My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Yodle provides an excellent PPC product. My favorite part about their service is the reporting and call tracking. I am able to see where my calls are coming from, listen to calls, and track how successful each campaign is all in one place. Thank you Yodle and especially Kyle, our account manager!
Yodle just resells services that are already available to you. Their sales tactics are questionable. "Let me go talk to my manager?" Are we buying a used car here or marketing for my business. I take it serious. Yodle does not. Don't use them.
I was contacted by a Yodle rep today and asked to take a meeting to explain to me how they could help "drive business to our car dealership". When I asked if there were other dealerships in my area (or the country) that they have had success with the rep could/would not provide any references. After that the rep became short and condescending with her sales tack as though I was incapable of understanding the services that they offered and the value they would bring. Lack of credibility and evasiveness when asked a direct question is the quickest way to lose my interest. Well done Yodle rep!
So far using yodle has been an extremely easy experience. I find the staff to be thoroughly helpful as well as knowledgeable. Of course I have just set the system up and can not give an endorsement on the products value in relation to my company until it's proven itself a viable option. I can say that I see this being a valuable asset to the development of my web presence so long as they can deliver everything their platform seems to encompass.
I am a dentist and our office has been using Yodle for 5 months now with excellent results. We have never had our advertising dollars produce so many prospective patients. By fine tuning our ads we have been able to get very high quality leads. I love that I can listen in and critique how my receptionists are handling our phones. Excellent service so far!
Have used yodle for 2 years and have had poor results. When you have a problem they duck and dive for cover will rarely return phone calls or emails and are full of empty promises. I have now gone through google adwords direct at a fraction of the cost manage my own campaign with great results. You can set it up on the net yourself or ring one of there consultants and they will help you get started. Twenty dollars set up fee you control the budget. Have been with them a month now and have spent $60 and am very happy. Good Luck
Josh Robinson is my rep at Yodle and has by far exceeded my expectations. I have been ripped off by Yelp, Reach Local delivered less than 10% of what they said they would and I could go on and on. Even though we have just recently launched our Yodle campaign, the leads are starting to come in and this campaign is beginning to show great promise. Yodle is doing exactly, what they say they will can do, what a concept. I would highly recommend Josh/Yodle to anyone in the Home Services business as long as they are not my competitors...

Grossly overpriced "service" that claims to maximize your web presence to generate computer based leads. Many of the leads are from paid "yodel" contractors. Don't get ripped off, stay with lead services that know your industry or service area.

Beyond that, we are very competitively priced. Based on our research, local businesses would have to pay at least twice as much money and purchase multiple point solutions to get something similar to Marketing Essentials, our primary product. We can also deliver strong value across multiple industry and service areas because of our proprietary data assets that enables us to algorithmically optimize our customers’ online marketing campaigns.

We are a small property management company and wanted to grow our business by getting more rental property owners to sign up with us. Yodle cold called and after hearing their pitch we decided to give them a try. After three months we did receive calls but all were from renters looking for properties NOT property owners looking for a property management company. Yodle could never figure out how to make this work. One Yodle rep told us they are having the same issues all over the country. You'd think they would figure this out before taking $1800 of our money for nothing. Would not give us a refund. We were totally disappointed with the results.
I work private investigations as a second job and really hope to get that business built up so I can quit my other job and make private investigation my sole focus. I liked what Yodle had to say and felt it would help me move forward in that direction. It’s been wonderful through the first few weeks. I signed a $2,500 retainer, received another serious inquiry, as well as a few additional calls. The customer service has also been just great – they follow up and make me really feel like my business is important and matters.
Completely ripped me off. Misleading unprofessional. $2,398.00 was the amount they ended with, did not do as they promised, made constant errors, but sure knew how to take my money and continue to take it. Wanting to stop their on-going charges for work they did not produce was met with their shifting blame to their customer. The worst "business" experience I have not experienced. What they initially told me would occur with my business

Yodle lets me track my success with them by using the dashboard so I can see what's going on from my own perspective. And my consultant is excellent-straightforward and always timely in responding to ANY request or inquiry that I may have. So far I've had an overall increase in consistency of calls with yodle.
I am an accountant and so far the results and leads have been good. My account manager, Hillary, is GREAT! I am looking forward to tax season to see how many new clients contact me through Yodel. I am hoping that I will be back to rate it 5 stars in a couple of months.

