about sitejabber reviews he got defensive. He even said "I have seen reviews of your business and they are not very good either". Stay away and save your money...
I've been working with Yodle for about six months and have had a positive experience. My dental practice has got a lot of new patients because of Yodle. I've recommended them to other dentists who are now also being found online
The service did nothing for my business, but I kept paying for it, in hopes that something would take off. I have recently gotten over double pneumonia, and found out my cancer has come back, I've barely been able to get around, forget about work. I contacted their customer service, to see if I could cancel/put the account on hold, or get a refund on this past payment, as it has put my family in a very tight spot. Yodel wont let me out of the last 2 months of the contract, and would rather squeeze the last bit of money out of a disabled veteran who isn't able to work, due to his incurable cancer.
I own a few dental offices in San Antonio and have been using Yodle for all of my Search Engine Optimization and Pay Per Click Campaigns for more than 2 years. Yodle has been very hands on the entire time. I have always had an account manager that I can reach out to if I ever need anything. I only spend about $1,400 per month and we average 110 phone calls and a couple hundred emails per month. I have been very pleased and will continue to use Yodle for all my internet marketing. Now to those with bad reviews about Yodle. They can only do so much. If you have a bad product, terrible customer service or just can't convert phone calls or emails to appointments or sales, that is not Yodle's issue. Perhaps you should re-evaluate your business, rather than blame those around you.
Don't waste your money, they lock you in a contract they are liars now they want another $500 off me to cancel this bull$#*! contract, send it to collections because I'm not paying them! I already gave them $1500 out of my pocket. Facebook is the best way to get your company name out there and its free.
Ryan,
I'm sorry that our service didn't perform up to your expectations, I'd be happy to look into your account and see what we can do. Would you mind sending me your account details via private message?
-Mike
Very very helpful and patient with me, Knew the product and explained issues very well. One of the best support people yet. Would love to have her help with future issues.
My main issue was not with the service I received today but with Yodle itself. I cannot fathom how they can release a website for publishing when it hasn't been developed to reflect the business owner. I do not believe Yodle is Real Estate savvy or this would have been a major consideration.
Fortunately, my customer support gal today was able to understand and has paused my website until we get it looking professional with content which speaks to the knowledge base of the business. Thank you.
At least half a dozen calls have turned into immediate business in the past month or so. This is amazing compared to the company we used before who didn’t get us that in the last 6 months we were using them. So far it’s worth it.
I signed up with Yodle about 12 days ago and the customer service is second to none. All my emails are promptly returned, as well as phone calls when I have a question. My client service representative, Bonnie Jenkins, was enthusiastic and super helpful in reviewing my dashboard today--she showed me several key steps to improving my marketing campaigns so I can build my business. I am very pleased I took this step to work with Yodle and I believe I will see my business grow in the next few months! If you are thinking about getting some marketing help and haven't checked out Yodle, you definitely should!
My Signal 88 Security franchise offers Security Officer protection services. Not every business can utilize our services so we do not expect a lot of leads. But when we do get a qualified lead our close ratio is about 65%. These leads are buyers who are ready to buy and not just shopping around!
Since being with Yodle for a little over one year we have obtained recurring monthly revenue of over $25,000 per month brought in by just our Yodle campaign.
This success is due to the relentless dedication of my account manger who monitors my account regularly and make sure I am making money. They are always open to trying new things to make sure the phone is ringing and my ads are on top.
Thanks Yodle!
Been with them for a year and spent over $6000. Not one front page listing for any keywords that anyone would use for my business. I have kept my own web site going with no effort and come up on the front page of Google without Yodle. Why is it that the professionals cannot get there when I am doing nothing and can get there? I have gotten 5-6 calls per month, but most of them were for other doctors in my city and around the country. The rest were sales calls or existing patients. Good luck if you decide to go with them.
This company is using hard sell tactics to get agents to sign up. Here is their new trick, contact you through your Zillow or Trulia profile because they know you will answer the phone when you hear you have an incoming lead call right? Sales people won't take NO for an answer, very irritating.
Hi Dana,
This is Radley Moss, Director of Corporate Communications at Yodle. I’m very sorry to hear about this. We have a high standard of professionalism, so if you had a bad experience with a member of our sales team, I’d like to hear more about what happened so that we can address any issues. When you have a moment, could you please contact me at rmoss@yodle.com or 212-542-5992? I’d like to get some more information from you about who you spoke with and how they contacted you so that we can investigate the situation.
Thank you,
Radley
First, from the sales pitch I thought all of the work except supplying some verbiage, photos and member list Yodle was going to do all the work. I really have neither the time nor desire to do most of it myself and the cost is a lot all things considered.
Second, however, the only reason I haven't asked for my money back is because Michelle was very knowledgeable. She seemed to genuinely want to help me get my program going correctly and spent time making changes to the 'typical' info as it did not reflect my practice much at all. So we shall see if this works for me or not.
Hi, Juanee - Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I'm glad to hear Michele was able to help walk through updates and take care of any issues you were having with your account. I'm am however disappointed to hear there was any disconnect between the sales call and the service you are receiving. We pride ourselves on offering stellar customer service and we want to help our customers get the most out of our programs. If you run into any further issues or would like to share additional feedback, please feel free to reach out to Michele or myself. I work within corporate communications and I'm happy to help, reach me at: jessica.mcginn@yodle.com or 646-753-6362. Happy holidays, JM.
Michele was very helpful explaining a few items I was unhappy about. She offered helpful suggestions and encouraged me to be more active in adding new content to my website thus improving SEO. Thank you!
My boyfriend started a business and found Yodle and was promised all these things and that his business would be listed on the first page of Google if he has 3 good reviews. The website design was horrendous. We're still on page 4. He's complained several times about the company name that they messed up on. It's cost us more than we can afford. He's currently cancelling.
Dear Sadie,
Very sorry that you had issues with the service, if you have any further problems please private message me your account details and I'll be glad to assist.
-Mike