I decided to sign up with Yodle after speaking with a representative at the annual California Association of Licensed Investigators in San Jose this year. It sounded like a good idea. Things started off slow at first, but then they really started to pick up. Just last week I got about 3 new clients from Yodle. I'm happy with the performance and the customer service they have.
Was contacted by their rep who proceeded with a 45 minute sales pitch. Did not like the pressure and the hurry up gotta do it today attitude. Declined to sign on their program. Went to this site to read reviews of others. Found 98% were BAD reviews. Thank goodness I did not move forward with their arm twisting.
My name is Jim McNair owner of McNair Cabinet Installations I have been with Yodle for about a month and it is worth every penny. My phone doesn't stop with good leads. We went from steady to being very busy. The customer service is second to none. I would recommend that any small businesses that are wanting to grow call Yodle.
After speaking to Chuck Ashley, billing department, I was very satisfied. I was late on making my monthly service payment. My company does gutter cleaning and pressure washing, and the weather was so bad for two weeks that no work could be performed by my staff. Yodle was more then happy to still continue providing service and generate leads. Thanks guys!
I took a shot with them. I set aside some dollars to try new sources. They told me it would take three months to see any results. It is now three months and I have booked and done three jobs that have given me enough profit to keep them going for the next year or two.
Time will tell but for now, I am gliding along and one of the accounts offers a continued relationship so I am more than happy. I think some people expect that these opportunities are going to turn into gold mines. Hard word and lots of effort create gold mines. Yodle is just a part of the hard work.
A little while back I contacted Yodle to inquire about their service. The Interview started out great until I had reservations about signing up because the packages offered were to expense for my budget. I was then offered a lower monthly payment, when I told her I still would like to think about it she got extremely rude. It is not a coincidence that so many people are experiencing rude customer service. I believe Yodle, purposely, hires these rude pushy people to force you into signing up and when you don't they try to make you feel as if you wasted their time. I don't believe the response of management to resolve these issues is sincere; its just part of the act.
Super exited about Yodle! I took the morning off to do a walk through with Mary and she was great. There was a bonus too 5 minutes into phone call as we realized I already had 2 leads. Thanks for the help Mary.
The sales people are absolutely relentless. So I suppose that means they're good at their jobs. They promised us a large amount of growth in new business, and we were looking forward to it... until we started the process. They completely screw-up your current Google listings & make up a website for your business that does not represent your business at all. I wish we would've been able to cancel our contract in the first month. In fact, I told my account manager that we wanted out ASAP because we were SO dissatisfied. We got a lot of SPAM email and solicitation calls because of Yodle... In 3 months, we did not acquire 1 new client! These people only want your money--- STAY AWAY!
Services offered by yodle are unacceptable. They insisted on putting together my website with their own designs, which were tacky and cheap looking, and denied me control over editing my website image. As a small business owner, I was appalled that I would have little input at the image of my firms website. They seemed to not understand my industry (the legal field) and were rigid when I asked for autonomy regarding managing my firms website image. I can't believe I wasted my time with this tacky service. I don't recommend them and am currently trying to get a refund.

Everything Yodle has done for me has been really good. I have no problem with the website and I can get on the phone with any of the support team and they’ll always be a lot of help. It doesn’t matter if it’s an hour conversation – Yodle will take time and nobody cuts me off. I’ve spent more money on advertising before and never gotten the results I am now. I think their monitoring system is awesome. I never miss a call because of it. Overall, the website has easily paid for itself.
